The drying mechanism comprises a dust collection box and an air blower, a heating box is arranged at the air outlet end of the air blower, the air outlet end of the heating box is connected with the conveying cylinder, the air inlet end of the air blower is connected with the air outlet end of the dust collection box, a dust collection pipe is arranged at the air inlet end of the dust collection box, and the end part of the dust collection pipe is connected with the material guide plate.

Compared with the prior art, the production device of the biomass granular fuel has the following advantages:
1. the crop straws are dried by matching the conveying cylinder, the circulating mechanism and the drying mechanism, so that the subsequent treatment is facilitated, the heat generated in the drying process is fully utilized, and the dust generated by the biomass particles is absorbed when the biomass particles are cut;

The circulating mechanism 2 comprises a circulating fan 202, the circulating fan 202 is placed on the ground, a circulating pipe 201 is arranged at the air inlet end of the circulating fan 202, the end part of the circulating pipe 201 is connected with the conveying cylinder 1, an air outlet pipe 203 is arranged at the air outlet end of the circulating fan 202, and the air outlet pipe 203 is connected with the heat preservation chamber 9; and starting the circulating fan 202, pumping out redundant hot air by the circulating fan 202, and filling the hot air into the heat preservation chamber 9 to preserve heat of the uniformly stirred materials.
The conveying mechanism 12 comprises a conveying motor 1201, the conveying motor 1201 is fixed on an auxiliary support 101, two conveying rollers 1202 and a plurality of auxiliary rollers 102 are rotatably arranged in the conveying cylinder 1, an output shaft of the conveying motor 1201 is in transmission connection with the conveying rollers 1202, and a conveying scraper belt 1203 is arranged on the conveying rollers 1202; the conveying motor 1201 is started, a user sends crop straws to the conveying cylinder 1, the output shaft of the conveying motor 1201 drives the conveying roller 1202 to rotate, and the conveying scraper belt 1203 rotates to convey the crop straws away.
The crushing mechanism 7 comprises a pulley pair 701, a crushing motor 703 and two crushing knife rolls 704, the crushing motor 703 is fixed on the support frame 301, the two crushing knife rolls 704 are both rotatably arranged inside the conveying cylinder 1, the end parts of the crushing knife rolls 704 are provided with gear pairs 702 which are meshed with each other, and the output shaft of the crushing motor 703 is in transmission connection with one of the crushing knife rolls 704 through the pulley pair 701; the crushing motor 703 is started, and the output shaft of the crushing motor 703 drives one of the crushing knife rollers 704 to rotate through the pulley pair 701, so as to drive the pair of meshed gear pairs 702 to rotate, so that the two crushing knife rollers 704 rotate oppositely to cut the crop straws.
The stirring mechanism 4 comprises a stirring motor 401 and a stirring shaft 402, the stirring motor 401 is fixed on the mounting plate 302, the stirring shaft 402 is rotatably arranged on the stirring barrel 3, an output shaft of the stirring motor 401 is in transmission connection with the stirring shaft 402 through a coupler, and a plurality of stirring blades 403 are arranged on the stirring shaft 402; the stirring motor 401 is started, and the output shaft of the stirring motor 401 drives the stirring shaft 402 to rotate through the coupler, so that the stirring blade 403 rotates to stir the material.
A die plate 1003, a sieve plate 1004 and a material guide plate 1005 are sequentially arranged in the granulation box 10, a discharge hopper 1001 and a material return hopper 1002 are arranged at the side end of the granulation box 10, the discharge hopper 1001 and the material return hopper 1002 are respectively positioned below the sieve plate 1004 and the material guide plate 1005, a vibration motor is arranged below the sieve plate 1004, and the end part of the material return hopper 1002 extends into the feed hopper of the bucket elevator 6; the vibrating motor is started, the mixed material compressed into particles falls on the sieve plate 1004, unqualified biomass particles fall from the sieve plate 1004 and are collected through the material guide plate 1005 and the material discharge hopper 1001, and the qualified biomass particles fall into the feed hopper of the bucket elevator 6 through the material return hopper 1002.
The extrusion mechanism 13 comprises a rotating motor 1302 and a rotating shaft, the rotating motor 1302 is fixed inside the granulation box 10, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the die plate 1003, an output shaft of the rotating motor 1302 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft through a coupler, a connecting block 1301 and a cutter 1303 are fixed on the rotating shaft, the connecting block 1301 and the cutter 1303 are respectively positioned on two sides of the die plate 1003, the cutter 1303 is abutted against the lower side of the die plate 1003, and two ends of the connecting block 1301 are rotatably provided with rolling rollers 1304; the rotating motor 1302 is started, the output shaft of the rotating motor 1302 drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the coupler, so that the rolling roller 1304 extrudes materials, and then the materials are cut off through the cutter 1303.
The drying mechanism 11 comprises a dust box 1101 and an air blower 1102, a heating box 1103 is arranged at the air outlet end of the air blower 1102, the air outlet end of the heating box 1103 is connected with the conveying cylinder 1, the air inlet end of the air blower 1102 is connected with the air outlet end of the dust box 1101, a dust collecting pipe is arranged at the air inlet end of the dust box 1101, and the end of the dust collecting pipe is connected with a material guide plate 1005; the blower 1102 and the heating box 1103 are started to blow hot air into the conveying cylinder 1, so that crop straws are dried, and meanwhile, a large amount of powder generated during cutting of biomass particles is absorbed and is loaded into the dust collection box 1101 to be collected.
In this embodiment, the fixing manners are all the most commonly used fixing and connecting manners in the field, such as welding and the like; the above electrical components such as the circulating fan 202 are prior art products, and can be directly purchased and used in the market, and the detailed description of the specific principle is omitted.
The device is electrically connected with an external power supply, a user puts crop straws into a conveying cylinder 1, a conveying motor 1201 is started, the user sends the crop straws into the conveying cylinder 1, an output shaft of the conveying motor 1201 drives a conveying roller 1202 to rotate, a conveying scraper belt 1203 rotates to send the crop straws into a stirring barrel 3, an air blower 1102 and a heating box 1103 are started simultaneously to blow hot air into the conveying cylinder 1 to dry the crop straws, meanwhile, a large amount of powder generated when biomass particles are cut is absorbed and put into a dust collection box 1101 to be collected, a crushing motor 703 is started, an output shaft of the crushing motor 703 drives one crushing knife 704 to rotate through a belt pulley pair 701, a pair of meshed gear pairs 702 is further driven to rotate, two crushing knife rollers 704 rotate oppositely to cut the crop straws, a valve switch of a batching box 5 is opened, adding adhesive into the stirring barrel 3, starting the stirring motor 401, driving the stirring shaft 402 to rotate by the output shaft of the stirring motor 401 through the coupler, thereby enabling the stirring blade 403 to rotate at a high speed, stirring the material, and falling into the heat preservation chamber 9, starting the circulating fan 202, pumping out redundant hot air by the circulating fan 202, pouring into the heat preservation chamber 9, preserving heat of the uniformly stirred material, starting the rotating motor 1302, driving the rotating shaft to rotate by the output shaft of the rotating motor 1302 through the coupler, enabling the rolling roller 1304 to extrude the material, cutting off through the cutter 1303, starting the vibrating motor, compressing the mixed material into particles on the sieve plate 1004, enabling unqualified biomass particles to fall from the sieve plate 1004, collecting through the guide plate 1005 and the discharge hopper 1001, and enabling the qualified biomass particles to fall into the feed hopper of the bucket elevator 6 through the return hopper 1002.
In conclusion, the crop straws are dried by matching the conveying cylinder 1, the circulating mechanism 2 and the drying mechanism 11, so that the subsequent treatment is convenient, the heat in the drying process is fully utilized, and the dust generated by the biomass particles is absorbed when the biomass particles are cut; through the matching of the stirring mechanism 4 and the crushing mechanism 7, the crop straws can be quickly crushed and uniformly mixed with the adhesive, so that the use is convenient; through the cooperation of the vibrating motor, the sieve plate 1004 and the squeezing mechanism 13, the quality and the yield of biomass particles can be ensured when biomass particles with uniform texture can be obtained.
