the air box comprises an air box door with an air door, an air filter plate, a medicament bin and air box feet, the air box door is fixed on the side face of the air box through a hinge so as to be convenient for opening and closing the air box, the air door, the air filter plate, the medicament bin and the air box feet are arranged from top to bottom, the medicament bin comprises a medicament bin cover with an air inlet hole, a deodorization diaphragm fixed through a diaphragm groove and an air outlet connected with the induced air pipe so that volatile deodorization particles leaked out from the deodorization diaphragm are sucked into the induced air pipe through the air outlet along with air flow, and the air box feet are used for being connected with the base;
the induced draft pipe comprises an air valve and an air valve hand wheel positioned on the air valve, and the air valve is opened and closed by rotating the air valve hand wheel so as to adjust the air flow and the pressure;
the fan comprises a fan cover, and the upper end of the fan cover is connected with the air supply pipe;
the blast pipe is connected with a landfill gas extraction treatment discharge pipeline and is used for fully intersecting and mixing the air flow with the deodorization particles and the landfill gas so as to perform deodorization operation.
2. The deodorizing fan for landfill gas according to claim 1, wherein the damper has a damper plate and a push-pull rod thereon to adjust the position of the damper plate by the push-pull rod, thereby opening and closing the damper plate to adjust the air flow rate and pressure.
3. The deodorizing fan for landfill gas according to claim 1, wherein the air filter plate includes filter holes for filtering dust in the air flow and a desiccant box drawn out by a pull handle and put in a bagged desiccant to effectively adsorb moisture in the air and prevent the over-humidity of the air from dissolving and losing deodorant particles.
4. The deodorizing fan for landfill gas according to claim 3, wherein the number of the air filter plates is at least two.
5. The deodorizing fan for landfill gas according to claim 1, further comprising a gas flow meter and a gas pressure gauge installed on the blast pipe so as to observe and record the air flow and pressure.
6. The deodorizing fan for landfill gas according to claim 1, wherein the air filter plate and the chemical tank are built into the fan case in an embedded structure so as to be detached, cleaned and replaced individually.
7. A deodorizing system for landfill gas characterized by comprising the deodorizing fan for landfill gas and the landfill gas extraction treatment discharging device according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A deodorization processing method for landfill gas, which employs the deodorization fan for landfill gas according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:
s1, opening the air box door, opening the medicament bin cover, transversely placing the deodorization diaphragm in the diaphragm groove, covering the medicament bin cover, and closing the air box door;
s2, pushing the push-pull rod to push the air door plate to the leftmost side or a proper position of the air door to expose all or part of the air door;
s3, rotating the hand wheel of the air valve anticlockwise, and opening the air valve;
s4, starting a motor;
s5, the fan is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed, air is sucked from the air door and flows downwards, and dust in the air flow is filtered through the air filter plate;
s6, enabling the filtered airflow to enter the medicament bin through an air inlet on the medicament bin cover, and enabling volatile deodorization particles seeped out from a deodorization membrane in the medicament bin to be sucked into an induced draft tube through an air outlet along with the airflow;
and S7, sending the airflow into a landfill gas extraction treatment discharge pipeline through an air supply pipe, and fully intersecting and mixing the airflow with the landfill gas so as to perform deodorization operation.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising observing and recording the air flow and pressure through a gas flow meter and a gas pressure gauge installed on the blast pipe, and adjusting the air flow and pressure by rotating a damper hand wheel and pushing and pulling a damper plate according to the observation result, thereby matching landfill gas extraction processing discharging equipment of different powers to meet different deodorization requirements.
10. The deodorization method for landfill gas according to claim 1, further comprising S8, after the deodorization operation, pushing the push-pull rod to the right to push the damper plate to the rightmost side of the damper, and closing the damper; rotate the blast gate hand wheel clockwise, close the blast gate to prevent effectively that foreign matters such as dust from getting into in the bellows, can reduce the volatility loss of deodorization particle in the deodorization diaphragm simultaneously.
