In the process that the cam 8 rotates from the highest point to the lowest point, the tension spring 21 pulls the right swing arm 5 to return to the original position, at the moment, the top end of the right swing arm 5 swings to the left side, the top end of the right swing arm 5 pushes the right push rod 7 to the left side, meanwhile, the bottom end of the right swing arm faces to the right side, the pull rod 12 pulls the left swing arm 14 to the right side, the left push rod 16 follows the left swing arm 14 to the right side together, and at the moment, the left cigarette packet 17 and the right cigarette packet 19 are pushed while the left push rod 16 and the right push rod 7 are completed.
