The cleaner 30 of the present embodiment is a core component of the whole production line, the cleaner 30 of the present embodiment includes a first cleaning portion 31 and a second cleaning portion 32, the second cleaning portion 32 is a closed cylindrical structure, and includes an outer plate and two side plates, as a specific embodiment, the outer plate is cylindrical, the side plates are circular, and are fixedly mounted together by the outer plate and the side plates, and the second cleaning portion 32 with a cavity is defined by the outer plate and the side plates, a blocking rod 31-1 is fixedly mounted on the side plates, and a plurality of blocking rods 31-1 are fixed on the edges of the side plates, and a side blocking plate 31-2 is fixedly mounted on the other end of the blocking rod 31-1, so that the blocking rod 31-1, the side plates, and the side blocking plate 31-2 define the first cleaning portion 31 with a cavity.
As a specific embodiment, one end of the blocking rod 31-1 is fixedly connected with the side panel, the other end of the blocking rod 31-1 is fixedly connected with the side baffle 31-2, the fixed connection mode is welding, bolt connection cannot be used at present, this is because the bar 31-1 and the adjacent bar 31-1 need to have a clearance, which is not large, about 5mm or less, so that the substances such as foam, sundries and the like after cleaning can flow out from the gap between the baffle rods 31-1, therefore, the shift lever 31-1 in this embodiment is distributed more densely, which results in that the fixing of the shift lever 31-1 using the bolt is easily interfered, therefore, the present embodiment also adopts a welding scheme to fix the stop rod 31-1 on the side panel or the side baffle 31-2, so that the first washing section 31 and the second washing section 32 are connected by means of one side panel.
In the embodiment, a rotating roller is arranged in a cavity of a first cleaning part 31, one end of the rotating roller is hinged with a side panel, the other end of the rotating roller is hinged with a side baffle 31-2, a mechanical seal is adopted at the hinged position, one end of the rotating roller protrudes out of the side baffle 31-2, a fourth transmission wheel 36 is arranged on the rotating roller which protrudes out of the side baffle 31-2, and distributing teeth with various sizes are arranged on the rotating roller, for example, a first distributing tooth 37-2 and a second distributing tooth 37-3 are symmetrically arranged on a rotating roller main body 37-1 of the rotating roller of the first cleaning part 31, the length of the first distributing tooth 37-2 is longer than that of the second distributing tooth 37-3, but the density of the first distributing tooth 37-2 is less than that of the second distributing tooth 37-3, namely, the interval between the teeth in the first distributing tooth 37-2 is greater than that between the teeth in the second distributing tooth 37-3, as a further embodiment, this embodiment may also employ more indexing teeth, such as 4-component indexing teeth, evenly distributed around the rotating roller, with the longest indexing teeth being close to the lever 31-1 but not in contact with the lever 31-1.
The upper end of the cleaner 30 is provided with a supporting plate 30-2, the lower end of the supporting plate 30-2 is fixedly connected with an external plate through the supporting plate 30-2 or a supporting column, the upper end of the supporting plate 30-2 is fixedly provided with a second driving device 33, an output shaft of the second driving device 33 is provided with a third driving wheel 35, the third driving wheel 35 is a synchronous belt wheel, a fourth driving wheel 36 is also a synchronous belt wheel, synchronous belts are arranged on the third driving wheel 35 and the fourth driving wheel 36, and further the second driving device 33 drives a rotating roller to rotate through the synchronous belts, so that hollow plastic plate fragments in the first cleaning part 31 are stirred.
As a further preferable technical solution, a fixing plate is fixedly mounted on the side baffle 31-2, the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the side baffle 31-2 by welding or bolts, a third bearing seat 34 is fixedly mounted on the fixing plate, and an output shaft of the second driving device 33 is matched with a bearing in the third bearing seat 34.
In a further preferred embodiment, a base 38 is provided on the side panel and the side barrier 31-2, the base 38 is fixed to the outermost side panel and the side barrier 31-2, the base 38 and the side panel and the side barrier 31-2 are fixed together by using stainless steel bolts, and when the traveling device 20 lifts the washer 30 and puts it into the wash tank of the washing apparatus 40, the base 38 contacts with the bottom of the wash tank, so that the washer 30 is stably supported in the wash tank of the washing apparatus 40.
As a further embodiment, a hanging ring 30-1 is fixedly installed on the side panel and the side baffle 31-2, the bottom of the hanging ring 30-1 is fixedly connected with the side panel or the side baffle 31-2, so that a lifting hook of the travelling crane device 20 can pull the hanging ring 30-1 through a steel wire rope, a hanging belt and other equipment, and further the cleaner 30 is lifted and moved at various positions in the process.
A through hole is arranged on the side panel between the first cleaning part 31 and the second cleaning part 32, so that the first cleaning part 31 and the second cleaning part 32 are communicated, and the communicating part 32-1 is fixedly arranged on the side panel, the most preferable scheme of the communicating part 32-1 of the embodiment is to adopt a pneumatic valve, and then an electric valve, the pneumatic valve has the advantages that the part immersed in water is controlled by pneumatic, and is safer, compressed air is provided for the pneumatic valve by an air pump 39 and other devices, so that the communicating part 32-1 is opened or closed, as a preferable embodiment, a steel pipe is obliquely arranged in the through hole to be used as a flow pipe of liquid and substance, the steel pipe and the side baffle plate 31-2 are fixedly connected together by welding, and the pneumatic valve is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the steel pipe, a flange is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the steel pipe, and the pneumatic valve is fixedly connected together with the flange by bolts, when the air-operated valve is opened, the first cleaning portion 31 and the second cleaning portion 32 are communicated together so that the substance of the first cleaning portion 31 can enter into the second cleaning portion 32.
As a further embodiment of the above scheme, a pump 39 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the supporting plate, and a water suction pipe of the pump 39 is communicated with the second cleaning portion 32, so that the liquid in the second cleaning portion 32 can be sucked out by the pump 39 in the present embodiment, in addition, a water suction portion with a filter hole can be fixedly mounted in the second cleaning portion 32 in the present embodiment, the water suction pipe is fixedly connected with the water suction portion, so that most of the water in the second cleaning portion 32 can be sucked out by the pump 39, a material taking port is formed in the side portion or the lower portion of the second cleaning portion 32, the material in the second cleaning portion 32 can be taken out by opening the sealed material taking port, and the sealed structure is only required to adopt a sealing rubber strip.
The cleaner 30 of the present embodiment needs to be used in conjunction with the cleaning device 40, the cleaning device 40 may be a conventional cleaning machine, or may be an ultrasonic cleaning machine, two cleaning machines need to be used, so that the cleaning device 40 has two cleaning tanks, namely, a first cleaning tank 40-1 and a second cleaning tank 40-2, the lower end of the cleaning device 40 is a control part 60 of the cleaning device 40, the cleaning device 40 purchases the existing product, the control part 60 adopts PLC control, the cleaner 30 needs to sequentially pass through the two cleaning tanks, washing water is placed in the first cleaning tank 40-1, the washing water is usually used for cleaning the dirt, clear water is placed in the second cleaning tank 40-2, the traveling crane 20 first lifts the cleaner 30 into the first cleaning tank 40-1, and the second driving device 33 drives the rotating roller on the cleaner 30 to rotate in the washing water, the rotating roller drives the coarse hollow plastic plate fragments in the first cleaning part 31 to move disorderly, so that the coarse hollow plastic plate fragments are in full contact with the washing water, the washing water can enter the central cavity and the surface of the coarse hollow plastic plate fragments to wash dirt, after a period of washing, heavier impurities can enter the bottom of the first cleaning tank 40-1 through the gap between the blocking rods 31-1, more lighter impurities can enter the top of the first cleaning tank 40-1 through the gap between the blocking rods 31-1, after the impurities at the top of the first cleaning tank 40-1 are fished out, the impurities are hoisted into the second cleaning tank 40-2 by using the traveling device 20, further, the residual washing water floats at the top of the second cleaning tank 40-2, and the blocking rods 31-1 separate the washing water from the coarse hollow plastic plate fragments, then, the pneumatic valve is controlled to enable the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate to enter the second cleaning part 32 from the communicating part 32-1 along with the slow rotation of the rotating roller, then the pneumatic valve is closed, the pump 39 pumps out the water in the second cleaning part 32, the travelling crane device 20 pulls out the cleaner 30 to enter the next process, the material taking port is opened, the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate in the cleaner 30 are taken out, the flow direction of the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate and the flow direction of the water flow can be clearly understood in fig. 11, and a person skilled in the art can determine the flow direction of the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate and the flow direction of the water flow by combining the above text with fig. 11.
The coarse hollow plastic plate pieces which are fished out from the cleaner 30 and filtered with water enter the last process, namely the coarse hollow plastic plate pieces are further smashed to form crushed hollow plastic plate particles, and the crushed hollow plastic plate particles are mixed with leftover materials generated during production of the hollow plastic plate, so that new raw materials for processing the hollow plastic plate are further formed, and further the recycling and reproduction of the hollow plastic plate are completed.
The existing crusher is suitable for processing materials with larger mass, therefore, the present embodiment improves the existing crusher to form a new crusher 50, including a bottom plate 51, a hinge seat 55 is fixedly installed on the bottom plate 51, the hinge seat 55 can be a conventional bearing type installation seat, the hinge rotation is completed by a bearing, a first rotating drum 54 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the hinge seat 55, the first rotating drum 54 is cylindrical, a crushing disc main body 71 at the lower end of the first rotating drum 54 is matched with the hinge seat 55, so that the first rotating drum 54 can rotate around the hinge seat 55, the specific rotating scheme can refer to the rotating scheme of the existing horizontal stirrer, i.e. a tooth is installed at the outer side of the first rotating drum 54 to form an external gear at the outer side of the first rotating drum 54, and a drive motor drives a pinion to drive the first rotating drum 54 to rotate.
The upper end of the bottom plate 51 is fixedly provided with a lateral support plate 53, the upper end of the lateral support plate 53 is fixedly provided with an end plate 52, as a further specific embodiment, the end plate 52 is two, the two end plates 52 are vertically and crosswise fixed together, the lower end of the end plate 52 is fixedly provided with a third driving device 57, the output shaft of the third driving device 57 is arranged downwards, the output shaft of the third driving device 57 is fixedly connected with an abutting plate 58 through a bolt, but the abutting plate 58 is an inclined plate, the lower end surface of the abutting plate 58 and the output shaft of the third driving device 57 form a certain included angle, as a specific embodiment, a connecting column 56 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the abutting plate 58, the central axis of the connecting column 56 is overlapped with the output shaft of the third driving device 57, and the output shaft of the third driving device 57 is fixedly arranged on the connecting column 56 through a bolt, the third driving device 57 drives the abutting plate 58 to move up and down, and the third driving device 57 only needs to adopt components such as an air cylinder or an electric cylinder.
As a further embodiment, a material inlet 59 is formed on the abutting plate 58, a baffle plate can be used as the material inlet 59, the baffle plate is opened when necessary, the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments are added into the first rotating cylinder 54 from the material inlet 59, a crushing sheet 73 is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the crushing disk main body 71 of the first rotating cylinder 54, as a specific embodiment, a central baffle plate 72 is arranged at the center of the crushing disk main body 71, the crushing sheet 73 is a part of the crushing disk main body 71, namely, one end of the crushing sheet 73 abuts on the outer periphery of the central baffle plate 72, the crushing sheet 73 is fixedly arranged on the crushing disk main body 71 through a bolt, the outer periphery of the crushing sheet 73 abuts on the outer periphery of the crushing disk main body 71, the crushing sheet 73 comprises a crushing sheet main body 73-1, the crushing sheet main body 73-1 is a flat plate, one end of the crushing sheet main body 73-1 abuts on the outer periphery of the central baffle, the other end of the crushing sheet main body 73-1 is overlapped with the periphery of the crushing disc main body 71, a threaded hole is formed in the crushing sheet main body 73-1, the threaded hole must be a threaded counter bore 73-3, the crushing disc main body 71 and the crushing sheet main body 73-1 are fixedly installed together through a bolt, the bolt is enabled to be sunk into the threaded counter bore 73-3 so as to prevent the bolt from protruding out of the crushing sheet main body 73-1, a cutter body 73-2 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the crushing sheet main body 73-1, the cutter bodies 73-2 are arranged on the crushing sheet main body 73-1 at intervals, and in order to save cost and enable coarse pieces of hollow plastic plates in the first rotating cylinder 54 to be better crushed, the crushing sheet main body 73-1 is fixedly installed on the crushing disc main body 71 at intervals.
Example 2
This embodiment illustrates a traveling device 20 that needs to be improved in the present application, where 2 hooks are hung on a steel wire rope on an existing traveling device 20, one hook needs to be matched with 2 lifting rings 30-1, that is, two steel wire ropes are hung on one hook, and each steel wire rope is matched with one lifting ring 30-1, so that when the existing traveling device 20 hoists a cleaner 30, the traveling device 20 needs to drive coarse pieces of a hollow plastic plate, and when the cleaner 30 moves in each process, the cleaner 30 and other devices are not very stable in the moving process, this embodiment can modify the existing traveling device 20 appropriately, the traveling device 20 of this embodiment includes an existing traveling main body 21, the traveling main body 21 can move along a main support 10, a first driving device 22 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the traveling main body 21, and a first bearing seat 25 is fixedly installed on the traveling main body 21, a first rope winding roller 23 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of a first driving device 22, a transmission belt is wound around the middle part of the first rope winding roller 23, the tail end of the output shaft of the first driving device 22 is matched with a bearing in a first bearing seat 25, so that the output shaft of the first driving device 22 can drive the first rope winding roller 23 to rotate, the parts are conventional parts of the conventional travelling crane device 20, in the embodiment, a second bearing seat 27 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the travelling crane device 20, the second bearing seat 27 is two plates, a second rope winding roller 29 is arranged between the second bearing seats 27, one end of the second rope winding roller 29 is hinged and matched with the bearing in the second bearing seat 27, the other end of the second rope winding roller 29 is hinged and matched with a bearing in another second bearing seat 27, the transmission belt 26 is arranged on the first rope winding roller 23, and the transmission belt 26 is simultaneously wound on the second rope winding roller 29, the first rope winding roller 23 is driven to rotate by the first driving device 22, the second rope winding roller 29 is driven to rotate, steel wire ropes are wound on the first rope winding roller 23 and the second rope winding roller 29, two steel wire ropes can be wound on one rope winding roller, and then four steel wire ropes can be utilized to start from two different rope winding rollers to be matched with the hanging ring 30-1 on the cleaner 30.
Example 3
The embodiment is also one of the core schemes of the application, namely, a method for recycling and regenerating used hollow plastic plates is adopted, but at present, a method for regenerating new hollow plastic plates by using the used hollow plastic plates as raw materials is not adopted temporarily, the used hollow plastic plates are collected or purchased firstly and then are simply pretreated, the pretreatment is to classify the hollow plastic plates firstly, the hollow plastic plates are uniformly cleaned by high-pressure water, most of large-size dirt of the hollow plastic plates is basically cleaned, then the cleaned hollow plastic plates are cut, a common cutting machine is adopted, namely, a driving air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder drives a cutting knife to move up and down, and then the hollow plastic plates are cut into hollow plastic plate fragments with different sizes, which are called as hollow plastic plate coarse fragments, the rough fragments of the hollow plastic plate are loaded into a first cleaning part 31 of a cleaner 30 from an opening of a side baffle 31-2, the cleaner 30 is lifted and conveyed into a cleaning device 40 by utilizing a traveling device 20, firstly, the rough fragments of the hollow plastic plate pass through a first cleaning groove 40-1, when a stable pier of the cleaner 30 is arranged at the bottom of the first cleaning groove 40-1, the cleaning water in the first cleaning groove 40-1 inevitably overflows through the first cleaning part 31, the cleaning water enters the first cleaning part 31 along a gap between baffle rods 31-1, and the rough fragments of the hollow plastic plate in the first cleaning groove 40-1 are driven to rotate in disorder by a rotating roller, different dialing teeth can drive the rough fragments of the hollow plastic plate at different layers to rotate, and the hollow plastic plate is cut into fragments, so that the disorder movement of the hollow plastic plate can ensure that the outer surface and the middle cavity of the rough fragments of the hollow plastic plate are fully contacted with the cleaning water, after long-time washing, sundries are separated from the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate, the sundries on the upper layer of the first washing tank 40-1 are fished out, the cleaner 30 is placed into the second washing tank 40-2 by the travelling crane device 20, clean water is fully mixed with the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate, the communication part 32-1 is opened, the movement of the hollow plastic plate is limited under the action of the shifting teeth, as the communication part 32-1 is opened, the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate enter the second washing part 32 along the clean water and the communication part 32-1, the cleaner 30 is taken out by the travelling crane device 20, the cleaning in the second washing part 32 is pumped out into the second washing tank 40-2 by the pump 39, the coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate are taken out and placed into the crusher 50, firstly, the third driving device 57 drives the abutting plate 58 to ascend, so that the abutting plate 58 and the first rotating cylinder 54 have an interval, or hollow plastic plate coarse fragments are added into the crusher 50 from the feeding port 59, then the third driving device 57 drives the abutting plate 58 to descend, the first rotating cylinder 54 is driven by a driving motor on the outer side to rotate, so that the crushing disc in the first rotating cylinder 54 rotates, the cutter body 73-2 on the crushing disc cuts the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments into fine fragments, in addition, the third driving device 57 drives the abutting plate 58 to descend continuously, the space between the abutting plate 58 and the crushing disc is further reduced continuously, the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments are further extruded, the crushing disc continues to rotate, and the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments are further made to become hollow plastic plate fine particles with uniform particles better.
As a further implementation method, the rough pieces of the hollow plastic plate and the scrap generated during the production of the hollow plastic plate may be mixed and put into the crusher 50.
In this embodiment, after the fine particles of the hollow plastic plate are obtained, the hollow plastic plate may be washed and filtered again, and after the fine particles of the hollow plastic plate are dried, the fine particles of the hollow plastic plate may be mixed with the existing PP plastic particles and colored particles, and then the hollow plastic plate may be reproduced.

the cleaning device (30) comprises a first cleaning part (31), the first cleaning part (31) comprises a side panel, a side baffle (31-2) and a rotating roller (37), a blocking rod (31-1) is arranged between the side panel and the side baffle (31-2), the side panel, the side baffle (31-2) and the blocking rod (31-1) form a cavity structure in a surrounding mode, one end of the rotating roller (37) is hinged to the side panel, the other end of the rotating roller (37) is hinged to the side baffle (31-2), a second driving device (33) on the cleaning device (30) drives the rotating roller (37) to rotate, multi-component shifting teeth are arranged on the rotating roller (37), and the lengths of the component shifting teeth are different;
the side panel is provided with a side panel far away from the side baffle (31-2), the periphery of the side panel is provided with an external panel, the side panel and the external panel enclose a second cleaning part (32) with a cavity, and a communication part (32-1) is arranged on the side panel between the first cleaning part (31) and the second cleaning part (32).

The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing tank comprises a first washing tank (40-1) and a second washing tank (40-2), the first washing tank (40-1) being filled with washing water, and the second washing tank (40-2) being filled with clean water.

The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic plates according to claim 1, further comprising a crusher (50), wherein the crusher (50) comprises a bottom plate (51), a hinge seat (55) is disposed on the bottom plate (51), a first rotating cylinder (54) on the bottom plate (51) is hinged to the hinge seat (55), the first rotating cylinder (54) is driven to rotate by a driving motor outside the first rotating cylinder (54), and a crushing disc is disposed in the first rotating cylinder (54);
the novel crushing plate is characterized in that a lateral supporting plate (53) is arranged on the bottom plate (51), an end plate (52) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the lateral supporting plate (53), a third driving device (57) is arranged on the end plate (52), a butt plate (58) is arranged on an output shaft of the third driving device (57), one surface of the butt plate (58) facing the crushing plate is in inclined fit with an output shaft of the third driving device (57), and the butt plate (58) is driven by the third driving device (57) to move in the height direction.

The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic panels as claimed in claim 3, wherein said crushing disc comprises a crushing disc main body (71), a central baffle plate (72) is provided at the center of the crushing disc main body (71), crushing pieces (73) are provided on the outer periphery of the central baffle plate (72), one side of the crushing piece (73) abuts against the outer periphery of the central baffle plate (72), and the other side of the crushing piece (73) is overlapped with the outer periphery of the crushing disc main body (71);
the crushing piece (73) comprises a crushing piece body (73-1), and a plurality of cutter bodies (73-2) are arranged on the crushing piece body (73-1).

The recycling production device for hollow plastic boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traveling device (20) comprises a traveling body (21), a first driving device (22) is arranged on the traveling body (21), a first rope winding roller (23) is arranged on an output shaft of the first driving device (22), a first driving wheel (24) is arranged on the first rope winding roller (23), a second bearing seat (27) is arranged at the lower end of the traveling body (21), a second rope winding roller (29) is hinged on the second bearing seat (27), and a second driving wheel (28) is arranged on the second rope winding roller (29);
the first driving wheel (24) and the second driving wheel (28) are provided with driving belts (26) in a winding mode, and the first driving device (22) drives the first driving wheel (24) to rotate so as to drive the second driving wheel (28) to rotate.

The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distribution teeth comprise a first distribution tooth (37-2) and a second distribution tooth (37-3), the first distribution tooth (37-2) has a length longer than that of the second distribution tooth (37-3), and the interval between the teeth of the first distribution tooth (37-2) is greater than that of the second distribution tooth (37-3).
7. The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein said washer (30) is further provided with a pump (39), and a water inlet of said pump (39) is connected to the cavity of said second washing portion (32) through a pipe.
8. The recycling production apparatus for hollow plastic plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower ends of said side panels and side dams (31-2) are provided with bases (38), and the upper ends of said side panels and side dams (31-2) are provided with hanging rings (30-1).
9. A method for recycling a hollow plastic panel, comprising the steps of using the apparatus for recycling a hollow plastic panel according to any one of claims 1 to 8:
step one, pretreatment:
washing or soaking the recovered hollow plastic plate, and cutting the recovered hollow plastic plate after washing or soaking to form coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate;
and step two, cleaning:
placing the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments in a first cleaning part (31) of a cleaner (30), placing the cleaner (30) in a first cleaning tank (40-1), wherein the cleaning water in the first cleaning tank (40-1) exceeds the uppermost end of a blocking rod (31-1), and driving a rotating roller (37) to rotate by a second driving device (33) so as to ensure that the hollow plastic plate coarse fragments in the first cleaning tank (40-1) are fully contacted with the cleaning water;
the cleaning device (30) is placed in a second cleaning groove (40-2), clean water in the second cleaning groove (40-2) exceeds the uppermost end of the blocking rod (31-1), a second driving device (33) drives the rotating roller (37) to rotate, and therefore coarse fragments of the hollow plastic plate in the second cleaning groove (40-2) are in full contact with the clean water;
step three, transferring:
