Technical Field
The invention relates to a downward inserting type limiting well cover and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of offshore oil exploration.
Background
As the well mouth area of the offshore oil platform is provided with a certain number of functional holes according to production operation requirements, the functional holes mainly comprise square cover plate holes during well drilling and completion, round cover plate holes during well drilling and completion and well repair, small holes in the middle of a round cover plate during well repair and the like, and the production operation of an oil field is convenient to implement.
With the development of offshore oil fields, the field operations (cross and parallel) of oil fields are increased, and the operations (drilling and completion, well repair and the like) related to holes are also increased greatly. During such operations, due to environmental, personnel, implements, etc., different levels of risk are presented to the safety of the operation (implements, personnel, etc.): (1) the operation area is irregular, which is not beneficial to area isolation; (2) severe weather such as strong wind and rainstorm; (3) the hole cover plate is hidden; (4) the operation space is narrow; (5) equipment, personnel, etc.
Because the production time of each offshore platform is different, the types of the cover plates are also different, and the cover plates are roughly divided into the following wellhead cover plates according to carding: the safety belt of the individual platform wellhead cover plate has no proper hanging point. In general, the well mouth round cover plate has low height of the surrounding edge, and the condition of untight cover is easy to occur. In addition, the mark for forbidding trampling is not obvious, and once trampling by mistake, the risk of overturning exists. Because the old well lid is not added with the anti-overturning design, the overturning event is easy to occur when the well lid is in the virtual shield or even in the normal operation, meanwhile, the field operation (crossing and parallel) of the oil field is increased along with the development of the offshore oil field, and the operation (drilling and completion, well repair and the like) related to the hole is also greatly increased. In the process of such operations, due to the environment, personnel, implements and the like, risks are brought to the operation (implements, personnel and the like) safety to different degrees, in recent years, accidents that many operators fall from the wellhead area of the top deck occur in various sea areas, the wellhead area becomes a great safety challenge in the operation, and in order to prevent similar accidents from happening again, from the safety perspective, how to improve engineering, how to manage and raise measures and the like are urgent.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. aiming at an in-service platform, the device mainly improves the operation safety of a wellhead area, the transformation amount of a round cover plate is as small as possible, and a reasonable and feasible wellhead cover plate transformation, protection equipment and corresponding management improvement and modification scheme which are divided into sea areas are provided without transforming a large cover plate; the safety measure is 'safe and environment-friendly, convenient to operate and easy to modify', aiming at a later-stage newly-built platform, a unified and standardized standard of well head circular cover plates and hole protection is formulated, and accident potential hazards are reduced to the lowest from the source with the minimum investment.
2. The downwards-inserted limiting well cover is provided with the protrusions, so that the protrusions are matched with the well mouth edge wall, and the supporting legs are arranged on the well cover, so that the well cover is prevented from being overturned and collapsed to cause casualties after people trample the well cover.
3. The invention sandblasts and sprays the corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the well lid, thereby greatly improving the corrosion resistance of the well lid, prolonging the service life of the well lid and reducing the cost of offshore oil extraction.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention are described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. As used herein, the terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a downward-inserting type limiting well lid, which comprises the following components:
the manhole cover comprises a manhole cover body 1, wherein a plurality of supporting legs 2 are arranged at the bottom of the manhole cover body 1, the manhole cover body 1 is a round manhole cover, a circle of annular bulges 101 are arranged in the circumferential wall direction of the manhole cover body 1, and the bulges 101 are configured to be matched with the outer wall surface of a wellhead of a production well 5;
the manhole cover comprises a first handle 3 and a second handle 4, wherein the first handle 3 and the second handle 4 are symmetrically arranged on the manhole cover body 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the manhole cover body 1, the protrusions 101 and the supporting legs 2 are coated with a corrosion-resistant coating.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the total thickness of the corrosion-resistant coating is more than 250 μm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the corrosion-resistant coating comprises a primer coating, a middle paint coating and a top paint coating, and the thickness ratio of the primer coating to the middle paint coating to the top paint coating is (2-3): (5-7): (2-3).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the thicknesses of the primer coating, the intermediate lacquer coating and the top lacquer coating is 2: 5: 2.
in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the primer coating is an epoxy zinc-rich primer coating, the intermediate paint coating is a chlorosulfonated micaceous iron intermediate paint coating, and the finish coating is a polyurethane finish coating.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the content of zinc in the epoxy zinc-rich primer coating is 50-85 wt%.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a sand blasting layer is further sprayed between the manhole cover body 1 and the corrosion-resistant coating, and the grade of the sand blasting layer is Sa-2.5.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first handle 3 includes a first hand-held portion 301 and a first fixing portion 302, the first fixing portion 302 being configured to be fixed to an outer wall surface of the projection 101;
the second handle 4 includes a second hand-held portion 401 and a second fixing portion 402, and the second fixing portion 402 is configured to be fixed to an outer wall surface of the boss 101.
In the invention, the corrosion resistance of the well lid is greatly improved due to the adoption of the epoxy zinc-rich primer, and the corrosion resistance of the well lid is directly influenced by the zinc content, and the influence of the zinc content in the primer on the corrosion resistance of the well lid is compared through the following table 1:

The corrosion resistance time of the well lid in the table 1 is based on a salt spray corrosion resistance test (GB/T10125-1997), the well lid is continuously corroded by salt spray in a salt spray environment, the unidirectional corrosion spread of a scratch is less than or equal to 2.0mm, and the corrosion resistance time of a scratch-free area without rusting, cracking and peeling is short. As can be seen from table 1, the corrosion resistance time of the manhole cover is gradually prolonged as the zinc content in the primer is increased.
On the other hand, the thickness of the primer layer, the intermediate paint layer and the finish paint layer also affects the corrosion resistance of the manhole cover, as shown in table 2:

The corrosion resistance time of the well lid in the table 2 is based on a salt spray corrosion resistance test (GB/T10125-1997), the well lid is continuously corroded by salt spray in a salt spray environment, the unidirectional corrosion spread of the scratch is less than or equal to 2.0mm, and the corrosion resistance time of the scratch-free area without rusting, cracking and peeling is short. As can be seen from table 2, the corrosion resistance time of the manhole cover is gradually prolonged as the thickness of the primer increases.
In the practical application of an offshore platform, taking 860mm round well cover design as an example, considering the principle that the requirement of welding distance is limited and the limit distance is close to the round well cover as much as possible, the distance between the lower inserted support leg 2 (steel pipe) and the inner edge of the wellhead is recommended to be 40 mm; in combination with field trial experiments and experience, the plunge distance is recommended to be 350 mm. The height of the bulge 101 is 45mm, and the thickness of the well lid body 1 is 10 mm. The diameter of steel pipe is 50mm, and the quantity of steel pipe is 3, uses well lid centre of a circle as central evenly distributed. The length of the first handle 301 and the second handle 401 is 204mm, the length of the first fixing portion 302 and the second fixing portion 402 is 60mm, the first handle 301 and the first fixing portion 302 are connected by welding through a steel pipe, and the length of the steel pipe is 84 mm. In addition, on one hand, the finish paint layer is red paint, so that the finish paint layer is obvious and easy to see by oil extraction personnel, and meanwhile, words such as 'pressing down strictly' are sprayed on the well cover, so that the oil extraction personnel are further reminded of pressing down by mistake.
Based on the downwards inserted limit well lid, the invention also provides a preparation method of the well lid, which comprises the following steps:
and welding the well lid body 1 with the supporting legs 2, the first handle 3 and the second handle 4 together to form the downward-inserted limiting well lid, then blasting sand on the surface of the downward-inserted limiting well lid, and finally spraying the corrosion-resistant coating.
