Specifically, the query instruction further includes a query of the use state, the current position, the file access list, other data and the like of the intelligent folder; the operation instructions also comprise a data uploading instruction, a file transferring starting instruction, a device locking instruction, an intelligent folder moving track diagram inquiring instruction, an intelligent folder using state inquiring instruction and the like.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the control method of the smart folder further includes: recording a control instruction of a user, and generating a user operation log, wherein the user operation log comprises: user ID, operation item, operation time, operation response. The operation items may include, in particular, a power-on/off operation, an unlocking or locking operation of the electronic lock, a file transfer operation, an end file transfer operation, a sleep wake-up operation, a forced unlocking operation, and the like. The service condition of the intelligent folder can be recorded conveniently through the user operation log, and the behavior of each user can be restored and traced conveniently when accidents occur later.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the control method of the smart folder further includes: and recording a system operation log of the intelligent folder.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the control method of the smart folder further includes: and generating, storing and displaying the use state information of the folder, wherein the use state of the intelligent folder comprises the opening and closing state of the folder, a user, temperature and humidity, and a moving or static state. In the embodiment, each state of the intelligent folder can be monitored, so that on one hand, a remote administrator can conveniently know the state of the intelligent folder at any time, and on the other hand, the intelligent folder can be prevented from being in severe conditions such as high temperature, high humidity and the like for a long time.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the control method of the smart folder further includes:
and when the folder does not detect any operation within the preset time, the intelligent folder enters a dormant state, and when a user operates a folder dormant awakening key, the intelligent folder is awakened from the dormant state. The control method can further save electric quantity and prolong the endurance time. Preferably, the on-off key 13 and the sleep wakeup key 12 may be set to the same key.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the control method of the smart folder further includes: when a user operates an emergency unlocking task, the file folder is required to be inserted with an emergency unlocking KEY so that the electronic lock of the file folder is unlocked. The intelligent folder can be opened tightly (or in emergency) and solves the problem that the intelligent folder cannot be opened under extreme conditions. When the intelligent folder is detected to be forcibly opened in an abnormal mode, an alarm prompt is carried out, and the time and the position of the forcible opening are recorded. The intelligent folder can give out an alarm prompt when the intelligent folder is forcibly opened by violence, so that a user can take countermeasures quickly.
The technical solution of the third aspect of the present invention provides an electronic device, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the method provided in any one of the second aspects when executing the program.
In which fig. 4 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an electronic device 600 that may be used to implement an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 600 comprises a central processing unit 601, which may perform various suitable actions and processes according to computer program instructions stored in a read only memory 602 or loaded from a storage unit 608 into a random access memory 603. In the random access memory 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic device 600 may also be stored. The central processing unit 601, the read only memory 602, and the random access memory 603 are connected to each other through a bus 604. An input/output interface 605 is also connected to the bus 604.
A number of components in the electronic device 600 are connected to the input/output interface 605, including: an input unit 606 such as a keyboard, mouse, etc.; an output unit 607 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 608, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 609 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 609 allows the electronic device 600 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network, such as the internet, and/or various telecommunication networks.
The central processing unit 601 performs the respective methods and processes described above. For example, in some embodiments, the control method of the smart folder in the above embodiments may be implemented as a computer software program, which is tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, such as the storage unit 608. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 600 via the read only memory 602 and/or the communication unit 609. When a computer program is loaded into the random access memory 603 and executed by the central processing unit 601, one or more steps of the control method of the smart folder described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the central processing unit 601 may be configured to perform the control method of the smart folder in the above embodiments in any other suitable manner.
An embodiment of the fourth aspect of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the control method of the smart folder provided by any one of the embodiments of the second aspect.
Program code for carrying out the control methods of the smart folders of the invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program code may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus such that the program code, when executed by the processor or controller, causes the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be implemented. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or electronic device.
In the context of the present invention, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. The machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a random access memory, a read-only memory, an erasable programmable read-only memory, an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory, an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Moreover, although operations are depicted in a particular order, this should be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in sequential order, or that all illustrated operations be performed, to achieve desirable results. In certain circumstances, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous. Likewise, while several specific implementation details are included in the above discussion, these should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Certain features that are described in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single implementation. Conversely, various features that are described in the context of a single implementation can also be implemented in multiple implementations separately or in any suitable subcombination.
Although the subject matter has been described in language specific to structural features and/or methodological acts, it is to be understood that the subject matter defined in the appended claims is not necessarily limited to the specific features or acts described above. Rather, the specific features and acts described above are example forms of implementing the claims.

Claims (4)

1. An intelligent folder, comprising:
the folder can be opened and closed, and an electronic lock is arranged on the folder;
the RFID identifier is arranged on the folder and used for identifying RFID tags on files in the folder when the folder is closed;
the identity acquisition device is arranged on the folder and used for acquiring authority verification information of a user; the user authority verification information comprises a three-authority separated manager mode, and authority division is carried out according to a minimum authorization principle;
the control device is used for carrying out unlocking verification on the collected user authority verification information and opening the electronic lock after the unlocking verification is passed; the system is also used for acquiring the reading result of the RFID identifier, generating a file access list according to the reading result, and storing the file access list in a storage device of an intelligent folder or transmitting the file access list to a remote management system through a mobile communication module; when the multi-user continuous transmission is used, after each user finishes accessing the file, popping up a file transmission ending prompt, and simultaneously modifying the received user permission into a non-permission state;
the operation display screen is positioned on the folder and connected with the control device, and is used for realizing man-machine interaction between a user and the intelligent folder;
the storage device is used for storing the file access list;
the positioning device is used for positioning the folder in real time and tracking and recording the track of the folder to form a moving track map;
the intelligent folder receives a control instruction of a user, and controls the folder according to the control instruction; wherein,,
detecting whether the folder is closed or not when a user operates the folder to lock;
if the folder is closed, locking the folder electronic lock, prompting a locking result through a lock state icon, controlling the RFID identifier to read the RFID tag on the file in the folder, generating a file access list according to the reading result, and storing and displaying the file access list;
if the folder is not closed, outputting a folder non-closing prompt message until the fact that the folder is closed is detected, and stopping prompting;
acquiring and storing the position information of the intelligent folder;
verifying and unlocking the user authority, which comprises the following steps:
judging whether the intelligent folder is positioned in a preset fence area, if so, performing user authority verification unlocking, and if not, prompting verification failure and performing alarm prompt;
wherein, the control instruction is a transfer task ending instruction;
the controlling the folder according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
when a plurality of users continuously transfer and use, after each user finishes accessing the file, popping up a file transfer ending prompt, and modifying the user permission into a non-permission state;
the control instruction is an offline mode instruction;
the controlling the folder according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
and controlling the intelligent folder to enter an offline mode, wherein when the intelligent folder is in the offline mode, the remote communication function of the intelligent folder is closed, and the generated file access list is stored in a storage device local to the intelligent folder.
2. The smart folder of claim 1, further comprising:
the control instruction is a transfer instruction;
the controlling the folder according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
controlling the folder to enter a transfer process; verifying the user authority; if the verification is passed, unlocking the electronic lock of the folder; if the verification fails, the electronic lock is kept in a locked state.
3. The smart folder as recited in claim 1, wherein,
the control instruction is an online mode instruction;
the controlling the folder according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
controlling the intelligent folder to enter an online mode, wherein when the intelligent folder is in the online mode, a remote communication function of the intelligent folder is started, and the generated file access list is sent to a remote management system; and in response to receiving the control instruction sent by the remote management system, executing an operation corresponding to the control instruction.
4. A smart folder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
recording a control instruction of a user, and generating a user operation log, wherein the user operation log comprises: user ID, operation item, operation time, operation response.
