Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: provided is a floor drain which can drain not only accumulated water above floor tiles but also accumulated water between the floor tiles and a waterproof layer, and prevent the accumulated water between the floor and the waterproof layer from flowing out to the lower part of floor tiles of other rooms or corridors.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a floor drain comprises a sand filtering hanging basket, an inner-layer funnel, a floor drain cover plate and a light annular rubber ring; the sand filtering hanging basket is a funnel with a big top and a small bottom, and is divided into three parts from top to bottom: the device comprises a first conical section, a circular table section and a second conical section, wherein the first conical section and the second conical section are both in the shape of a circular table with a large top and a small bottom, and the bottom of the first conical section is connected with the top of the circular table section; the bottom of the circular platform section is connected with the top of the second conical section, and an annular platform is formed at the top of the second conical section; the first conical section is provided with a water filtering hole; the circular platform section and the second conical section are not provided with holes; the inner layer funnel comprises a top cover and a funnel part; the top cover is a circular ring fixed at the top of the funnel part, the top cover is clamped with the top of the sand filtering hanging basket, and the top cover is provided with a filtering hole; the bottom of the funnel part is turned outwards to form an annular sand filtering groove; the bottom of the annular sand filtering groove is positioned at the top of the circular platform section; the bottom and the outward turning part of the annular sand filtering groove are provided with sand filtering holes; the light annular rubber ring is horizontally arranged on the annular platform, the thickness of the light annular rubber ring is smaller than the height of the circular truncated cone section, the bottom of the circular truncated cone section is larger than the top of the circular truncated cone section, and the inner diameter of the top of the circular truncated cone section is the same as the outer diameter of the light annular rubber ring; the annular rubber ring can be matched with the bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove for covering and sealing; the floor drain cover plate covers the circular ring of the top cover, and a drain hole is formed in the floor drain cover plate.
Preferably, a self-sealing outlet assembly is included; the self-sealing outlet assembly comprises a funnel, a hanging piece, a water outlet cover plate and a balancing weight; the taper of the funnel is the same as that of the second conical section, and the funnel is movably placed in the outlet of the second conical section; the lower part of the funnel is tubular, the end part of the funnel is hung with the hanging piece, the hanging piece is provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is fixed with the water outlet cover plate; one end of the water outlet cover plate is fixed with the balancing weight, and the other end of the water outlet cover plate can be covered with the outlet of the funnel.
Preferably, the floor drain cover plate is provided with a washing machine drain pipe jack.
Preferably, a flow guide plate is arranged below the floor drain cover plate; the guide plate is positioned below the drain hole.
Preferably, the bottom of the floor drain cover plate is provided with threads, and the floor drain cover plate is in threaded connection with the top cover.
Preferably, the top cover edge is provided with a clamping hook, and the clamping hook is clamped with the sand filtering hanging basket.
Preferably, a floor tile connecting plate is fixed to the outer edge of the top of the sand filtering hanging basket, and the periphery of the floor tile connecting plate is rectangular or square.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the floor drain provided by the invention can rapidly drain accumulated water above the floor tile through two drainage ways of the sand filtering hanging basket and the inner layer funnel, and also can provide a drainage way for the accumulated water below the floor tile and above the waterproof layer, so that the phenomenon that the accumulated water below the floor tile of a multi-water room such as a shower room seeps into the floor slab of an adjacent room which is not waterproof to cause water seepage and damage of the floor slab is avoided, and the floor drain is suitable for being used in residential buildings and high-grade comprehensive public buildings.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section view of the inventive floor drain, fig. 2 is a top view of the inventive floor drain, and fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of parts of the inventive floor drain. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the floor drain of the present embodiment includes a sand filtering basket 1, an inner funnel 2, a floor drain cover plate 3 and a light annular rubber ring 4. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a sand filtering basket, and as shown in fig. 4, the sand filtering basket 1 is a funnel with a large upper part and a small lower part, and is divided into three parts from top to bottom: the device comprises a first conical section 12, a circular truncated cone section 13 and a second conical section 14, wherein the first conical section 12 and the second conical section 14 are circular truncated cones with large upper parts and small lower parts, and the bottom of the first conical section 12 is connected with the top of the circular truncated cone section 13; the bottom of the circular platform section 13 is connected with the top of the second conical section 14, and an annular platform 15 is formed at the top of the second conical section 14; the first conical section 12 is provided with a water filtering hole 16; both the truncated cone section 13 and the second cone section 14 are imperforate. Fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating the installation of the inner layer funnel and the floor drain cover plate, and as shown in fig. 5, the inner layer funnel 2 comprises a top cover 21 and a funnel part 22; the top cover 21 is a circular ring fixed on the top of the funnel part 22. The top cover 21 is clamped with the top of the sand filtering hanging basket 1, and a filtering hole 26 is formed in the top cover 21; the bottom of the funnel part 22 is turned outwards to form an annular sand filtering groove 23; the bottom of the annular sand screen 23 is positioned at the top of the circular platform section 13 (shown in figure 1); the bottom and the outward turning part of the annular sand filtering groove 23 are provided with sand filtering holes 25; the light annular rubber ring 4 is horizontally placed on the annular platform 15, the thickness of the light annular rubber ring 4 is smaller than the height of the circular table section 13, the bottom of the circular table section 13 is larger than the top of the circular table section 13, the inner diameter of the top of the circular table section 13 is the same as the outer diameter of the light annular rubber ring 4, and the annular rubber ring 4 can be matched with the bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove 23 for covering and sealing; the floor drain cover plate 3 covers the circular ring of the top cover 21, and a drain hole 31 is formed in the floor drain cover plate.
The working principle is as follows:
when the floor drain is used, the floor drain is arranged in a multi-water room, as shown in figure 1, accumulated water above floor tiles enters an inner layer funnel 2 through a water drainage hole 31 on a floor drain cover plate 3, then downwards passes through a hole in the middle of a light annular rubber ring 4 and then is discharged from the bottom of a sand filtering hanging basket 1 and enters a sewer pipeline; the accumulated water below the floor bricks flows into the annular sand filtering groove 23 of the inner layer funnel 2 through the water filtering holes 16 on the sand filtering hanging basket 1, and is discharged from the bottom of the sand filtering hanging basket 1 through the holes in the light annular rubber ring 4 after passing through the sand filtering holes 25 and enters a sewer pipeline. In the technical scheme of the invention, the circular truncated cone section 13 and the second conical section 14 are not provided with holes, so that accumulated water above the floor tiles cannot enter the space below the floor tiles. In addition, a light annular rubber ring 4 is placed on the annular platform 15, the thickness of the light annular rubber ring 4 is smaller than the height of the circular platform section 13, the bottom of the circular platform section 13 is larger than the top of the circular platform section 13, the inner diameter of the top of the circular platform section 13 is the same as the outer diameter of the light annular rubber ring 4, and the annular rubber ring 4 can be matched with the bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove 23 for sealing. Therefore, if the bottom of the sand filtering hanging basket 1 is blocked, the circular truncated cone section 13 is filled with water, and at the moment, the light annular rubber ring 4 floats upwards to the top of the circular truncated cone section 13 under the action of water and is matched with the bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove 23 for sealing, so that the sand filtering holes 25 are blocked, and accumulated water is prevented from being refilled below floor tiles. At the moment, the floor drain cover plate 3 can be taken out from the top cover 21, and the inside of the floor drain cover plate is cleaned and dredged through the upper opening of the inner-layer funnel 2; if the blockage is serious, the clamping part of the top cover 21 and the sand filtering hanging basket 1 can be loosened after dredging and draining, then the inner-layer funnel 2 is taken out of the sand filtering hanging basket 1, then the light annular rubber ring 4 is taken out, and the blockage in the light annular rubber ring is deeply cleaned. After being cleaned, the floor drain cover plate 3 is sequentially placed into the light annular rubber ring 4 and the inner layer funnel 2 and clamped tightly, and then the floor drain cover plate is covered in the circular ring of the top cover 21, so that the assembly is completed, and the floor drain cover plate can be used continuously. When the floor drain is normally used or blocked, accumulated water in the floor drain cannot flow into the lower part of the floor tile.
A screen may be placed in the annular sand screen 23 to further filter fine sand flowing from below the floor tiles. After a period of use, the inner funnel 2 can be removed from the sand screen basket 1 and cleaned in the annular sand screen 23.
The light annular rubber ring can be a hollow rubber ring, and can also be a rubber ring made of light materials, and the density of the rubber ring is smaller than that of water.
The annular rubber ring 4 can be matched with the bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove 23 for covering and sealing in various ways, for example, a groove matched with the annular rubber ring 4 is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the annular sand filtering groove 23, so that the annular rubber ring 4 is embedded into the groove after floating upwards to be matched with the annular sand filtering groove 23 for sealing; the bottom surfaces of the annular rubber ring 4 and the annular sand filtering groove 23 can be provided with mutually matched convex and concave grooves, so that the annular rubber ring and the annular sand filtering groove can be matched and sealed.
Example 2
The floor drain in this embodiment further comprises a self-sealing outlet assembly 5, as shown in figures 1 and 3. Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of the self-sealing spout assembly and figure 8 is a bottom view of the self-sealing spout assembly. As shown in fig. 7 and 8; the self-sealing outlet component 5 comprises a funnel 51, a hanging piece 52, a water outlet cover plate 54 and a balancing weight 55; the taper of the funnel 51 is the same as that of the second conical section 14, and the funnel 51 is movably arranged in the outlet of the second conical section 14; the lower part of the funnel 51 is tubular, the end part of the funnel is hung on the hanging piece 52, the hanging piece 52 is provided with a rotating shaft 53, and the rotating shaft 53 is fixed with the water outlet cover plate 54; one end of the water outlet cover plate 54 is fixed with the balancing weight 55, and the other end can be covered with the outlet of the funnel 51.
In the floor drain of the embodiment, the self-sealing outlet assembly 5 is installed at the outlet of the second conical section 14, and when the floor drain is in a non-working state, that is, when no water is drained to a sewer, under the action of gravity of the counterweight 55, the water outlet cover plate 54 is rotatably covered at the outlet of the funnel 51 by taking the rotating shaft 53 as a fulcrum, so that insects such as odor, cockroaches and the like are prevented from entering a room through the water outlet. Under the working state of the floor drain, the water outlet cover plate 54 is rotated and opened under the impact action of water, and water is drained normally.
Preferably, the floor drain cover plate 3 is provided with a washing machine drain jack 32, as shown in fig. 6. The washing machine drain pipe insertion hole 32 is arranged, so that a washing machine drain pipe can be inserted into the washing machine drain pipe insertion hole, and drainage of the washing machine during working is facilitated.
Preferably, a flow guide plate 35 is arranged below the floor drain cover plate 3; the baffle 35 is located below the drain hole 31. The guide plate 35 is arranged, so that water flow can be shielded and shunted when a multi-water room drains water, and large noise is prevented from being generated when a large amount of water is directly discharged downwards, and downstairs neighbors are affected.
Preferably, the bottom of the floor drain cover plate 3 is provided with a thread 34, and the floor drain cover plate 34 is in threaded connection with the top cover 21. The threaded connection is convenient to disassemble and is not easy to loosen.
Preferably, the top cover 21 is provided with a hook 24 at the edge, and the hook 24 is clamped with the sand filtering hanging basket 1.
Preferably, a floor tile connecting plate 11 is fixed on the outer edge of the top of the sand filtering hanging basket 1, and the periphery of the floor tile connecting plate 11 is rectangular or square. The floor drain is convenient to splice with floor tiles when being installed by arranging the floor tile connecting plate.
The floor drain can quickly drain accumulated water above the floor tiles and can also drain accumulated water below the floor tiles and above a waterproof layer; after the self-sealing outlet assembly is installed, odor and insect prevention can be realized; the arrangement of the jack of the drain pipe of the washing machine can facilitate the drainage of the washing machine during use; the floor drain can be installed as a normal floor drain after the ground waterproof layer is constructed, the floor drain is not required to be fixed in a floor slab in advance, the floor drain is very convenient to disassemble and maintain, and the floor drain is suitable for being used in watery occasions and is particularly suitable for shower rooms.
