A plank slitting device for furniture production is shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 and comprises a base 1, a workbench 2, a cutting mechanism 3, a transmission mechanism 4 and a pressing mechanism 6, wherein the workbench 2 is arranged on the upper side of the base 1, the cutting mechanism 3 is arranged on the base 1, the transmission mechanism 4 is arranged on the rear side of the base 1, and the pressing mechanism 6 is arranged on the cutting mechanism 3.
When people need to cut the wood board into strips, the wood board strip cutting device for furniture production can be used, firstly people place the wood board on the workbench 2, then the pressing mechanism 6 is moved, the pressing part of the pressing mechanism 6 presses the wood board, and then the cutting mechanism 3 and the transmission mechanism 4 are started, so that the wood board is cut.
The cutting mechanism 3 comprises a first fixing plate 31, transmission rods 32, a sliding frame 33, a first motor 34, a blade 35 and a first rack 36, the first fixing plate 31 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the transmission rods 32 are arranged on the front side and the rear side between the first fixing plate 31, the sliding frame 33 is connected between the two transmission rods 32 in a sliding mode, the first motor 34 is installed on the sliding frame 33, the blade 35 is connected to an output shaft of the first motor 34, the first rack 36 is arranged on the front side of the sliding frame 33, and the first rack 36 is matched with the first fixing plate 31 on the left side.
Firstly, people put the wood board on the workbench 2, then the first motor 34 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 34 drives the blade 35, then people manually push the sliding frame 33 rightwards, the first rack 36 moves rightwards, the wood board cutting operation is realized, and when people do not need to cut, the first motor 34 is turned off.
The transmission mechanism 4 comprises a second motor 41 and a transmission nut rod 42, the second motor 41 is installed on the left side of the base 1, the transmission nut rod 42 is connected to the output shaft of the second motor 41, and the transmission nut rod 42 is connected with the sliding frame 33 and the first fixing plate 31 in a threaded mode.
After the first motor 34 is started, people start the second motor 41, so that the transmission nut rod 42 rotates, the transmission nut rod 42 drives the sliding frame 33 to move rightwards in a threaded mode, the automatic cutting effect is achieved, and when people do not need to cut, the first motor 34 and the second motor 41 are turned off.
Pressing mechanism 6 is including second fixed plate 61, pressing plate 62, third fixed plate 63, first spring 64, pulley 65, second fixed block 66 and torsion spring 67, be equipped with second fixed plate 61 between two first fixed plate 31 tops, the equal slidingtype pressing plate 62 that is equipped with in left and right sides on second fixed plate 61, pressing plate 62 downside is equipped with third fixed plate 63, be connected with first spring 64 between third fixed plate 63 and the second fixed plate 61, the last rotation type of third fixed plate 63 is equipped with pulley 65, the second fixed plate 61 front side slip type is equipped with second fixed block 66, be connected with torsion spring 67 between second fixed block 66 and the first fixed plate 31 in left side, second fixed block 66 and sliding frame 33 cooperation.
When the sliding frame 33 contacts the second fixing block 66, the sliding frame 33 drives the second fixing block 66 to move leftwards, the torsion spring 67 is compressed, the pulley 65 drives the third fixing plate 63 to move upwards, the first spring 64 is compressed, the pressing plate 62 slides upwards, people can place the wood board on the workbench 2, when the sliding frame 33 is far away from the second fixing block 66, the torsion spring 67 drives the second fixing block 66 to reset, the first spring 64 drives the third fixing plate 63 and the pressing plate 62 to reset, the pulley 65 resets, and the wood board pressing operation is achieved.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the present invention further includes a pushing mechanism 5, the pushing mechanism 5 includes a support rod 51, a first rotating rod 52, a first gear 53, a bevel gear set 54, a second rotating rod 55, a second gear 56, a first fixing block 57, a second rack 58 and a pushing plate 59, the support rods 51 are uniformly disposed on the left and right sides of the front portion of the base 1, the second rotating rod 55 is rotatably disposed between the support rods 51, the second gear 56 is rotatably disposed on the second rotating rod 55, the first rotating rod 52 is rotatably disposed on the left side of the base 1, the bevel gear set 54 is connected between the front side of the first rotating rod 52 and the second rotating rod 55, the first gear 53 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the first rotating rod 52, the first gear 53 is engaged with the first rack 36, the first fixing blocks 57 are disposed on the left and right sides of the front portion of the workbench 2, the second rack 58 is slidably disposed between the two first fixing blocks 57, the second rack 58 is engaged with the second gear 56, a pushing plate 59 is arranged at the rear side of the second rack 58, and the pushing plate 59 is matched with the workbench 2.
The sliding frame 33 moves rightwards to drive the first rack 36 to move rightwards, so that the first rotating rod 52 and the first gear 53 rotate, the bevel gear set 54 and the second rotating rod 55 rotate, so that the second gear 56 rotates, and the second rack 58 drives the pushing plate 59 to move backwards, namely, the automatic pushing effect is realized.
The device is characterized by further comprising an extrusion mechanism 7, wherein the extrusion mechanism 7 comprises extrusion parts 71, extrusion plates 72 and extrusion blocks 73, the extrusion parts 71 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the right first fixing plate 31, the extrusion blocks 73 are connected in the extrusion parts 71 in a threaded mode, and the extrusion plates 72 are arranged in the extrusion parts 71 in a sliding mode.
People put the plank on the workbench 2, then upwards rotate the extrusion block 73, push the extrusion plate 72 to extrude the plank, thereby downwards rotating the extrusion block 73, so that the extrusion block 73 clamps the extrusion plate 72, and the effect of extruding the plank is realized.
