The oil pipe is fixed by the movable bearing slips and the movable anti-jacking slips of the movable cross beam, the fixed anti-jacking slips 4 and the fixed bearing slips 3 are opened, the oil pipe is not fixed at the moment, the lower end of the oil pipe enters the pressurized operation equipment through the righting hole 701, the movable plate 5, the upper mounting plate 1, the fixed anti-jacking slips 4, the fixed bearing slips 3 and the lower mounting plate 2 in sequence and then enters the well, then the moving beam moves downwards, the moving beam contacts the moving plate 5 first, then pushes the moving plate 5 to move downwards together, at this time, the spring 603 is gradually compressed until the moving plate 5 descends to the lowest point, at this time, as shown in fig. 4, in the process, the centralizing hole 701 is almost adhered to the outer wall of the oil pipe, before the moving plate 5 descends together, the centralizing hole 701 and the oil pipe move relatively, in the process that the moving plate 5 descends, the righting hole 701 and the oil pipe are relatively static, and the oil pipe can be limited and righted in the whole stroke.
When the moving plate 5 descends to the lowest point, the fixed anti-jacking slips 4 and the fixed bearing slips 3 fix the oil pipe, the movable bearing slips and the movable anti-jacking slips are loosened, then the movable beam moves upwards, the pressure on the moving plate 5 disappears at the moment, the telescopic rod 602 moves upwards under the action of the restoring force of the spring 603, the moving plate 5 and the righting mechanism 7 are pushed to move upwards until the moving plate 5 is located at the highest point, and in the process, the righting hole 701 and the oil pipe move relatively to play a role in limiting and righting the oil pipe. After the traveling beam moves upwards to a preset distance, the movable bearing slips and the movable anti-jacking slips fix the oil pipe, the fixed anti-jacking slips 4 and the fixed bearing slips 3 are loosened, and the oil pipe descending process is repeated.
In a similar way, the oil pipe righting device for the pressurized operation in the oil pipe lifting process can also play a limiting righting role on the oil pipe.
The telescopic rod 602 is provided with a limiting table 604, and the inner wall of the sleeve 601 is provided with an upper limiting ring 605 and a lower limiting ring 606 for limiting the upward movement and the downward movement of the limiting table 604. The distance between the upper limit ring 605 and the lower limit ring 606 is limited, so that the stroke of the centering mechanism 7 can be limited, for example, the distance between the upper limit ring 605 and the lower limit ring 606 is set to be 1.2m, and the upward stroke and the downward stroke of the centering mechanism 7 are both 1.2m, so that the stroke of the centering mechanism 7 can be conveniently limited according to the requirements of practical application. Meanwhile, the lower limiting ring 606 can prevent the telescopic rod 602 from moving down excessively to crush the spring 603, and the upper limiting ring 605 can prevent the telescopic rod 602 from popping out of the sleeve 601.
In this embodiment, the centering mechanism includes two wear-resistant centering blocks 702 disposed oppositely, each wear-resistant centering block 702 is provided with a semicircular groove, and the two semicircular grooves are spliced to form the centering hole 701.
