The sliding rail 41 comprises a sliding rod 411 and a sliding block 412 arranged on the sliding rod 411 in a sliding mode, the sliding rod 411 is vertically arranged on the table frame 4, the sliding block 412 is arranged on the support frame 44 and moves along with the support frame 44, and when the support frame 44 moves, the sliding block 412 can be driven to move so that the sliding block 412 vertically moves along with the sliding rod 411 and further plays a guiding role in the support frame 44 as the sliding rail 41, and therefore the guide effect is achieved on the lifting plate 46.
