Description

Fund data information processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the technical field of fund data processing, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing fund data information, and an electronic device.
Background
In the merchandise object information service system, there are several modes of B2C (merchant to consumer), C2C (consumer to consumer), B2B (merchant to merchant), and the like. In the B2C or C2C mode, the buyer user may pay online directly after completing the order online. In the transaction scenario of B2B, the amount of the order concerned is often relatively large, and therefore, after the buyer and seller complete the order online, the buyer user usually needs to pay by means of off-line remittance. Specifically, the seller user may typically provide a collection account to the buyer user, who then goes to the bank to transfer money to the collection account. However, in the money transfer process, there are problems such as opaque information and long account arrival time due to aging of processing between banks. In particular, in cross-border commerce, cross-border money transfer times are typically 3-7 days or even longer.
The above situation may cause a problem that, because the amounts of money related to the transaction orders in the B2B scenario are often relatively large, under the condition that the money transfer time is long, the situation that the seller user has difficulty in funds turnover and the like may be caused, and further, the replenishment flow may be affected, further generation of more transaction orders may be affected, and the like.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application, fall within the scope of protection of the application.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, after a trade order is generated, the merchandise object information system generally only provides two states of payment to be paid and payment completion for the trade order. In the B2B scenario where a cross-border transaction is involved, or the amount of the order involved is relatively large, the buyer user may pay for the order in an off-line money transfer manner, and thus, the time required to pass may be relatively long since money transfer is initiated from the buyer user to the completion of the posting of the account of the buyer user, which may involve a cross-country, cross-financial institution transfer. In addition, because the trade order is generated on-line and the payment operation is completed on-line, it often takes a relatively long time to complete the posting from the seller user's account, to correlate to a particular trade order, and drive the order to a payment completion state. Before the transaction order is driven to the payment completion state, it is difficult for the seller user to confirm whether the buyer user has paid, whether the specific money can be successfully posted, etc., so that it is generally required that the transaction order is driven to the payment completion state before subsequent performance processing is performed on the transaction order so as to avoid loss of the seller user.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to shorten the execution time of the transaction order, a specific commodity object information system can cooperate with an on-road fund network system, wherein the on-road fund network system can be provided by an internationalization organization, can collect data generated by a plurality of banks joining the network worldwide, and can notify the commodity object information system if a certain first account is found to generate on-road fund data. And then, the commodity object information system can also carry out risk assessment on the on-the-way fund data, and under the condition that the risk assessment result meets the condition, the first account can be subjected to 'paying' and 'paying' funds can be rapidly checked in, so that the waiting checking-in time of a seller user is shortened. The seller user can directly carry out cash withdrawal processing on the part of the funds for replenishment, so as to ensure sufficient inventory and support the generation of more transaction orders. In addition, the specific fund data of the pad payment can be associated with the specific transaction order, and after the seller user receives the pad payment of the specific transaction order, the seller user can enter into the performance flow in advance, so that the performance waiting time is shortened, and the user experience of both buyers and sellers is improved.
From the system architecture perspective, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application may mainly provide corresponding service functions related to fund payment for a user through a commodity object information system (specifically, may be a commodity object information system providing cross-border B2B service, of course, may also be other commodity object information systems). The commodity object information system may be divided into a server and a client, and from the perspective of user identity, the client may be divided into a client corresponding to a seller user (which may be referred to as a first user in the embodiment of the present application) and a client corresponding to a buyer user (which may be referred to as a second user in the embodiment of the present application). The server side can interact with the on-road fund network system and provide account information to be monitored to the on-road fund network system. The on-road fund network system collects fund flow data generated by a plurality of financial institutions in the global scope, and after a first account (which may be an account corresponding to a certain first user and used for collecting money) in the collection generates on-road fund data, the on-road fund network system can notify a server side. After receiving the notification, the server may perform risk assessment and specific fund payment processing. In addition, the server may also obtain a trade order associated with the on-transit funds data. Wherein upon acquiring the specifically associated transaction order information, if the second user provides information of the associated transaction order in the statement of the money transfer receipt at the time of the money transfer, it may be extracted from the notification message provided by the funds in transit network system. Or the information about the in-transit funds data can be provided to the first user through the client, which can include payer user information (i.e. the second user as the buyer user) and the like, and the first user does not provide operation options for associating the order information, so that the first user obtains the order information by communicating with the second user and the like, and provides the operation options to the server. The server side can acquire the information of the transaction order associated with the on-way funds data through the first user client side. Or may be submitted by the second user via the client, etc.
The following describes in detail the specific implementation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Example 1
First, this embodiment provides a method for processing fund data information from the perspective of a service end of a merchandise object information system, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
S201, receiving a notification message about generation of on-transit funds data of a first account, wherein the on-transit funds data comprise information of the first account and a second account, the first account is a target transfer account of the on-transit funds data, and the second account is a transfer account of the on-transit funds data, and the on-transit funds data are used for paying a transaction order generated in a commodity object information system;
In embodiments of the present application, the specific in-transit funds data is funds data that has been transferred from the second account associated with the payer, transferred to the account with the first account associated with the payee as the target, but has not yet completed crediting with the first account. Such in-transit funds data may be particularly useful in making payments for trade orders generated in the merchandise object information system. For example, after a buyer user achieves a transaction with a seller user on line and generates a transaction order on line, payment is made for the transaction order by means of off-line money transfer according to first account information provided by the seller user, but due to the situations of cross-border, cross-line and the like, the specifically transferred fund data cannot be rapidly checked in the first account, but can be checked in after waiting for a plurality of days. Thus, the transfer of the funds data is completed from the buyer user online until the first account of the seller user actually receives the funds data, which pertains to the in-transit funds data.
The first account may be an account that is previously applied to the associated financial institution by the merchandise object information system and assigned to the seller user in the system for use. That is, the plurality of first accounts may exist in the form of sub-accounts under a certain main account, etc., and the attribution right of the first account belongs to the commodity object information system, but the usage right may belong to the seller user in the system. In general, one or more first accounts may be assigned to a seller user, and a correspondence between the identity of the first account and the seller user identity may be maintained by the merchandise object information system. After the buyer user and the seller user generate the transaction order through an online transaction mode, if the situation that the amount of the order is relatively large or the situation of cross-border payment is involved, the seller user can provide the first account distributed by the system for the buyer user, and the buyer user can pay for the transaction order through an offline remittance mode and the like.
That is, the first accounts for collecting money of the seller users are actually applied to the financial institutions in a unified way by the commodity object information system, the attribution right belongs to the commodity object information system, and the use right is only given to the seller users, so that the commodity object information system can be known about the first accounts through which the respective seller users can collect money. Further, the merchandise object information system may provide such an account set associated with the seller user information to the on-way funds network system in cooperation with the on-way funds network system. After the in-transit funds network system collects the specific in-transit funds data, if the specific target transfer account is found to belong to the account set, the specific target transfer account can be collected, and a notification message is initiated to the commodity object information system. The on-road fund network may notify the information about the on-road fund data collected to the commodity object information system in real time, or may notify the related information about the on-road fund data collected in the time period to the commodity object information system at regular intervals by a timing notification mechanism, or the like.
Wherein, as previously described, the funds in transit network system may be provided by an internationalized organization. For example, the internationalization organization may specifically include SWIFT (global banking and finance telecommunication association or global banking and finance telecommunication association), which is an international cooperative organization that is not in profit among international financial institutions (such as banks), and provides quick, accurate and excellent services for international financial services. The organization initiated GPI (Global Payment Innovate, global payment innovation) project may be a funds in transit network. The GPI project is a global large-scale bank participation, and through establishing SWIFT-GPI service circles among banks, the project that funds are transparent, money transfer states can be tracked and money transfer information is completely transferred is realized according to common design rules, so that the international payment experience of customers is greatly improved. For the bank joining the GPI project, when the event such as the customer initiating the remittance from the bank occurs, the bank system can upload specific information to the on-road fund network, and correspondingly, the on-road fund network can collect the information uploaded by the bank joining the GPI project.
In the embodiment of the application, the on-road fund network system can be provided with the account set information which specifically needs to be monitored in cooperation with the on-road fund network system such as GPI project, so that after the on-road fund data related to the accounts in the account set are generated, the on-road fund system can inform the related information to the commodity object information system.
Of course, in particular implementations, the merchandise object information system may also obtain notification messages regarding the generation of the funds in transit by the first account in other manners, e.g., the merchandise object information system may also cooperate directly with particular financial institution systems, etc., and will not be described in detail herein.
S202, performing risk assessment on the in-transit funds data;
in order to avoid cheating and other situations, after specific on-transit funds data are generated by the first account and before specific payment funds processing is executed, risk assessment can be firstly carried out on the on-transit funds data, and under the condition that a risk assessment result meets a target condition, the next payment processing is carried out.
In specific implementation, the risk assessment can be performed on the in-transit fund data according to one or more of the following items, namely the amount of the in-transit fund data, the historical collection record information related to the first account, the historical payment record information related to the second account, the historical transaction record information between the first user related to the first account and the second user related to the second account, and the country, the region and the financial institution information related to the second account.
For example, if the amount of some of the on-transit funds data is relatively moderate (which may be determined based on the average amount of historical trade orders, etc., e.g., around 100 tens of thousands), the risk is relatively low, otherwise if the amount of the on-transit funds data is too high, the risk may be relatively high. The risk is relatively low if the first account was successfully charged a number of times, or the second account was successfully charged a number of times, or if the first user and the second user have a history of successful transactions. In addition, the country, region, financial institution, etc. where the second user performs the money transfer operation may also be used to perform risk assessment on the in-transit funds data. For example, if the financial institution issuing the money transfer is of a relatively large institution, the risk is relatively low, and so on. In specific implementation, a risk control model may be pre-established, and risk assessment may be performed on specific in-transit funds data through the specific model.
And S203, if the risk assessment result meets the target condition, determining a target amount.
After determining that the risk assessment results of the current in-transit funds data are satisfactory, a target amount may be determined to perform a particular payment process. Specifically, when the target amount is determined, the amount of all the in-transit funds may be paid, or only a part of the amount may be paid. For the latter, the specific payout ratio may be a fixed value (for example, payout is uniformly performed according to a ratio of 90%), or the target amount may be dynamically determined according to the amount of the in-transit funds data and the risk score corresponding to the risk evaluation result. For example, the risk assessment results for each piece of in-transit funds data may have different risk scores, different risk scores may correspond to different payout ratios, the higher the risk, the lower the payout ratio, and so on.
And S204, sending a transfer request to an associated financial institution system, wherein the transfer request is used for transferring the fund data corresponding to the target amount from a third account to the first account.
And transferring the fund data corresponding to the target amount from the third account to the first account through the associated financial institution system when the payment processing is carried out. After completing the funds transfer, the server may also provide a notification message regarding the funds transfer to the first user client associated with the first account, so that the first user may learn of the funds entry event. In one implementation, the third account may be an account associated with the merchandise object information system for providing a specific payment service, that is, the third account is also attributed to the merchandise object information system. Since the attribution right of the first account is also the commodity object information system, the cross-border transfer is not generally involved in transferring money from the third account to the first account. In an alternative embodiment, the specific first account and the third account may be associated with the same financial institution, so that a cross-line situation may be avoided, and thus, when the payment is specifically performed, the "fast payment" or even the "instant payment" of the specific payment may be realized. That is, after the first account generates a piece of in-transit funds data, the first account can receive a piece of paid funds in a short time as long as the first account passes the risk assessment of the commodity object information system. The corresponding first user may perform such funds withdrawal, etc. for restocking, etc.
In addition, in particular implementation, in order to ensure convenience, the payment situation of the particular commodity object information system may not be perceived by the first user, so that the identification of the transaction order associated with the particular on-transit funds data may be determined, and then, the first user associated with the first account may be notified of the account funds corresponding to the target amount on behalf of the account payable of the transaction order. That is, after finding that the first account generates an in-transit fund data, the commodity object information system performs a payment on the first account after the risk assessment, so that the first account receives an in-transit fund in advance. But for the first user it only needs to know that one piece of funds is being charged to its first account and that this piece of funds is payable by the second user for a particular trade order. In this way, an increase in the difficulty of data management for the first user can be avoided.
There are a number of ways in which the identity of the trade order associated with the funds in transit data may be determined. For example, in one manner, identification information for a specifically associated transaction order may be filled in the statement of the money transfer document by the payer user, i.e., the second user, upon initiation of the money transfer. In this way, the merchandise object information system may extract the statement information associated with the specific on-transit funds data from the received notification message and obtain the identification of the trade order from the statement information.
It should be noted that, regarding the information filled in the appendix by the specific second user, there may be various ways in particular. For example, in one manner, the specific appendix information may include all or part of the ID of the trade order, and at this time, the identification of the trade order may be determined according to all or part of the ID of the trade order included in the appendix information. That is, the number information such as the ID of the trade order may be directly filled, or since the number information such as the ID of the trade order is generally long, only a part of characters in the ID, for example, the last 6 bits, or the like may be filled. Since the probability that the characters on the above-mentioned part of digits are all identical between different trade orders is not high in the case where the information of the first user, the second user, etc. is known, the trade order information can be filled in the legend in this simplified manner. After the specific statement content is extracted from the notification message, the commodity object information system can determine the specific corresponding trade order by comparing the characters in the statement with the characters numbered on the corresponding digits, such as ID of the specific trade order.
Or in another mode, the instruction information also can comprise identification information of a first user and/or a second user related to the transaction order, and at the moment, incomplete transaction orders related to the first user and/or the second user can be determined according to the identification information of the first user and/or the second user included in the instruction information, and the identification of the incomplete transaction orders is acquired. At this time, if the first user and/or the second user associated outstanding trade order is plural, confirmation may be further made based on the amount information associated with the trade order, or confirmation may be made by the first user or the second user, or the like.
In this implementation where the second user provides relevant information in the statement of the money transfer document, before the first account generates the in-transit funds data, if a transaction order query request of the second user associated with the second account is received, information about the payment method and the first account may also be provided in the transaction order detail information page. For example, the second user may be prompted to make a payment by way of an off-line money transfer while first account information for a particular payee user may be provided, and so on. In addition, prompt information can be provided in the transaction order detail information page for prompting the second user to provide the instruction information in a specified mode. For example, prompt the user to fill in the ID of the trade order in the appendix, etc. In this way, it is possible to avoid a situation where the second user does not provide the relevant information in the attached language due to unknowing or forgetting or the like.
Of course, in a specific implementation, even if the second user is presented, there may be a case where the second user does not fill out the relevant information in the legend. This may occur because there may be some objective reasons in addition to the subjective reasons for the second user, such as unknowing or forgetting, as described above. For example, a second user may have made a plurality of transactions with the first user, corresponding to a plurality of transaction orders, and at this time, the second user may pay for the plurality of transaction orders at one time by means of off-line money transfer. At this time, the second user may have a relatively difficult time annotating information of a plurality of trade orders in the legend, and so on.
In this case, in order to achieve the association of the funds data transferred into the first account with the trade order, the first user may also perform a manual order association process on the specific funds in transit data. At this time, the identity of the first user associated with the first account may be determined first, and then a notification message about the transfer of funds may be provided to the first user client associated with the first account, so that information that the amount corresponding to the specific paid funds is charged in the first account is provided to the first user client associated with the first account, and an operation option for associating transaction order information for the charged funds data may be provided. In this way, the identity of the transaction order associated with the in-transit funds data may be determined from the information of the transaction order received via the operational options. In particular implementation, for example, as shown in fig. 3, a fund information interface may be provided in a client of the first user, after a specific funds to be paid are included in a first account associated with the first user, the amount of the funds to be paid, corresponding second user information, etc. may be displayed through the fund information interface, and meanwhile, an operation option for specifically performing order association may be provided in the interface, through which the first user may submit specific transaction order information, so that association of the funds to be paid and the transaction order is completed.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, after the payment to a specific first account is completed, the information of the account-bound funds may be presented in a funds information page of the first user client. Including the amount to be billed, etc. In addition, the second user information related to the in-transit fund data can be displayed in the fund information page of the first user client. For example, the name of the second user, information of the second account, etc. Such information may assist the first user in determining a specifically associated trade order. After the user views the fund information, the user can complete the association operation of the fund with the specific transaction order according to operation options such as 'continue associating order' in the interface.
In particular, the first user may communicate with the second user in an offline manner to determine a transaction order corresponding to the specific on-transit funds, and then associate the on-transit funds with the transaction order through the funds information interface of the client.
In addition, the association may be performed by the second user in addition to the association of the trade order by the first user. In particular implementations, information of the second account associated with the funds in transit data may also be obtained from a notification message provided by a particular funds in transit network. An identification of an associated second user may then be determined from the information of the second account and information of the funds in transit data provided to the second user associated client and operational options for associating transaction order information for the funds in transit data provided. Thereafter, an identification of the trade order associated with the in-transit funds data may be determined from the information of the trade order received via the operational options.
In particular, as described above, the amount of the specific deposit may be smaller than the amount of the on-transit funds data, in which case, the first user associated with the first account may be notified of the funds to be charged corresponding to the target amount on behalf of the first stage of the transaction order, and the first stage of the funds to be charged may be displayed as charged. For example, a particular first-stage payable may also be referred to as a "pay-per-view," that is, if only a portion of the in-transit funds data is being paid, the first user may be notified of the portion of the funds paid by the system on behalf of the particular transaction order first payment. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the fund information of the first account can be displayed in a specific fund information interface, and in addition, a transaction order list which is not yet completed in association can be provided in the fund information page, and operation options for performing association operation are provided for each transaction order respectively. And if the amount of the funds paid is smaller than the amount of the on-transit funds data, judging whether the transaction order is first correlated, so that when an operation option is provided, action information of the operation option can be provided according to the judging result, wherein the action information comprises action information used for correlating a first-stage payable or a second-stage payable for the corresponding transaction order. For example, in a particular implementation, a particular operational option may be presented as "associated prepayment" for an order that is associated for the first time, and as "associated tail" for an order that is not associated for the first time. Thus, after the first user specifically determines the transaction order corresponding to the currently received fund information, the first user can select the operation option corresponding to the transaction order from the specific transaction order list, and the association of the funds specifically checked-in with the transaction order is completed by clicking the operation option and other modes.
In addition, for a trade order associated with a first stage of payable, information of the trade order that is payable at a second stage of the trade order may also be provided and presented as a non-posting state. And after the on-transit fund data is checked out in the first account and the third account is checked out, the second-stage accounts receivable of the transaction order can be displayed as a checked-out state.
In addition, after associating the funds data of the specific pad with the trade order, the associated trade order may also be modified to an in-payment state, so that the first user may perform a performance process on the trade order based on the in-payment state. That is, the execution flow can be advanced without waiting for the specific in-transit fund data to be checked out, so that the execution time of the trade order is shortened.
And after receiving a notification message that the in-transit fund data is completely checked in the first account, transferring the fund data corresponding to the target amount from the first account to the third account through the associated financial institution system so as to perform a check-out process. That is, when the particular on-transit funds data is to be charged in the first account, the amount of funds charged by the system may first be transferred from the first account to the third account, thereby completing the process of checking out the third account. The remaining funds amount may then be notified to the first user, the end of the particular associated transaction order is due, and so on.
Here, as described above, since the attribution rights of the first account and the third account are both commodity object information systems, a specific checkout process may be initiated by the commodity object information system, and the associated financial institution system may assist in completing the specific transfer process.
In order to better understand the specific scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application, a complete flow is described below in conjunction with the timing diagram shown in fig. 5.
First, the buyer user and the seller user make a trade on line, a trade order is generated, and the seller user (payee) provides specific first account information to the buyer user (payer). The payer may then arrive at a money transfer bank to pay for the particular transaction order by way of an off-line money transfer.
After receiving the specific money, the remittance bank can upload specific information to the on-road fund network system, and the on-road fund network system finds that the target transfer account of the specific on-road fund data belongs to the account number set provided by the commodity object information system, and can inform the commodity object information system of the related information of the on-road fund data.
After receiving the notification message, the commodity object information system can carry out risk assessment on specific in-transit fund data through a specific wind control model, and if the risk assessment is passed, the first account can be paid, so that the payee can receive money through the first account in time. If the risk assessment does not pass, the processing may be performed according to a general foreign exchange procedure.
After the specific in-transit funds data reach the specific target collection bank and the first account finishes the posting, the commodity object information system can firstly perform the posting process to transfer the previously paid funds from the first account to the third account. If the payment is partial payment, the specific tail money can be reserved in the first account and is notified to the first user serving as the payee, so that the tail money is issued.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, after the specific second user initiates the money transfer, the specific money transfer bank may generate a specific money transfer document identifier (for example, ID or number, etc.), where the money transfer document identifier may also be transferred to the specific processing node along with the circulation of the specific in-transit funds data, so that, in the process of circulating the in-transit funds data between each specific processing node, tracking of the same in-transit funds data may be implemented through the associated money transfer document identifier.
In summary, through the embodiment of the application, the event of generating the in-transit fund data in the first account can be perceived, the risk evaluation is carried out on the in-transit fund data, and if the evaluation passes, the fund data of the target amount can be transferred from the third account to the first account. Therefore, the first user can receive the specific account-arriving funds in advance before the specific on-transit funds are actually checked-in the first account, and the influence on the user of the payee caused by overlong on-transit time of the funds is reduced. For example, the paid funds for the account can be presented for replenishment to ensure that the inventory of the commodity object is sufficient, and the state of sale is maintained, thereby avoiding affecting the achievement of subsequent transactions.
In one mode, the attribution right of the third account and the first account for providing the payment service can be both commodity object information systems and even can be associated with the same financial institution, so that the situation of cross-border transfer and the like does not exist generally, and limit of the amount is avoided generally, and online 'quick account-arriving' and even 'instant account-arriving' can be realized.

s603, receiving the input transaction order information through the operation options and submitting the transaction order information to the server.
When operation options for associating transaction order information for the funds to be checked are provided in the fund information page, a transaction order list which is not yet completed in association can be provided in the fund information page, and operation options for performing association operation are provided for each transaction order respectively, so that after an operation request is received through the operation option corresponding to one transaction order, the information of the transaction order can be submitted to the server.
