Abstract
This scheme discloses a board card testing arrangement, the device includes: the motherboard is provided with a plurality of card slots which are arranged in a board inserting structure and used for accommodating different board cards; the test card is inserted into the card slot on the motherboard and used for testing the board card to be tested and outputting a test result; the card slot on the motherboard comprises a first card slot for plugging the test card and a second card slot for plugging the board card to be tested. The device solves the problem of automatic test of the functions and the performances of the board card in the train broadcasting system, can test the independent board card, can automatically judge the type of the connected board card to be tested, generates a corresponding test excitation signal, analyzes a response signal of a circuit, is provided with an upper computer, automatically counts test results and outputs a test report.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of measurement and test equipment, in particular to a board test device, a board test system and a board test method.
Background
The function and performance test of the circuit board card is important work in the production of the circuit board card in the electronic industry, and is characterized by large workload, more test points, high requirement on the technical capability of testers, and difficulty in ensuring the efficiency of the board card test and the accuracy of the test result through manual test. The train broadcasting system has various board cards with various types, including a power board, a control board and an audio board, and relates to various functional tests of communication, audio and control, and the board cards have various interface types and are difficult to independently test, and currently, a minimum system is usually built, the board cards are replaced one by one, and the function judgment is manually carried out; the performance related tests need to be completed with the help of external signal sources and instruments. The testing mode is not objective enough, and the work is tedious and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
One purpose of the scheme is to provide a board card testing device, which can improve the testing efficiency of board cards in batches, accurately locate faults and improve the maintenance efficiency; can establish the electron archives for the integrated circuit board, make things convenient for integrated circuit board information tracking.
Another object of the present solution is to provide a board testing system.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a board testing method.

and the test unit is used for testing a response signal output by the board card to be tested based on the received test signal and outputting a test result.
Preferably, the device also comprises a power panel and an interface board;
the power panel is used for supplying power for the test card and the board card to be tested, and the interface board is used for connecting the test device with other equipment.
Preferably, the types of the board card to be tested comprise a control board, a power board, an interface board and an audio board.
Preferably, the test signal includes a signal for testing voltage, current, CAN communication, serial port, ethernet, audio channel parameter, GPIO.
In a second aspect, there is provided a board testing system comprising a board testing device as defined in any one of the preceding claims, and
the control unit is used for transmitting the test result to the upper computer and sending the instruction of the upper computer to the board card testing device;
and the upper computer analyzes the received test result, and outputs a normal test report when the test data of the board card to be tested is within a preset threshold range, or outputs a fault test report.
In a third aspect, a board testing method is provided, which uses the board testing method as described above.
Preferably, the method comprises the steps of:
initializing the test card;
identifying the type of the board card to be tested and sending a signal of the type of the board card to be tested;
outputting a test signal based on the type signal of the board card to be tested;
the board card to be tested outputs a response signal based on the test signal, analyzes the response signal and outputs a test result;
and analyzing the board card to be tested based on the test result, and outputting the analysis result.
Preferably, the board card type to be tested comprises a control board, a power board, an interface board and an audio board.
Preferably, the test signal includes a signal for testing voltage, current, CAN communication, serial port, ethernet, audio channel parameter, GPIO.
The scheme has the following beneficial effects:
the board card testing device is used for automatically testing the functions and the performances of the board card in the train broadcasting system, can automatically judge the type of the accessed board card to be tested, can autonomously generate a testing signal source without external instrument equipment, receives a response signal of the board card to be tested, and completes the full-automatic test of the functions and the performances of a circuit on the board card to be tested.

The second card slot 3 is an access interface of the board card to be tested and can be customized or switched according to the requirement of the card interface of the board to be tested; the current cabinet equipment of the train broadcasting system adopts a standard 19-inch 3U case, the size of a board card is 160mm x 100mm, and the cabinet equipment adopts a plug board form and is fixed with a motherboard 2 interface; for terminal equipment which is not a cabinet, customizing a patch panel to be connected into a second card slot 3 of the board card to be tested according to needs, and completing interface conversion; the test card 1 is responsible for testing the board card to be tested, the test card 1 and the board card to be tested are tested one by one, the type of the board card CAN be judged, a test signal source CAN be generated, a response signal of the board card to be tested is received, and a test result is output, for example, the test card analyzes the communication error rate and the audio channel gain of the board card to be tested and the power supply and the current value of the board card to be tested according to the response signal and sends the information to the control unit in a CAN communication mode, and the control unit collects the communication data of all the test cards 1 and uploads the communication data to the upper computer for display and statistics through network communication.
The test device further comprises a power panel 5, the power panel 5 can supply power to the connected board card, and output voltages of the power panel are DC110V and DC12V which are commonly used in a train broadcasting system;
the interface board 4 is an interface for connecting the test device with external equipment, and the interface type includes a CAN communication interface and a power supply interface.
In one embodiment, the types of boards to be tested include a control board, a power board, an interface board and an audio board.
The test signal comprises a signal for testing voltage, current, CAN communication, a serial port, Ethernet, audio channel parameters and GPIO.
A board test system comprises the board test device, a control unit and an upper computer.
In one embodiment, the control unit is a standard 19 inch 2U device comprising a processor, a power module and a power interface; the control unit transmits the test result to the upper computer and sends an instruction of the upper computer to the board card testing device;
in one embodiment, the upper computer is a computer provided with test software, provides an operation interface for a tester, and is responsible for communicating with the control unit, displaying and statistically analyzing received data. And when the upper computer analyzes the received test result to obtain that each test data of the board card to be tested is within a preset threshold range, displaying a test passing prompt on an interface of the upper computer and generating a test report, otherwise, displaying a test result fault prompt on the interface of the upper computer, and checking a fault item through the test report.
The board card to be tested is inserted into a second clamping groove of the board card testing device, the control unit is connected with the upper computer in a websocket mode, then the state and the testing result of the board card to be tested are transmitted to the upper computer in a json format, and instructions of the upper computer are received; meanwhile, can establish can communication connection with a test card of the test device, receive state information and test result information sent by the test card of the test device, and issue an upper computer instruction.
The board test flow shown in fig. 2 and 3 includes the following steps:
initializing the test card;
identifying the type of the board card to be tested and sending a signal of the type of the board card to be tested;
outputting a test signal based on the type signal of the board card to be tested;
the board card to be tested outputs a response signal based on the test signal, analyzes the response signal and outputs a test result;
and analyzing the board card to be tested based on the test result, and outputting the analysis result. The method comprises the following specific steps:
1) powering on the board card testing device, initializing the test card, and initializing the control unit;
2) the board card to be tested is inserted into the second card slot, and the test card sends heartbeat information to the control unit, wherein the heartbeat information comprises a board card test device position number and a first card slot position number; after the control unit receives the heartbeat information, the host computer completes information registration of the board test device, and after the registration is completed, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, an area in an interface of the host computer displays all the access board test devices and all the position test cards of the current device, and the specific color state is shown as an area. The area (ii) in fig. 5 shows that there are 4 access board test devices, where the front 2 access board test devices have 8 test cards, and the back 2 access board test devices have 4 test cards.
3) Inserting a board card to be tested, such as a control board card to be tested, into a second card slot of any idle board card to be tested of the board card testing device, automatically identifying the type and the position of the board card to be tested by a test card, sending information to a control unit, completing the registration of the board card to be tested on an upper computer by the control unit, and prompting that a blue button at a corresponding position in an interface area II of the upper computer is changed into yellow to prompt that the board card to be tested is inserted at the position, wherein the information of the control board is displayed on the button;
4) at the moment, a yellow control panel button is clicked on an interface of the upper computer, the control unit receives a test starting instruction of the upper computer, such as instructions for testing the voltage and the current of the control panel, CAN communication, a serial port, Ethernet, an audio channel and the like, a test card of the board card testing device starts testing work after receiving the instruction of the control unit, and the control panel button of the upper computer is changed into a purple test in state from yellow;
5) the test card of the board card test device tests the board card of the control board to be tested: sending a test signal, receiving response information of the control board to be tested, sending the response information to the control unit after the test is finished, and forwarding the information to the upper computer by the control unit;
6) after receiving the board card test result information, the upper computer compares the board card test result information with the threshold values of all parameters stored in the upper computer, if the board card test result information is in the threshold value range, the test is normal, otherwise, the board card test result information fails; if the result is normal, the button of the 'control panel' is changed into green, and if the result is failed, the button is changed into red; finally, a test report is generated, as shown in fig. 6, and the test is completed.
7) Clicking the 'control panel' button can open the test report of the control panel for viewing, and then clicking the 'upload report' button below the test report can upload the report to the server for saving.
In the production stage of products, the test workload is large, and in order to carry out the function test of the board card, various test instruments are usually required to be involved, the test workload is tedious, the requirement on testers is also high, and the low test efficiency hardly meets the requirement of batch test. The testing device of the scheme can automatically test the functions and the performances of the board card, saves manpower and improves the testing efficiency and the testing accuracy; in the product maintenance stage, the device can quickly locate the fault position by giving a test case and analyzing the response of the board card, thereby reducing the technical requirements of maintenance personnel and improving the maintenance efficiency.

the card slot on the motherboard comprises a first card slot for plugging the test card and a second card slot for plugging the board card to be tested.
2. The board test apparatus of claim 1, wherein the test card includes,
the type identification unit is used for identifying the type of the board card to be detected and outputting a board card type signal based on an identification result;
the test signal generating unit outputs a test signal based on the received board card type signal;
and the test unit is used for testing a response signal output by the board card to be tested based on the received test signal and outputting a test result.
3. A board card testing device according to claim 1, further comprising a power board and an interface board;
the power panel is used for supplying power for the test card and the board card to be tested, and the interface board is used for connecting the test device with other equipment.
4. The board test device of claim 2, wherein the types of boards to be tested include a control board, a power board, an interface board and an audio board.
5. The board test device of claim 2, wherein the test signals include signals for testing voltage, current, CAN communication, serial port, ethernet, audio channel parameters, GPIO.
6. A board test system, characterized in that it comprises a board test device according to any of claims 1 to 5, and
the control unit is used for transmitting the test result to the upper computer and sending the instruction of the upper computer to the board card testing device;
and the upper computer analyzes the received test result, and outputs a normal test report when the test data of the board card to be tested is within a preset threshold range, or outputs a fault test report.
7. A board test method characterized by using the board test system according to claim 6.
8. The board card testing method of claim 7, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
initializing the test card;
identifying the type of the board card to be tested and sending a signal of the type of the board card to be tested;
outputting a test signal based on the type signal of the board card to be tested;
the board card to be tested outputs a response signal based on the test signal, analyzes the response signal and outputs a test result;
and analyzing the board card to be tested based on the test result, and outputting the analysis result.
9. The board card testing method according to claim 8, wherein the board card types to be tested include a control board, a power board, an interface board and an audio board.
10. The board card testing method of claim 8, wherein the test signals include signals for testing voltage, current, CAN communication, serial port, Ethernet, audio channel parameters, GPIO.
