Aiming at the problem of poor welding quality of the crawler frame in the related art, the inventor conducts a great deal of research and finds that in the related art, the key welding seam between the main lug plate and the upper cover plate on the crawler frame of the medium-tonnage crawler crane is poor in welding quality, and the main reason is that: as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the grooves 131 are formed on both sides of the ear plate 13a, and fillet welds are added during welding, so that the welding amount is large, and the welds are located inside the supporting box below the cover plate 11a, which results in poor accessibility, difficulty in quality assurance, and difficulty in detection. Based on these findings, the inventors have made improvements to the structure of the track frame.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the track frame provided by the present invention, the track frame includes a support housing 10, a track roller 20, and a track 30, the support housing 10 is used for supporting the track 30, the track roller 20 is installed below the support housing 10, and the track 30 is wound around the outer circumference of the support housing 10 and the track roller 20. The track frame further comprises a driving device for driving the track 30 to walk and a speed reducer for realizing speed reduction, wherein the driving device and the speed reducer are arranged on the driving frame on one side of the supporting box body 10.
As shown in fig. 5, the support case 10 includes a cover plate 11, a base plate 12, and a plurality of lug plates 13, the plurality of lug plates 13 are respectively coupled between the cover plate 11 and the base plate 12, and the plurality of lug plates 13 are spaced apart along the length direction of the cover plate 11 and the base plate 12.
The ear plate 13 has one end connected to the cover plate 11 and the other end connected to the base plate 12. The ear plate 13 extends along the width direction of the cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, and the ear plate 13 can be used as a support plate between the cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, so that the stability of the whole structure of the support box 10 can be improved, and the strength of the whole structure can be improved.
The cover plate 11 includes at least two separate cover plates 111, and one side of the ear plate 13 away from the bottom plate 12 is connected between two adjacent separate cover plates 111, so that a connecting weld seam between the ear plate 13 and the cover plate 11 is located on one side of the cover plate 11 away from the bottom plate 12.
In the above embodiment, the cover plate 11 is a split structure, and the ear plate 13 is connected between two adjacent split cover plates 111, so that the connecting weld of the ear plate 13 and the cover plate 11 is located on one side of the cover plate 11 away from the bottom plate 12, which is convenient for operation outside the cover plate 11, improves the convenience of operation, effectively improves the welding efficiency, is also beneficial to improving the quality of weld, and improves the reliability of connection.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the cover plate 11 is divided into three sections, the cover plate 11 includes three separate cover plates 111, two ear plates 13 are disposed between the cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, and one end of each ear plate 13 close to the cover plate 11 is located between two adjacent separate cover plates 111, so that welding can be performed above the cover plate 11.
The inventor also finds that, in the related art, as shown in fig. 2, a driving frame is arranged on the left side of the supporting box body, a wrapping plate 16a is wrapped on the periphery of the driving frame, the wrapping plate 16a is of a whole-piece structure, the shape is irregular, and the processing is time-consuming and material-consuming. Moreover, the wrapping plate 16a covers the whole width of the driving frame, and the welding seam of the wrapping plate 16a and the driving frame is positioned below the wrapping plate 16a, so that welding is difficult, the quality of the welding seam is difficult to ensure, and detection is difficult.
The inventor also provides improvement measures aiming at the problem of the plate wrapping.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the support box 10 further includes an end plate 14, a driving frame 15, and a packing plate 16, the driving frame 15 is used for mounting the driving device, the end plate 14 is connected to the end portions of the cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, the driving frame 15 is mounted on the end plate 14, and the packing plate 16 is packed outside the driving frame 15.
In some embodiments, the support box 10 further includes two mounting plates 17 for mounting the speed reducer, the two mounting plates 17 are respectively disposed on two sides of the driving frame 15, a radial length of the mounting plates 17 is greater than a radial length of the driving frame 15, a groove is formed between a circumferential side surface of the driving frame 15 and the two mounting plates 17, and the wrapping plate 16 includes a first split wrapping plate 161 disposed inside the groove, so that a connection weld of the first split wrapping plate 161 and the mounting plates 17 is located outside the driving frame 15.

In order to maintain the uniform stress of the thrust wheel 20, the base plate 12a needs to be repaired after the welding position is deformed, and in the related art, the welding deformation is generally large, and a large-area welding repair or a whole surface processing is often required to be performed on the base plate 12. However, the output capacity of the track frame is greatly limited by large-area welding repair or whole surface processing, and the production efficiency is affected.
In order to solve the repair problem after welding deformation, the inventor improves the structure of the bottom plate 12.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the base plate 12 includes a base plate body 121 and a plurality of attachment plates 122, the base plate body 121 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes for mounting the thrust wheel 20, the attachment plates 122 are mounted on the base plate body 121 at positions where the first mounting holes are provided, and the attachment plates 122 are provided with second mounting holes 123 communicating with the first mounting holes, so that the thrust wheel 20 can be mounted on the base plate 12 through the second mounting holes 123 and the first mounting holes.
By providing the attachment plate 122, the structural strength of the base plate 12 can be enhanced, reducing the likelihood of deformation of the base plate 12. Moreover, the attachment plate 122 is only installed at the position where the first installation hole is formed, that is, only the thickness of the partial position of the bottom plate body 121 is increased, and the entire thickness of the bottom plate body 121 is not increased, so that the entire weight of the bottom plate 12 can be effectively reduced on the premise of having the same strength.

the cover plate (11) comprises at least two split cover plates (111), one side, far away from the bottom plate (12), of each lug plate (13) is connected between the two adjacent split cover plates (111), so that a connecting welding seam between each lug plate (13) and the cover plate (11) is located on one side, far away from the bottom plate (12), of the cover plate (11).
