The range hood provided by the invention is provided with an oil collecting box, a liquid level detection mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the liquid level detection mechanism is used for detecting the liquid level height of oil in the oil collecting box, and the driving mechanism is connected with the oil collecting box and is used for driving the oil collecting box to move outwards from the installation position of the oil collecting box.

Further, the range hood device further comprises a controller; the controller is used for controlling the fume suction device to stop responding to the instruction signal for starting the fume suction function when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collection box reaches a certain liquid level height.
Further, the range hood device further comprises a contact or distance sensing device, wherein the contact or distance sensing device is arranged on the back of the oil collecting box or the area, opposite to the back of the oil collecting box, of the range hood device and is used for detecting whether the back of the oil collecting box is in contact with the corresponding position on the range hood device or reaches a set distance so as to determine whether the oil collecting box is in the installation position or not.
Further, the contact or distance sensing device is a touch key switch.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a method for reminding cleaning of an oil collection box of a range hood device, which is used for sending out a cleaning reminding message when the oil collection box of the range hood device is full of oil, and the method comprises:
detecting the liquid level height of oil in the oil collecting box;
judging whether the liquid level height reaches a preset liquid level height or not;
and if so, controlling the driving mechanism to drive the oil collecting box to move outwards from the installation position of the oil collecting box.
Further, before the detecting the level height of the oil in the oil collecting box, the method further comprises:
acquiring the running state of the range hood equipment, wherein the running state comprises an opening state and a closing state;
if the liquid level height reaches the preset liquid level height, the original running state of the oil fume suction device is kept, and prompt information of 'oil full in an oil collecting box' is sent out under control.
Further, the prompt message comprises a voice prompt message and a flashing light prompt message;
the control sends the prompt message of "the oil collecting box is full of oil", including:
if the liquid level height is judged to reach the preset liquid level height, voice prompt information and flashing light prompt information are controlled to be sent out;
after the mechanism is controlled to drive the oil collecting box to move outwards from the installation position of the oil collecting box, voice prompt information is controlled to be turned off, and flashing light prompt information continues to be sent out;
and if the oil collecting box is installed to the installation position again, controlling to turn off the flashing light prompt message.
The oil fume suction device provided by the invention comprises the oil collecting box, the liquid level detection mechanism and the driving mechanism, the result of whether the oil collecting box is full can be accurately detected by the liquid level detection mechanism without manually judging whether the oil collecting box is full, when the oil collecting box is full and oil in the oil collecting box needs to be cleaned, the driving mechanism automatically drives the oil collecting box to move outwards, the oil collecting box does not need to be pulled by a human hand, and the condition that the stress of the oil collecting box is not uniform in the process of moving outwards does not exist, so that the phenomenon that the oil in the oil collecting box shakes to overflow the oil collecting box in the process of moving the oil collecting box outwards can be reduced or even avoided.
According to the cleaning reminding method for the oil collecting box of the range hood, when the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box is detected to reach a certain liquid level height, the automatic control driving mechanism drives the oil collecting box to move out of the installation position of the oil collecting box, so that the phenomenon that the oil overflows out of the oil collecting box in the moving process of the oil collecting box can be reduced or even avoided.

In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments of a method for reminding a user to clean an oil collecting box and a range hood according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a range hood device, as shown in fig. 1-5, which comprises an oil collecting box 1, a liquid level detection mechanism and a driving mechanism 2, wherein the liquid level detection mechanism is used for detecting the liquid level height of oil in the oil collecting box 1, and the driving mechanism 2 is connected with the oil collecting box 1 and is used for driving the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards from the installation position of the oil collecting box.
This range hood equipment includes an album of oil box 1, liquid level detection mechanism and actuating mechanism 2, do not need the artificial oily full judgement of collection oil box 1, but whether full result of oil is obtained through the accurate detection of liquid level detection mechanism, when collection oil box 1 is oily full need to clear up the fluid in the collection oil box 1, actuating mechanism 2 automatic drive collection oil box 1 outwards shifts out, do not need the people hand pulling collection oil box, at the in-process that outwards shifts out, there is not the uneven condition of collection oil box 1 atress, thereby, at the in-process that collection oil box 1 outwards shifted out, can reduce and avoid even that collection oil box 1 interior fluid rocks and spills over collection oil box 1.
The value of the acceleration during the outward movement of the oil box 1 by the driving mechanism 2 may be set to be equal to or less than a preset acceleration value. Wherein the preset acceleration value is as follows: when the oil in the oil collecting box 1 is at the set liquid level height, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box to move outwards at the maximum acceleration value under the condition that the oil shaken in the oil collecting box 1 does not overflow the oil collecting box.
As mentioned in the background section, the oil collecting box of the existing range hood device is manually pulled out when it needs to be cleaned. Generally, when a person manually pulls an object, sufficient force is initially applied to pull the object; for most objects, the manual pulling by a person does not slowly and gradually increase the force applied to the object to move the object gradually and smoothly, because the pulling does not conform to the operation habit of the person. Therefore, when the oil collecting box located at the installation position is pulled outwards manually by a person, the oil collecting box initially has larger acceleration, the acting force exerted on the oil collecting box by the hand is uneven in the pulling process, under the condition, oil in the oil collecting box can shake, and when the shaking amplitude is larger or the liquid level height of the oil is higher, the oil easily overflows from the oil collecting box.
In the embodiment, when the oil in the oil collecting box 1 needs to be cleaned, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards; in the outward moving process, the driving mechanism 2 automatically drives the oil collecting box 1 to move out of the installation position of the oil collecting box at a preset speed or acceleration, and no human factor exists in the moving process, so that the phenomenon of uneven stress of the oil collecting box does not exist, the oil collecting box can be stably moved in the moving process, and the oil is reduced or even prevented from overflowing the oil collecting box; in addition, liquid level detection mechanism can detect the interior fluid liquid level of collection oil box, and this fluid liquid level setting can be with the biggest liquid level height that does not take place to spill over at the removal in-process of collection oil box as the standard, and then guarantees that fluid is not more than this liquid level height, avoids the too much and spill over the collection oil box of fluid in the collection oil box. Further, it is also possible to define that the acceleration of the oil sump case 1 is equal to or less than a preset acceleration value. And, the preset acceleration value, i.e., the upper limit of the acceleration of the oil trap 1, is defined as: when the oil in the oil collecting box 1 is at the set liquid level height, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards at the maximum acceleration value under the condition that the oil shaken in the oil collecting box 1 does not overflow the oil collecting box 1. Under the condition, in the process that the oil collecting box 1 is moved out, the oil liquid which is rocked in the oil collecting box 1 can be ensured not to overflow the oil collecting box 1.
In the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 2 is a motor 20 and a rack and pinion mechanism; the motor 20 is fixed on the body of the oil smoke absorbing device, and the output end of the motor is connected with the gear 21 in the gear rack mechanism, and the rack 22 in the gear rack mechanism is arranged on the oil collecting box.
The number of the driving mechanisms 2 may be one or more, and when there are a plurality of driving mechanisms, the plurality of driving mechanisms 2 are respectively disposed on a plurality of sides of the oil collecting box 1. Specifically, as shown in the figure, the driving mechanisms 2 may be provided on the left and right sides of the oil collecting box 1. When the oil collecting box 1 needs to be moved outwards or reinstalled in place, the driving mechanisms 2 on the left and right sides can drive the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards or inwards synchronously from the two sides.
It will be appreciated that there is a correlation between the preset acceleration value and the set level height: if the set liquid level is higher, the preset acceleration value is correspondingly lower; whereas if the set level height is lower, the preset acceleration value is correspondingly higher. In practical application, the set liquid level height and the preset acceleration value are determined according to requirements. For example, if the oil collection box 1 is required to be moved out quickly, the set liquid level height is set to a lower value; if the oil sump 1 is required to store as much oil as possible or the oil sump 1 is cleaned less frequently, the set level height is set to a higher value.
In this embodiment, the oil collecting box 1 is provided with an observation window for a user to observe the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1. The oil collecting box 1 is also provided with marked scales for indicating the maximum height of the oil liquid stored in the oil collecting box 1. In the present embodiment, the set liquid level height is equal to the maximum height of the stored oil indicated in the oil collection tank 1. When a user sees the mark that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches the maximum height through the observation window, the driving mechanism 2 can be controlled to drive the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards so as to clean the oil collecting box 1.
In this embodiment, the range hood device further comprises a contact sensing device 10, and the contact sensing device 10 is disposed at the back of the oil collecting box 1 and is used for detecting whether the back of the oil collecting box 1 is in contact with a corresponding position on the range hood device to determine whether the oil collecting box 1 is in the installation position. The touch sensing device 10 may be a touch key switch.
In this embodiment, after the oil collecting box 1 is cleaned, the oil collecting box 1 needs to be installed in place again. At this time, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move inwards, after the oil collecting box 1 moves to a certain position, the light touch key switch positioned at the back of the oil collecting box 1 contacts with the area of the range hood device opposite to the back of the oil collecting box 1, and the light touch key switch is triggered to indicate that the oil collecting box 1 is positioned at the installation position and is installed in place. After the tact key switch is triggered, the information may be indicated in a certain manner, for example, the oil smoke suction device sends out voice information or flashing light information, or sends out voice information and flashing light information at the same time, or the oil smoke suction device sends information to a terminal such as a mobile phone associated with the user.
Specifically, when a key of the light touch key switch is pressed down, the light touch key switch is conducted, the light touch key switch is in a closed state, data is transmitted to the power lamp, the power lamp is not flickered, and a user is reminded that the oil collecting box is installed in place; when the light touch key switch bounces, the light touch key switch is in a disconnected state, data are transmitted to the power lamp, and the power lamp flickers to remind a user that the oil collecting box is sent out or not installed in place.
In this embodiment, the liquid level detection mechanism can detect the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collection box 1 in real time, so that the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collection box 1 can be monitored at any time, and the corresponding operation can be performed in response. The liquid level detection mechanism can also detect the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collection box 1 in a set mode in a non-real-time mode, for example, the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collection box 1 is detected before each time the fume suction device starts to work, and the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collection box 1 is detected in the working process of the fume suction device.
In this embodiment, the range hood device further includes an alarm device, and the alarm device sends out voice information or flashing light information when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height, or sends out voice information and flashing light information simultaneously, or sends out a signal to a terminal device associated with a user, such as a mobile phone, and prompts the user about information that the oil in the oil collecting box 1 needs to be cleaned.
Specifically, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height; at this time, the user can directly clean the removed oil collecting box 1. Certainly, considering the working state of the range hood device, if the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collection box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height when the range hood device is in the non-working state, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collection box 1 to move outwards directly; if the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height when the oil fume suction device is in a working state, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards directly after the oil fume suction device finishes the working state.
Alternatively, the driving mechanism 2 drives the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards after receiving an instruction of moving out of the oil collecting box 1 from a user when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height. In this case, the oil fume suction device moves the oil collecting box outwards according to the instruction of the user and after the instruction of the user, so that the user can select to send an instruction when the user is convenient to clean the outwards moved oil collecting box 1; the oil fume suction device can be prevented from being directly moved out of the oil collecting box 1 when the user is inconvenient to clean.
In this embodiment, the range hood device further comprises a controller; the controller is used for controlling the oil fume suction device to stop responding to the instruction signal for starting the oil fume suction function when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collection box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height. That is, when the liquid level detection mechanism detects that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collection box 1 reaches a certain liquid level height, if the user starts the oil smoke suction function of the oil smoke suction device, the oil smoke suction device does not respond to the instruction; only after the user cleans the oil in the oil collecting box 1 according to the information indicated by the oil fume suction device, the oil fume suction function of the oil fume suction device can be started according to the instruction of the user.
The term "the liquid level of the oil reaches a certain level height" in this embodiment may refer to the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaching the set level height described above, or the maximum height of the stored oil marked in the oil collecting box 1. Alternatively, the "oil level reaches a certain level height" may be a certain height value lower than the two liquid levels to prompt the user to clean the oil collecting box 1 before the oil level reaches the limit.
In this embodiment, the liquid level detection mechanism is specifically a float-stop valve.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are only specific illustrations of possible embodiments of the invention, but also other embodiments that can be conceived and implemented without inventive effort based on the above-described embodiments.
For example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the driving mechanism 2 may not be limited to the motor 20 and the rack-and-pinion mechanism, but may be various devices such as a motor and a gear-and-chain mechanism, a motor and a lead screw, etc. capable of driving the oil collecting box to move outward and inward.
For another example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the motor 20 is mounted on the oil collecting box 1, and the output end of the motor is connected to the gear 21 in the rack-and-pinion mechanism, and the rack 22 in the rack-and-pinion mechanism is fixed on the body of the range hood.
For another example, in other embodiments of the invention, the set liquid level height is set to be higher than the maximum height of the stored oil indicated in the oil sump tank 1. Therefore, when a user sees the mark that the liquid level of the oil in the oil collecting box 1 reaches the maximum height through the observation window, the user controls the driving mechanism 2 to drive the oil collecting box 1 to move outwards for cleaning. Because the fluid liquid level in the collection oil box 1 does not reach the liquid level height of settlement in fact, at this in-process, the height that the fluid that rocks in the collection oil box 1 can reach still can have a certain distance with the top opening of collection oil box 1, can be more insurance, can be better avoid with prevent that the fluid that rocks from spilling over from collection oil box 1.
For another example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the contact sensing device 10 may be disposed not on the back of the oil collecting box 1, but on the area of the range hood opposite to the back of the oil collecting box 1, so as to achieve the same technical effect. And, the contact sensing means may also be replaced by a distance sensing means, such as a laser range finder or the like, which determines whether the oil collecting box 1 is in the installed position by detecting whether a set distance is reached between the back of the oil collecting box 1 and the corresponding position on the range hood device.
For example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the liquid level detection mechanism may be various devices other than the float valve as long as the device has a liquid level detection function.
For another example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the range hood further includes a guiding structure (not shown), the guiding structure includes a guiding rail or a guiding groove, one of the guiding rail and the guiding groove is disposed in the oil collecting box, and the other guiding rail and the guiding groove are disposed in the body of the range hood. So set up, remove the in-process at the collection oil box, can realize the steady direction to the collection oil box, make the collection oil box remove steadily.
In conclusion, the oil fume suction device provided by the invention can accurately detect whether the oil box 1 is full of oil or not through the liquid level detection mechanism, when the oil box 1 is full of oil and the oil in the oil box 1 needs to be cleaned, the driving mechanism 2 automatically drives the oil box 1 to move outwards, the oil box 1 does not need to be pulled by hands, and the phenomenon that the oil in the oil box 1 shakes to overflow the oil box 1 can be reduced or even avoided.
The present embodiment further provides a cleaning reminder for an oil collection box of a range hood device, which is used for sending out cleaning reminder information when the oil collection box of the range hood device in the above embodiment is full of oil, and the method includes the following steps:
and S602, detecting the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collecting box.
Specifically, the level of the oil in the oil collecting box can be detected by the above-mentioned floating stop valve or any other device with a liquid level detection function. The oil level detection mechanism does not need to judge whether the oil collecting box 1 is full of oil manually, but can accurately detect whether the oil collecting box is full of oil or not to obtain the result of full of oil.
S604, judging whether the liquid level height reaches the preset liquid level height.
The preset liquid level height is a preset safe liquid level height, and when the liquid level of the oil liquid is not more than the liquid level height, the driving mechanism drives the oil collecting box to not overflow the oil collecting box in the moving process.
And S606, if yes, controlling the driving mechanism to drive the oil collecting box to move outwards from the installation position.
When the oil collecting box is full of oil and the oil in the oil collecting box needs to be cleaned, the driving mechanism automatically drives the oil collecting box to move out, the oil collecting box does not need to be pulled by hands, the condition that the stress of the oil collecting box is uneven does not exist in the process of moving out, and therefore in the process of moving out the oil collecting box, the phenomenon that the oil in the oil collecting box shakes to overflow the oil collecting box can be reduced or even avoided.
Before the step S602 of detecting the liquid level height of the oil in the oil collecting box, the method further comprises the following steps:
1) acquiring the running state of the range hood equipment, wherein the running state comprises an opening state and a closing state;
2) if the liquid level height reaches the preset liquid level height, the original running state of the oil fume suction device is kept, and prompt information of 'oil full in an oil collecting box' is sent out under control.
The prompt message comprises a voice prompt message and a flashing light prompt message;
wherein, the control sends the prompt message of "oil collecting box is full of oil", including the step:
firstly, if the liquid level height is judged to reach the preset liquid level height, voice prompt information and flashing light prompt information are controlled to be sent out;
secondly, after the mechanism is controlled and driven to drive the oil collecting box to move out of the installation position, voice prompt information is controlled to be closed, and flashing prompt information is sent out continuously;
and thirdly, controlling to turn off the flashing light prompt message after the oil collecting box is installed to the installation position again.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, before use, when a start signal is received, the internal float-stop valve of the oil collection box is detected to determine whether the oil collection box is full:
when starting up according to the start key, whether oil is full is detected firstly, if the oil is full, the integrated cooker is not started, the power lamp flickers according to the frequency of 1 time/second, and the user is reminded through voice broadcast that the oil collecting box is full, the integrated cooker needs to be cleaned immediately, the oil full data is synchronously transmitted to the motor, and the motor drives the gear to send out the oil collecting box. After the oil collecting box is sent out, the floating stop valve is restored to the state before the oil is full, the tact switch bounces and is restored to the off state, the voice broadcasting is automatically cancelled, the power lamp keeps flickering, the oil collecting box is reassembled after a user is cleaned, when the oil collecting box is installed in place, the tact switch is pressed down, the tact key switch is conducted, the power lamp cancels flickering, enters the standby state, the start key needs to be pressed down again, and the integrated cooker is started.
As shown in fig. 8, in the use, when detecting that oil is full, do not force to close integrated kitchen, the power lamp is according to 1/second frequency scintillation, and through voice broadcast, reminds the user that the collection oil box is full, needs to wash immediately, and the motor is given in the synchronous transfer of the full data of oil this moment, and the motor drives the gear and sends out the collection oil box. After the oil collecting box is sent out, the floating stop valve is restored to the state before the oil is full, the tact switch bounces and is restored to the off state, the voice broadcasting is automatically cancelled, the power lamp keeps flickering, after a user is cleaned, the oil collecting box is reassembled, when the oil collecting box is installed in place, the tact switch is pressed down, the tact key switch is conducted, the power lamp cancels flickering, and normal operation is continued.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides an oil fume suction device and a cleaning reminding method for an oil collecting box of the oil fume suction device, when a floating stop valve in the oil collecting box detects that the oil collecting box is full of oil, a voice broadcast and an alarm lamp prompt a user to clean the oil collecting box, meanwhile, full-oil data is transmitted to a motor, and the motor drives a gear to send the oil collecting box out, so that the user can be reminded of pouring the oil conveniently, oil spilling caused by manually pulling out the oil collecting box is prevented, meanwhile, a reminding function of whether the oil collecting box is installed in place is added, the oil full-oil reminding function is increased in a humanized mode, the oil collecting box is automatically sent out, and the oil collecting box is installed in place to prevent oil spilling and peripheral.
