Abstract
The invention provides a safety belt. When the harness is used, the compression of the thigh strap on the hip joint can be reduced in a suspended state in which the harness is suspended by the safety rope on the back side. A safety belt (1) is provided with: the pair of shoulder straps (2, 3) respectively wound around the shoulders of a wearer, the pair of thigh straps (4, 5) respectively wound around the legs of the wearer, the leg straps (11) connected with the thigh straps (4, 5), a connecting component (7) for at least one of the shoulder straps (2, 3) and the leg straps (11) to be inserted and connected with a safety rope, and a connecting strap (300) for connecting the pair of thigh straps (4, 5) with each other. The shoulder straps (2, 3) and the leg strap (11) are fixed to the front part of the thigh straps (4, 5).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a seatbelt provided with a pair of thigh straps that are respectively wound around both legs of a wearer.
Background
Conventionally, a so-called full harness (full harness) is known which is worn by a worker (wearer) working aloft by attaching a safety rope to the harness, and which includes a pair of shoulder belts which are respectively hung around shoulders of the wearer and a pair of thigh belts which are respectively wound around legs of the wearer (see, for example, patent document 1).
In a so-called full body harness, a right shoulder strap looped around a right shoulder of a wearer is coupled to a left leg strap looped around a left leg of the wearer. Conversely, the left shoulder strap wrapped around the left shoulder of the wearer is coupled to the right leg strap wrapped around the right leg of the wearer. The seatbelt of patent document 1 is a so-called X-type seatbelt provided with a back pad (pad) for crossing both shoulder belts in an X shape on the back of a wearer.
In addition, in order to improve the ease of movement of the wearer, the following harness (Y-harness) is also known: first, two shoulder straps extending from two thigh straps are overlapped together by a binding member provided near the waist of a wearer, and then the shoulder straps are branched into a Y shape so as to face the shoulders of the corresponding wearer using a branch member located near the back of the wearer (see, for example, patent document 2).
As such a seat belt, a seat belt is known in which a lap belt is looped by being continuous from a shoulder belt (and a lap belt) and crossing a lumbar spine (see, for example, patent document 3). In this seatbelt, the pair of thigh belts are connected by the connecting belt so as not to be excessively separated.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the above-described conventional harness, when the wearer is suspended by the harness connected to the back side during work at high altitudes, the thigh strap is pulled by the shoulder strap and the leg strap, and the thigh strap is tightly caught around the hip joint of the wearer. In this case, even if the connection band connecting the two thigh belts is positioned on the hip side, since the wearer is suspended by the safety rope on the back side, the two thigh belts are pulled rearward from the front, and the connection band is displaced from below the hip, so that the connection band hardly receives the weight (the weight of the wearer).
This causes a problem that the wearer feels pain due to the thigh strap being tightly caught around the hip joint.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a seatbelt which can reduce the compression of a thigh strap on the hip joint periphery in a state where a wearer is suspended by a safety rope on the back side.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is as follows. The safety belt of the present invention comprises: a pair of shoulder straps respectively wound around the shoulders of the wearer; a pair of thigh straps wound around the wearer's legs, respectively; a thigh strap connected to the thigh strap; a connecting member for connecting a safety rope to at least one of the shoulder strap and the leg strap; and a connecting strap for connecting the pair of thigh straps to each other, wherein the shoulder strap and the leg strap are fixed to a front portion of the thigh strap. In the present specification, the front portion of the thigh belt means a side located forward of the lumbar spine of the wearer.
According to the present invention, since the shoulder straps and the leg straps are fixed to the front portions of the thigh straps, when the worker is suspended from the safety harness on the rear side, the weight (body weight) of the wearer transmitted from the shoulder straps and the leg straps is applied to the thigh straps as a pulling force obliquely rearward (in the direction of the waist and the back) from the front portions of the thigh straps.
The pulling force applied to the front portion of the thigh strap acts to lift the front portion of the wearer's leg (or hip joint) upward, raising the front side of the thigh strap and lowering the rear side, thereby supporting the wearer. Further, since the connection belt connecting the two thigh belts is in contact with the underside of the buttocks of the wearer, the wearer is in a state of sitting substantially on the connection belt. This can reduce pain given to the wearer by pressing or fitting the thigh belt around the hip joint, as compared with a case where a pulling force is applied to the thigh belt from the rear or the side of the thigh belt as in the related art.
In the present invention, the shoulder straps and the leg straps may be fixed to the same portion of the front portion of the thigh strap. Alternatively, the shoulder straps and the leg straps may be fixed to the front portion of the thigh strap at positions spaced apart from each other.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the leg band includes an overlapping portion that overlaps the thigh band from a position behind a fixing position of the leg band and the thigh band to the fixing position, and the thigh band includes a receiving portion that receives the overlapping portion so as to be freely movable upward while maintaining the fixing state of the leg band.
The leg band is connected and fixed to the thigh band in a loose state by providing the overlapping portion. The overlapping portion constituting the slack portion of the leg band is housed in the housing portion of the thigh band and is hidden from the outside, so that the appearance can be prevented from being degraded.
When the wearer walks, the overlapping portion is exposed upward from the receiving portion of the thigh belt, and the transmission of the tensile force applied from the thigh belt to the thigh belt is reduced. This can alleviate the restriction of the movement of the thigh strap by the leg strap, and therefore can improve the wearing feeling of the seat belt.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting belt is provided with a folded portion folded upward. By providing the connection belt with the folded-back portion, a wide surface of the connection belt contacting the buttocks can be secured. Thus, the hip of the wearer can be reliably supported in a state in which the wearer is suspended by the safety cord, and the tightening of the thigh strap around the hip joint with the weight (body weight) of the wearer can be more reliably reduced.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a seat belt 1 according to the present embodiment is a so-called full body seat belt that is worn by an operator (a wearer) working at a high altitude by arranging a seat belt. The seat belt 1 includes: a pair of shoulder straps 2,3 respectively wound around the shoulders of the wearer; a pair of thigh straps 4,5 wound around the wearer's legs, respectively; and a waist belt 6 wrapped around the waist of the wearer.
The two shoulder straps 2 and 3 are formed of band-shaped bodies having the same band shape, and are formed by folding back the center portions of the band-shaped bodies into a V shape by passing them through a ring-shaped connecting member 7 on the back of the wearer. The annular connecting member 7 is integrally provided with a D-ring 8 (for anchoring) to have a 8-letter shape, and the annular connecting member 7 also functions as D-ring fixing for positioning the D-ring 8. The safety rope is connected to the loop-shaped connecting member 7 via the D-ring 8.
The shoulder straps 2,3 extend downward on the front side (chest side) of the wearer, and the lower ends thereof are fixed to the front portions (the sides forward of the lumbar bones of the wearer) of the thigh straps 4,5, respectively.
By fixing the shoulder straps 2,3 to the front portions of the thigh straps 4,5, the shoulder straps 2,3 are not easily brought into contact with a tool pocket or the like even if the tool pocket or the like is put on the waist belt 6, and therefore the shoulder straps 2,3 do not become an obstacle.
The thigh belts 4 and 5 are connected by a connecting belt 300. The thigh belts 4 and 5 are configured from the same belt-like body so as to be capable of forming two loops. The annular connecting member 7 is provided with a leg band 11, and both ends of the leg band 11 are slidably connected and fixed to the front portions of the pair of thigh bands 4, 5. The leg band 11 is inserted through the annular connecting member 7 at the central portion thereof and folded back downward in a V-shape, similarly to the shoulder straps 2 and 3. The leg strap 11 and the shoulder straps 2 and 3 are fixed to the same portion of the front portions of the thigh straps 4 and 5.
As shown enlarged in fig. 3, the shoulder straps 2,3 and the leg strap 11 are respectively constituted by the 1 st strap body 100 and the 2 nd strap body 200. Wherein, the 1 st belt body 100 respectively constitutes most of the shoulder belts 2,3 and the leg belt 11; the 2 nd belt body 200 is respectively shorter than the 1 st belt body 100 by the body 200.
In fig. 3, in order to easily distinguish the 1 st and 2 nd bands 100 and 200, the 2 nd band 200 is indicated by hatching. The 1 st belt body 100 is inserted into the loop connection member 7 and folded back. The 1 st belt body 100 is folded back so as to be spread in a V shape around a folded back portion of the endless connecting member 7. The 2 nd belt body 200 is disposed inside the folded 1 st belt body 100.
Here, a portion of the 1 st band 100 extending from one side (for example, a side facing the back of the wearer) of the loop connection member 7 through the loop connection member 7 is set as the 1 st portion 110, a portion of the 1 st band 100 extending from the other side (for example, a side away from the back of the wearer) of the loop connection member 7 through the loop connection member 7 is set as the 1 st other portion 120, a portion of the 2 nd band 200 extending from one side (for example, a side facing the back of the wearer) of the loop connection member 7 through the loop connection member 7 is set as the 2 nd one portion 210, and a portion of the 2 nd band 200 extending from the other side (for example, a side away from the back of the wearer) of the loop connection member 7 through the loop connection member 7 is set as the 2 nd other portion 220.
The tip of the 2 nd second portion 220 is fixed to the 1 st first portion 110 at a position separated by a predetermined length from the annular connecting member 7. The tip of the 2 nd first part 210 is fixed to the 1 st second part 120 at a position separated from the annular connecting member 7 by a predetermined length. The predetermined length is set to a degree that the length of the shoulder straps 2,3 can be finely adjusted when the wearer lifts one shoulder upward without any problem in terms of safety of the seat belt 1, and the specific length differs depending on the size and type of the seat belt 1.
The two thigh belts 4 and 5 are connected to each other by a connecting belt 300. By connecting the two thigh belts 4,5 by the connecting belt 300, the thigh belts 4,5 can be prevented from being excessively separated from each other.
As shown in fig. 5, the connection band 300 is provided with a folded-back portion 310, and the folded-back portion 310 is folded back upward from the outside (the side opposite to the side in contact with the wearer) of the connection band 300. Both end portions of the folded-back portion 310 are sewn to the thigh straps 4,5 so as to be able to maintain the folded-back state.
According to the seatbelt 1 of the present embodiment, since the folded-back portion 310 folded back upward is provided in the connecting band 300 connecting the pair of thigh bands 4,5, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the side edge (upper side edge) of the connecting band 300 is less likely to come into contact with the buttocks of the wearer, and therefore, the buttocks of the wearer can be firmly wrapped by the folded-back portion 310 of the connecting band 300 without giving a sense of discomfort to the wearer.
Further, according to the seat belt 1 of the present embodiment, the leg strap 11 and the shoulder straps 2 and 3 are fixed to the same portion at the front portion of the thigh straps 4 and 5, and in a state of being suspended from the back side to which the loop connecting member 7 is attached by the safety rope, the weight (body weight) of the wearer is changed to a pulling force obliquely rearward (in the direction of the waist and back) from the front portion of the thigh straps 4 and 5, and is applied to the thigh straps 4 and 5. At this time, the front sides of the thigh belts 4,5 become higher and the rear sides become lower, thereby supporting the wearer.
Further, since the coupling band 300 coupling the two thigh bands 4 and 5 is in contact with the lower side of the hip of the wearer, the wearer is in a state of substantially sitting on the coupling band 300. This can reduce the compression and fitting of the thigh straps 4 and 5 around the hip joint. Therefore, pain from the thigh straps 4 and 5 to be borne by the wearer in the suspended state can be reduced.
The leg straps 11 and the shoulder straps 2 and 3 may be different portions as long as they are fixed to the front portions of the thigh straps 4 and 5. That is, as shown in fig. 8A, the fixing positions a at which the shoulder straps 2 and 3 are sewn to the thigh straps 4 and 5 may be separated from the fixing positions b at which the leg strap 11 is sewn to the thigh straps 4 and 5. Fig. 8A and 8B show the thigh strap 4 and the shoulder strap 2 on one side, and the leg strap 5 and the shoulder strap 3 on the other side are configured in the same manner.
As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, an overlapping portion 12 may be formed at the lower end portion of the leg band 11 (a portion located rearward of a fixing position B where the lower end portion is fixed to the thigh bands 4 and 5 and at the fixing position B), and the overlapping portion 12 may overlap the thigh bands 4 and 5 by a predetermined length (in the present embodiment).
The overlapping portion 12 is folded back at the lower end of the leg band 11 and formed along the thigh bands 4, 5. The thigh belts 4 and 5 are provided with receiving portions 13 for receiving the overlapping portions 12. The thigh belts 4 and 5 are each configured in a double configuration, and a housing portion 13 is formed therebetween. The overlapping portion 12 functions as a slack portion of the leg band 11.
When the leg band 11 applies an upward pulling force to the thigh bands 4 and 5 during walking of the wearer, the overlapping portion 12 is pulled upward from the receiving portion 13 of the thigh bands 4 and 5 as shown in fig. 8B, and the pulling force applied to the thigh bands 4 and 5 by the leg band 11 is relaxed.
This makes it easy for the wearer to move, and improves the wearing feeling of the seat belt 1. When the leg band 11 does not apply a tensile force to the thigh bands 4 and 5, the overlapping portion 12 is hidden in the receiving portion 13 of the thigh bands 4 and 5, and the appearance is good.
Industrial applicability of the invention
According to the seatbelt of the present invention, even when the operator is suspended by the seatbelt connected to the back side, the compression of the hip joint periphery by the thigh belt can be reduced, and the burden on the operator (wearer) can be reduced.

1. A seat belt is provided with: a pair of shoulder straps respectively wrapped around the shoulders of the wearer; a pair of thigh straps wound around the legs of the wearer; a thigh strap connected to the thigh strap; a connecting member for connecting a safety rope to at least one of the shoulder strap and the leg strap; and a connecting band for connecting the pair of thigh bands to each other,
the safety belt is characterized in that,
the shoulder straps and the leg straps are fixed to a front portion of the thigh strap,
the leg band includes an overlapping portion that overlaps the thigh band from a position rearward of a fixing position of the leg band and the thigh band to the fixing position,
the thigh strap includes a receiving portion that receives the overlapping portion so as to be freely pulled upward while maintaining a fixed state of the thigh strap.
