Abstract
The invention provides an air bag type roll gap measuring device and a measuring method, which are used for measuring a roll gap value between an upper clamping roll and a lower clamping roll. The roll gap value measured by the method is closer to the real state of the continuous casting machine during production, the obtained data is used for guiding the precision control of the continuous casting machine, the important supporting function is realized on the production sequence of the slab continuous casting machine and the quality of a casting blank, the method is favorable for reducing the downtime of the casting machine due to calibration and the like, and the operation rate of the casting machine is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic detection of metallurgical continuous casting machines, and particularly relates to an air bag type roll gap measuring device and a measuring method.
Background
In the production process of a continuous casting machine, a roll gap is a key equipment parameter for ensuring the normal solidification forming quality of a continuous casting blank and guiding the casting blank to pass through a fan-shaped section and the like, and has decisive influence on the internal quality of a continuous casting slab. The air bag type supporting unit 2 acts on the top plate (the panel of the measuring device) to simulate the bulging force of the casting blank in casting, in the embodiment, the overall bulging value is 6mm which can be increased on the basis of the standard value of the roll gap instrument adaptive detection range, the measured front and rear fan-shaped sections are jacked open, the roll gap value of the measured fan-shaped section is closer to the real state when the continuous casting machine is produced, the obtained data is used for guiding the precision control of the continuous casting machine, and the important supporting function is realized on the production sequence of the continuous casting machine and the quality guarantee of the casting blank.
The gap of the connecting pull rod between the upper frame and the lower frame of the continuous casting machine can be effectively eliminated through the air bag type supporting unit 2, so that the roll gap condition of the actual production state of the continuous casting machine can be truly reflected. Specifically, gasbag formula support element 2 includes a plurality of gasbag formula cylinders, and is a plurality of gasbag formula cylinder symmetrical arrangement is in the both sides of fan-shaped section pinch roll. The processing unit comprises a control module and a processing module, the control module is electrically connected with the measuring sensor, the control module is electrically connected with the processing module, the control module collects the measuring data of the measuring sensor and sends the measuring data to the processing module after the measuring data are collected by the control module, the processing module receives the measuring data and carries out output processing, analysis, storage and display, finally, the roll gap values of the upper and lower pinch rolls 5 in the roll row are obtained, and the operation state of the continuous casting machine can be favorably judged according to the roll gap values. The control module has the functions of data acquisition and data transmission. The processing module has the functions of data processing, data statistics and data display.
