In addition, technical features involved in different embodiments of the present disclosure described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
For convenience of understanding, the application scenario of the fastener assembling and disassembling tool will be described by taking the case of the fastened piece as a filter tip cigarette cutter.
The filter cigarette cutters are an integral part of the cigarette making machine and are secured to the shaft end of the drive shaft by fasteners (e.g., threaded fasteners such as screws) and spacers. The filter tip cigarette cutter belongs to the consumable part, needs often to be changed. When the replacement is carried out, the fastening piece needs to be screwed and loosened.
In the related art, when the filter tip cigarette cutter is disassembled and assembled, a special tool is not used for screwing the fastener, and the fastener is directly screwed by using a wrench. The discovery in the actual dismouting process, when the spanner rotated, the transmission shaft can rotate thereupon. Therefore, during assembly and disassembly, the gasket is clamped by a locking pliers to keep the transmission shaft static so as to loosen or tighten the fastener. The whole dismounting process is complicated and troublesome, under the condition that the fastener is tighter, the whole dismounting process can be completed only by matching two persons, time and labor are wasted, and the efficiency is lower. Moreover, the locking pliers are easy to slip, damage the filter tip cigarette cutter blade and damage or cut workers easily, and safety accidents are caused.
In view of the above situation, the embodiment of the present disclosure improves the structure of the gasket, and provides a special fastener dismounting tool to realize safe and efficient dismounting of the shaft end fastener.
Of course, the fastener assembly and disassembly tools and the gasket provided by the embodiment of the disclosure are not only suitable for the case that the fastened piece is a filter tip cigarette cutter, but also suitable for other cases that the transmission shaft has a rotation problem in the process of screwing the fastened piece, for example, also suitable for the case that the fastened piece is a tipping paper feeding roller. The tipping paper feeding roller is a component of the shredder, is also arranged at the shaft end of the transmission shaft through a fastener and a gasket, occasionally needs to be detached for cleaning and maintenance, and the transmission shaft is easy to rotate together in the detaching process.
Fig. 1-2 schematically illustrate the structure of a fastener removal tool of the present disclosure. Fig. 3-4 schematically illustrate the structure of the gasket of the present disclosure.
For ease of understanding, before describing the structure of the fastener removal tool 10, the structure of the spacer 4 associated with the fastener removal tool 10 will be described.
The structure of the gasket 4 is shown in fig. 3 and 4. In some embodiments, the spacer 4, which is interposed between the fastener (not shown) and the drive shaft (not shown), is no longer of a conventional circular sheet structure, but includes a base 41 and a square table 42. The base 41 is used for contacting with the end face of the transmission shaft and may be circular. The square platform 42 is a square boss protruding from the base 41 in a direction away from the transmission shaft. The through hole 43 of the gasket 4 penetrates through the square table 42 and the base 41, and a fastener passes through the through hole to be connected with the transmission shaft. In the radial direction of the through hole 43, the square table 42 has a size smaller than that of the base 41. The base 41 and the square base 42 are connected in this order in the axial direction of the through hole 43.
With the above arrangement, the gasket 4 has a two-layer structure layered in the axial direction of the through hole 43. When the device is used, the fastening piece penetrates through the through hole 43 of the gasket 4 and is connected to one end of the transmission shaft, and the surface, far away from the square table 42, of the base 41 of the gasket 4 is pressed to be tightly attached to the end face of the transmission shaft.
The gasket 4 after improvement can cooperate with fastener assembly and disassembly tools 10, at the in-process of dismouting fastener, prevents the transmission of transmission shaft, realizes the dismouting process of the shaft end fastener safer efficient.
The structure of the fastener installation tool 10 will now be described with reference to figures 1-2.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a fastener installation tool 10 includes a fixture 1 and a driver 2.
The fixing device 1 is used for fixing a gasket 4 arranged between a fastener and the end surface of a transmission shaft, so that the transmission shaft is prevented from rotating in the process of screwing the fastener by fixing the gasket 4. As shown in fig. 1-2, the fixing device 1 includes an outer tube 11, a chamber 13 is disposed inside the outer tube 11, and a first end of the outer tube 11 is provided with a square hole 14 for being sleeved outside a square table 42 of the gasket 4. During the use, the square hole 14 cover of outer tube 11 is located the square platform 42 outside of gasket 4, and the first end terminal surface of outer tube 11 supports and leans on the base 41 in gasket 4, specifically supports and leans on the base 41 be close to square platform 42 on the surface, like this, the in-process of rotatory fastener only needs the outer tube 11 of fixed jam gasket 4, can realize the braking to the transmission shaft, prevents that the transmission shaft from rotating.
The screwing device 2 is used to screw a fastener to loosen or tighten the fastener. As shown in fig. 1-2, the screwing device 2 comprises a shaft 22 and a sleeve 21. The shaft 22 is rotatably inserted into the chamber 13. A first end of the shaft 22 is located in the chamber 13, while a second end of the shaft 22, opposite the first end, is located outside the chamber 13. The sleeve 21 is located in the chamber 13 and is connected to a first end of the shaft 22 located in the chamber 13 such that the sleeve 2 is disposed on the shaft 22 and located in the chamber 13. One end of the sleeve 21 facing the square hole 14 (also the end of the sleeve 21 far away from the rotating shaft 22) is provided with a polygonal hole 24 for sleeving the outside of the polygonal boss of the fastener. As an example, the fastener may be a hex screw, in which case the polygonal boss is embodied as a hexagonal boss and correspondingly the polygonal hole 24 is embodied as a hexagonal hole and the sleeve 21 is embodied as a hexagonal sleeve. Based on this, when in use, the polygonal hole 24 of the sleeve 21 is sleeved outside the polygonal boss of the fastener to connect the screwing device 2 and the fastener together, and in this case, the rotating shaft 22 rotates, that is, the sleeve 21 can drive the fastener to rotate.
Based on the above arrangement, when the fastener needs to be disassembled and assembled, the fastener disassembling tool 10 is only required to be combined with the fastener and the gasket 4, so that the square hole 14 of the outer tube 11 is sleeved on the square table 42 of the gasket 4, the polygonal hole 24 of the sleeve 21 is sleeved on the polygonal boss of the fastener, then the outer tube 11 is fixed, and the rotating shaft 22 is rotated, so that the transmission shaft can be fixed, and the fastener can be smoothly loosened or screwed. Whole process, easy operation need not with the help of locking pliers, can prevent reliably that the transmission shaft from rotating, effectively avoids the transmission shaft to rotate the difficult problem of dismouting that brings, labour saving and time saving, efficiency is higher. Moreover, the fastener disassembling tool 10 is not easy to be damaged by the fastener and workers, and the safety is higher.
To facilitate securing the outer tube 11, referring to fig. 1-2, in some embodiments, the securing device 1 includes a securing handle 12, the securing handle 12 being attached to an exterior of the outer tube 11. Based on this, the outer tube 11 can be conveniently fixed by holding and fixing the fixing handle 12, and the brake of the transmission shaft is realized. Compared with the case of directly fixing the outer tube 11 without the fixed handle 12, the fixed handle 12 is arranged, so that force application is more convenient.
In addition, to facilitate rotating the shaft 22, referring to fig. 1-2, in some embodiments, the screwing device 2 includes a rotating handle 23, and the rotating handle 23 is connected to a second end of the shaft 22, which is located outside the chamber 13, such that the rotating handle 23 is disposed on the shaft 22 and outside the chamber 13. Therefore, when the fastener needs to be disassembled and assembled, the rotating handle 23 can be grasped and rotated to drive the rotating shaft 22 to rotate, and then the sleeve 21 drives the fastener to rotate, so that the disassembly and assembly of the fastener are realized. Of course, instead of providing the rotating handle 23, the rotating shaft 22 may be directly rotated manually or provided with a driving mechanism for automatically driving the rotating shaft 22 to rotate.
In embodiments where the fastener removal tool 10 includes both a stationary handle 12 and a rotating handle 23, the fastener may be easily loosened or tightened by engaging the stationary handle 12 with one hand to secure the outer tube 11 and engaging the rotating handle 23 with the other hand to rotate. The fixed handle 12 and the rotating handle 23 may be rod-shaped or sheet-shaped.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as an embodiment of the outer tube 11, the outer tube 11 includes a first tube segment 15 and a second tube segment 16. The square hole 14 is provided on the first tube section 15. The second tube section 16 is connected to the end of the first tube section 15 remote from the square hole 14. In this case, the end of the first pipe section 15 remote from the second pipe section 16 forms a first end of the outer pipe 11, and the end of the second pipe section 16 remote from the first pipe section 15 forms a second end of the outer pipe 11. The end face of the first tube section 15 remote from the second tube section 16 is semi-closed and only the portion provided with the square hole 14 is open to limit the longitudinal displacement of the sleeve 21 or the like while facilitating the insertion of the square table 42 of the gasket 4. The end of the second tube section 16 remote from the first tube section 15 is completely open to facilitate insertion of the shaft 22.
In the case of the outer tube 11 with the above-described structure, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the sleeve 21 is located inside the first tube segment 15, i.e., the sleeve 21 is located in the portion of the chamber 13 corresponding to the first tube segment 15. At this time, in order to conveniently limit the sleeve 21, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, on one hand, the inner diameter of the second pipe section 16 is smaller than the outer diameter of the sleeve 21, so as to limit the displacement of the sleeve 21 in the direction away from the square hole 14, and prevent the sleeve 21 from being pulled out from the second end of the outer pipe 11; on the other hand, the inner diameter of the square hole 14 is smaller than the outer diameter of the sleeve 21, so that the displacement of the sleeve 21 in the direction away from the second pipe section 16 is restricted, and the sleeve 21 is prevented from coming out of the square hole 14. It can be seen that, by setting the size relationship of the square hole 14, the second pipe section 16 and the sleeve 21, the sleeve 21 can be limited in the axial direction of the cavity 13, and the sleeve 21 can be reliably prevented from being pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the outer pipe 11. In addition, a special limiting component is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the structure is simple.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first tube segment 15 includes a constant diameter segment 17 and a variable diameter segment 18. The constant diameter section 17 is connected to the second pipe section 16 by a variable diameter section 18. The inner diameter of the constant diameter section 17 is constant and the inner diameter of the variable diameter section 18 is gradually reduced along the direction from the first pipe section 15 to the second pipe section 16. Based on this setting, not only can realize the effective spacing to sleeve 21 to, can slowly pass through between the first pipeline section 15 of unequal diameter and the second pipeline section 16, be favorable to improving overall structure intensity, and improve outward appearance aesthetic property.
In the foregoing embodiments, the sleeve 21 may be detachably connected to the first end of the rotating shaft 22, for example, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the sleeve 21 is connected to the rotating shaft 22 through the jackscrew 3. Like this, conveniently change sleeve 21 is favorable to prolonging fastener assembly and disassembly tools 10's life to, still be favorable to through the sleeve 21 of changing different specifications, make fastener assembly and disassembly tools 10 can carry out the dismouting to the fastener of different specifications, effectively enlarge fastener assembly and disassembly tools 10's application scope, improve fastener assembly and disassembly tools 10's use flexibility. The sleeves 21 of different specifications mainly refer to that the polygonal holes 24 are different in size. The polygonal holes 24 with different sizes can be sleeved on the polygonal bosses with different sizes, so that the sleeve 21 can be combined with fasteners with different types, and the fastener disassembling tool 10 can disassemble and assemble the fasteners with different types. Of course, the sleeves 21 with different specifications may have different outer diameters, except for the size of the polygonal hole 24, and may be specifically selected and replaced according to the needs.
In order to enable the outer tube 11 to accommodate the sleeves 21 having different outer diameter dimensions, the portion of the chamber 13 of the outer tube 11 for accommodating the sleeves 21 may be sized to be larger than the outer diameter of the largest sized sleeve 21, so that even the sleeve 21 having the largest outer diameter can be accommodated in the chamber 13 with a gap between the inner wall of the chamber 13 and the sleeve 21, facilitating rotation of the sleeve 21.
In addition, to facilitate replacement of the sleeve 21, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the side wall of the outer tube 11 is provided with an opening 19. That is, the circumferential side wall of the outer tube 11 is not completely closed, but is partially open. Thus, when the sleeve 21 needs to be replaced, the sleeve 21 can be taken and placed from the opening 19, so that the sleeve 21 can be conveniently replaced while the axial limit of the sleeve 21 is not influenced.
Wherein the opening 19 is correspondingly arranged on the first tube section 15 when the sleeve 21 is located inside the first tube section 15 of the outer tube 11.
In addition, the number of the openings 19 may be 1, 2 or more. When the side wall of the outer tube 11 is provided with at least two openings 19, the at least two openings 19 may be arranged at intervals along the circumference of the outer tube 11, for example, in the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of openings 19 are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the first tube segment 15 along the circumference of the outer tube 11. Therefore, when the sleeve 21 needs to be replaced, the sleeve 21 can enter and exit the cavity 13 through any one of the openings 19, and the sleeve 21 is more convenient to take and place, and particularly, under the condition that the space is limited and one or more openings 19 are shielded, the sleeve 21 can be taken and placed through other openings 19 flexibly and conveniently.
In conclusion, the fastener dismounting tool 10 provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is a fastener dismounting tool special for shaft end fixing parts, can skillfully utilize the fixation of the gasket 4 with the square table 42 to realize the braking of the transmission shaft, is simple and convenient to operate, can be completed by one person, can quickly loosen or tighten the fastener connecting the fastened piece and the transmission shaft, and realizes a safe and efficient dismounting process.
