The device is electrically connected with an external power supply, a user puts crop straws into a conveying cylinder 1, a conveying motor 1201 is started, the user sends the crop straws into the conveying cylinder 1, an output shaft of the conveying motor 1201 drives a conveying roller 1202 to rotate, a conveying scraper belt 1203 rotates to send the crop straws into a stirring barrel 3, an air blower 1102 and a heating box 1103 are started simultaneously to blow hot air into the conveying cylinder 1 to dry the crop straws, meanwhile, a large amount of powder generated when biomass particles are cut is absorbed and put into a dust collection box 1101 to be collected, a crushing motor 703 is started, an output shaft of the crushing motor 703 drives one crushing knife 704 to rotate through a belt pulley pair 701, a pair of meshed gear pairs 702 is further driven to rotate, two crushing knife rollers 704 rotate oppositely to cut the crop straws, a valve switch of a batching box 5 is opened, adding adhesive into the stirring barrel 3, starting the stirring motor 401, driving the stirring shaft 402 to rotate by the output shaft of the stirring motor 401 through the coupler, thereby enabling the stirring blade 403 to rotate at a high speed, stirring the material, and falling into the heat preservation chamber 9, starting the circulating fan 202, pumping out redundant hot air by the circulating fan 202, pouring into the heat preservation chamber 9, preserving heat of the uniformly stirred material, starting the rotating motor 1302, driving the rotating shaft to rotate by the output shaft of the rotating motor 1302 through the coupler, enabling the rolling roller 1304 to extrude the material, cutting off through the cutter 1303, starting the vibrating motor, compressing the mixed material into particles on the sieve plate 1004, enabling unqualified biomass particles to fall from the sieve plate 1004, collecting through the guide plate 1005 and the discharge hopper 1001, and enabling the qualified biomass particles to fall into the feed hopper of the bucket elevator 6 through the return hopper 1002.
In conclusion, the crop straws are dried by matching the conveying cylinder 1, the circulating mechanism 2 and the drying mechanism 11, so that the subsequent treatment is convenient, the heat in the drying process is fully utilized, and the dust generated by the biomass particles is absorbed when the biomass particles are cut; through the matching of the stirring mechanism 4 and the crushing mechanism 7, the crop straws can be quickly crushed and uniformly mixed with the adhesive, so that the use is convenient; through the cooperation of the vibrating motor, the sieve plate 1004 and the squeezing mechanism 13, the quality and the yield of biomass particles can be ensured when biomass particles with uniform texture can be obtained.
