The invention discloses a laser pen for multimedia teaching, which comprises a shell, a laser generating unit and a lens group unit, wherein the lens group unit comprises a conversion lens group, a rear fixed lens group, a movable lens group and a front fixed lens group, and the conversion lens group comprises a first conversion lens and a second conversion lens, wherein the first conversion lens can enable laser beams to generate line-section-shaped light spots on an optical screen, and the second conversion lens can enable the laser beams to generate circular-ring-shaped light spots on the optical screen. The invention can generate both annular light spots and line segment light spots, can switch between the annular light spots and the line segment light spots according to actual needs, and can adjust the size of the annular light spots and the length of the line segment light spots according to the actual needs.
