Test examples
1. Patient data
302 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain and wind-cold-dampness arthralgia who come to hospital for diagnosis in 5 months and 1 day in 2020 and 6 months and 30 days in 2020 are selected, wherein 100 male patients, 202 female patients and the average age is 30-59 years. The longest course of disease is 3 years, and the shortest is 7 days. The patients were divided into A, B groups, 151 patients in group A and 151 patients in group B, and there was no significant difference in sex, age, and course of disease between the two groups.
2. Method of treatment
Group a patients: the cake prepared in example 1 was subjected to moxibustion for topical application 3 times a week for 15 minutes, with 3 weeks as 1 course of treatment. The treatment is continued for 2 courses.
Patients in group B: the cake prepared in comparative example 1 was moxibustion applied topically, 3 times a week for 15 minutes, 3 weeks being 1 course of treatment. The treatment is continued for 2 courses.
Wherein the treatment method comprises the following steps:
1) pressing the cake moxibustion round into dough with the diameter of 3cm, placing the dough on the treatment acupuncture point of a patient, igniting a 3cm moxa roll, placing the moxa roll in the middle of the dough and fixing; (avoidance of skin lesions, mucous membranes, allergies, etc.);
2) after 15min, the moxa stick is burnt out, and removed together with the cake, preferably with a local skin areola.
3. Criteria for efficacy assessment
And (3) curing: the symptom signs are completely disappeared, the VAS pain score is 0, the affected part can freely move, and no recurrence is caused;
the effect is shown: the symptom and sign basically disappear, the affected part is obviously improved, and the VAS pain score is 1-2, so that the original work can be basically recovered;
the method has the following advantages: pain was significantly reduced, VAS pain scored 3-4, with slight discomfort from excessive movement;
and (4) invalidation: pain and activity of affected parts did not change significantly before and after treatment, and VAS pain score was greater than 4.
The basic method for VAS pain scoring is to use a moving scale about 10cm long, one side of which is marked with 10 scales, the two ends are respectively a 0-point and a 10-point, the 0-point represents no pain, and the 10-point represents the most severe pain which is difficult to bear. The participators do not need to fill in complicated questionnaires, only need to look at a pain ruler and then speak a number between 0 and 10.
4. Therapeutic effects
Group A: among 151 patients, 83 patients are cured, accounting for 55%; 41 cases of obvious effect account for 27.2 percent; 23 cases of effectiveness account for 15.2 percent; ineffective 4 cases, account for 2.6%. The total effective rate is 97.4%.
Group B: among 151 patients, 85 patients are cured and account for 56.3%; 44 cases of obvious effect account for 29.1 percent; 19 effective cases account for 12.6 percent; ineffective 3 cases, account for 2%. The total effective rate is 98%.
Compared with example 1, the acanthopanax bark, the astragalus membranaceus and the asarum are additionally added in the comparative example 1, wherein the acanthopanax bark, the astragalus membranaceus and the asarum are common traditional Chinese medicines for treating rheumatism, and after the acanthopanax bark, the astragalus membranaceus and the asarum are additionally added in the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the example 1, the two groups of treatment effects have no significant difference, and it can be seen that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the example 1 is not combined randomly, but has a synergistic effect.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
