Specifically, the water tank assembly 100 is disposed in the outer box, the cooking cavity is used for containing food to be cooked, a user takes and places the food in the cooking cavity through an opening of the cooking cavity, during cooking, the opening and closing mechanism closes the air inlet, the door closes the opening to form a closed cooking cavity, steam is introduced into the cooking cavity to cook the food in the cooking cavity, the heating device performs heating operation, and the hot air fan operates to drive fluid (including steam and air) to flow back and forth between the cooking cavity and the hot air cavity in a circulating manner, that is, the hot air fan drives the fluid in the cooking cavity to enter the hot air cavity through the air inlet to heat the fluid, and drives the fluid heated in the hot air cavity to return to the cooking cavity through the air outlet, so that the fluid in the outer box is driven by the hot air fan to flow back and forth between the cooking cavity and the hot air cavity, thereby forming a hot air flow with an even temperature field in the cooking cavity, the cooking effect is good, and the working state of the steam box is the cooking state of the steam box.
In the second embodiment, the steaming oven includes a water tank assembly 100, an outer box and an evaporator disposed in the outer box, the water tank assembly 100 is disposed in the outer box, and the water tank assembly 100 is communicated with the evaporator. The steaming oven is also provided with a bowl and chopstick rack, and the evaporator can sterilize and disinfect the tableware on the bowl and chopstick rack by using high-temperature steam.
When the tableware steaming box is used, tableware can be placed on the bowl and chopstick rack, then the bowl and chopstick rack is arranged in the outer box body of the steaming box, and the tableware on the bowl and chopstick rack is disinfected by steam generated by the evaporator. In addition, when cooking or sterilizing is performed without using the steaming oven, tableware and the like can be placed on the chopsticks rack, and then the tableware and the chopsticks rack are placed into the outer box body of the steaming oven together, so that the steaming oven can be used as a storage container.
The steam oven comprises an outer box body, a fan and a heating pipe, wherein the fan is arranged in the outer box body and used for blowing heat of the heating pipe of the steam oven to a cavity of the steam oven; the outer box body is provided with a steam outlet which is used for discharging steam in the outer box body. When in use, the tableware can be dried by utilizing the fan, the heating tube and the like after the tableware is sterilized and disinfected by steam, so that the tableware is ensured to be dry and clean.
The outer box body is provided with an inner cavity and an outer cavity, and the evaporator and the heating tube are both arranged in the outer cavity. The inner cavity is in a cuboid shape, the inner cavity is provided with a top wall, a bottom wall, a left side wall, a rear side wall and a right side wall, the left side wall, the rear side wall and the right side wall are connected between the top wall and the bottom wall and are connected in sequence, third clamping grooves are formed in the left side wall and the right side wall, and the third clamping grooves are matched with connecting pieces of the bowl and chopstick rack.
The third embodiment, the steam box oven and microwave oven all-in-one machine comprises a water tank assembly 100, an outer box body and a cooking chamber oven cavity arranged in the outer box body, a steam generating device, a microwave generating device and a barbecue generating device are arranged inside the outer box body and outside the cooking chamber oven cavity, a steam inlet and a microwave inlet are arranged on the cooking chamber oven cavity, the steam inlet is communicated with a steam outlet of the steam generating device, the steam generating device is communicated with the water tank assembly, and the microwave inlet is communicated with a microwave outlet of the microwave generating device. The back space of the cooking chamber is divided into an upper space and a lower space by a partition plate, the steam generating device is arranged in the upper space, and the microwave generating device is arranged in the lower space.
The upper parts of the left side plate, the right side plate and the back plate of the outer box body are provided with ventilation openings, and the back plate is the rear side plate of the outer box body. The upper space is communicated with the outside of the outer box body through the ventilation openings on the left side plate and the back plate. The upper space and the lower space are communicated with each other, specifically, the left side and the right side at the back of the cooking chamber furnace chamber are respectively provided with a support vertical plate, the support vertical plates are arranged between the partition plate and the outer box bottom plate and play a role of supporting the partition plate, the box bottom plate and the support vertical plates jointly enclose the lower space, an interlayer is formed between the support vertical plates and the outer box side plates at the same side, the interlayer is communicated with the upper space, the support vertical plates are provided with through holes, and the lower space is communicated with the upper space through the through holes.
The ventilation opening on the right side plate is an air inlet, the partition plate is provided with a ventilation hole communicated with the lower layer space, the upper layer space is internally provided with a first air guide cover, the first air guide cover is used for communicating the ventilation hole with the ventilation opening on the right side plate, in addition, the air inlet of the first air guide cover is over against the ventilation opening, and the air outlet of the first air guide cover is downward and over against the ventilation hole.
The microwave generating device comprises a waveguide tube, a magnetron, a transformer, a high-voltage protective tube, a high-voltage capacitor and a microwave stirring motor (not shown in the figure), the waveguide tube and the microwave stirring motor are arranged on the right side of the oven cavity of the cooking chamber, and the waveguide tube is positioned in the interlayer on the right side. One wind air in the lower layer space flows into the interlayer through the through hole of the bracket vertical plate on one side of the waveguide tube to dissipate heat of the waveguide tube and the microwave stirring motor, and redundant air can flow to the upper layer space through the through hole on the bracket vertical plate on the other side, so that the lower layer space is communicated with the upper layer space.
