Claims (10)

1. An oil-water separator for kitchen waste water treatment, comprising:
a solid-liquid separation cylinder (1);
a back cover case (2);
an oil-water separation cylinder (3);
a motor (4);
a circular ring-shaped shell (5);
a separation inner cylinder (6);
an outer cylinder (7);
an annular plate (8) and
the foam ball body (9), the solid-liquid separation cylinder (1) is of a cylindrical structure with an open bottom end, a water inlet pipe (11) is connected to the side wall of the solid-liquid separation cylinder (1) close to the top end, a connecting pipe (12) is connected to the top surface of the solid-liquid separation cylinder (1), and a circular filter plate (13) is sleeved at the top end of the inner cavity of the solid-liquid separation cylinder (1);
the edge of the top surface of the bottom sealing shell (2) is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom end of the solid-liquid separation cylinder (1), the inner edge of the top surface of the bottom sealing shell (2) is vertically and fixedly connected with a supporting rod (22), the top end of the supporting rod (22) is supported at the edge of the bottom surface of the circular filtering plate (13), and a sealing cover (21) is detachably and fixedly connected to the middle position of the bottom surface of the bottom sealing shell (2);
the position, close to the bottom end, of the side wall of the circular ring-shaped shell (5) is vertically and fixedly connected with the end head of the connecting pipe (12), the bottom end of the circular ring-shaped shell (5) is fixedly sleeved in the annular opening in the top surface of the oil-water separation cylinder (3), and the bottom surface of the circular ring-shaped shell (5) is provided with a bottom hole (52);
the motor (4) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top surface of the oil-water separation barrel (3), and a power output shaft of the motor (4) is in butt joint with a shaft body (41);
the top end of the separation inner cylinder (6) is rotatably connected to the top surface of the inner cavity of the oil-water separation cylinder (3) and is located at the position of the periphery of the bottom end of the circular shell (5), a vertical sliding groove (63) is formed in the side wall of the upper half part of the separation inner cylinder (6) in the vertical direction, strip-shaped through holes (64) are uniformly formed in the side wall of the lower half part of the separation inner cylinder (6) in an annular mode, and a plurality of groups of leakage holes (62) are formed in the bottom surface of the separation inner cylinder (6) in an annular mode;

the foam ball (9) is made of super-hydrophobic super-oleophylic foam materials, and the inner cavity of the separation inner cylinder (6) is filled with the foam ball (9);
the oil-water separator is characterized in that an annular groove (34) is formed in the bottom of the oil-water separation barrel body (3) corresponding to the bottom of the outer barrel body (7), vertical channels (31) are respectively arranged in positions, corresponding to the leakage holes (62), of the bottom of the oil-water separation barrel body (3), the bottom of each vertical channel (31) is connected with a cylindrical cavity (32), a water drainage pipe (33) is sleeved at the center of the bottom surface of each cylindrical cavity (32), an outer annular groove (35) is formed in the outer edge of the bottom of the inner cavity of the oil-water separation barrel body (3), and an oil drainage pipe (36) is sleeved at the bottom of the outer annular groove (35).
