a frame body;
the lifting transmission system is arranged on the frame body;
the lifting lift car is arranged on the frame body in a lifting manner through the lifting transmission system, and the lifting lift car is provided with a leveling positioning device;
and the travelling mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the frame body.
The storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage can drive the lifting car to circularly lift on the frame body by arranging the lifting transmission system, the walking mechanism can drive the frame body to integrally move, and the flat layer positioning device arranged on the car can accurately position when the car is stored and taken, so that the storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage is convenient and quick to install and does not need to spend too much time on site for adjustment.
In one embodiment, the flat bed positioning device includes:
a base;
the leveling motor is fixed on the base;
the safety bolt shaft is pivoted on the base, and one end of the safety bolt shaft is connected with the power output end of the leveling motor;
the swing bolt is connected with one end of the safety bolt shaft;
one end of the flat bolt is hinged with the other end of the swing bolt, and the other end of the flat bolt is provided with meshing teeth;
the flat straight row teeth are arranged on one side of the base, and the teeth of the flat straight row teeth are meshed with the meshing teeth of the flat bolt;
the locating plate, the locating plate portable set up in on the base, the locating plate with the back portion of flat bed row of tooth is connected directly.
The flat-bed motor is utilized to drive the safety bolt to rotate, and then the movable joint bolt and the flat-bed bolt are driven to move on the base, so that the flat bed is directly arranged in the row and the teeth swing, and then the left position and the right position of the positioning plate are adjusted, and therefore the positioning accuracy of the positioning plate is improved.

The movable joint bolt, the flat layer straight row teeth and the positioning plates are arranged into two parts, and the positioning plates on the two sides of the base can be adjusted at the same time, so that the adjusting efficiency and accuracy are improved.
In one embodiment, the flat motor is fixed to the bottom surface of the base. The motor is arranged on the bottom surface of the base, so that the motor does not occupy the upper space of the base, the space is saved, and the whole structure is compact and stable.
In one embodiment of the above technical solution, the flat-bed motor is a speed-reducing flat-bed motor. The speed reduction motor can reduce the initial output power, and the output rotating speed is prevented from being too fast, so that the accuracy of adjusting the positioning plate is improved.
In one embodiment, the lifting transmission system includes:
the lifting motor is fixed on the frame body;
the lifting chain is circularly arranged on the frame body, is in transmission connection with the output end of the lifting motor and is connected with the lifting car;
a balancing weight, the balancing weight with it is connected to promote the chain, just the balancing weight with it sets up respectively in promote the both sides of chain to promote the car.

The walking motor is used for driving the walking rollers to rotate, so that the frame body is driven to move, the integral movement of the frame body is realized, and the storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage is convenient to transfer.
Compared with the prior art, the warehouse type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage can drive the lifting car to circularly lift on the frame body through the lifting transmission system, the walking mechanism can drive the frame body to integrally move, the flat layer positioning device arranged on the car can accurately position when the car is stored and taken, the installation is convenient and rapid, and the adjustment in the field does not need to spend much time. The storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage has the characteristics of light structure, safety, stability, reliability, long service life, low noise and the like.

The invention discloses a storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage, which comprises a frame body 1, a lifting transmission system 2, a lifting car 3 and a traveling mechanism 4.
The lifting transmission system 2 is arranged on the frame body 1.

Preferably, the leveling positioning device 30 comprises a base 31, a leveling motor 32, a safety bolt shaft 33, an eyelet bolt 34, a leveling bolt 35, a leveling straight row of teeth 36 and a positioning plate 37.
The flat motor 32 is fixed on the base 31.
The safety pin shaft 33 is pivoted on the base 31, and one end of the safety pin shaft is connected with the power output end of the leveling motor 32.
One end of the swing bolt 34 is connected to the safety catch shaft 33.
One end of the flat layer bolt 35 is hinged with the other end of the swing bolt 34, and the other end thereof is provided with engaging teeth.
The flat layer straight row teeth 36 are arranged on one side of the base 31, and the teeth of the flat layer straight row teeth 36 are meshed with the meshing teeth of the flat layer bolt 35.
The positioning plate 37 is movably arranged on the base 31, and the positioning plate 37 is connected with the rear part of the flat-layer straight-row teeth 36.

Preferably, the flat bed positioning device 30 further comprises a connecting pin 38, and the connecting pin 38 connects one end of the flat bed pin 35 and the other end of the swing bolt 34. By connecting the flat plug 35 and the swing bolt 34 by the connection plug, the stability of connection can be improved and the service life can be prolonged.
Further, the leveling positioning device 30 further includes a shaft sleeve 39, the shaft sleeve 39 is fixedly disposed on the base 31, and the shaft sleeve 39 is sleeved on the leveling bolt 35. The shaft sleeve 39 can guide the movement of the flat layer plug pin 35 to limit the movement path of the flat layer plug pin, so that the movement precision of the flat layer plug pin is improved, and the control accuracy of the flat layer straight row teeth 36 and the positioning plate 37 is improved.
Preferably, the bushing 39 is a bronze bushing. The shaft sleeve 39 made of bronze has stable structure, high strength and durability.
Further, the other end of the safety pin shaft 33 is provided with two parallel connecting shafts.
The number of the swing bolts 34, the flat layer bolts 35, the flat layer straight row teeth 36 and the positioning plate 37 is two.
One end of each of the two swing bolts 34 is connected to one of the connection shafts of the safety catch shaft 33.
One end of each of the two flat layer bolts 35 is hinged to the other end of one of the swing bolts 34, and the other end of each of the two flat layer bolts 35 is provided with engaging teeth.
The two flat-layer straight-row teeth 36 are respectively arranged on two sides of the base 31, and the teeth of each flat-layer straight-row tooth 36 are respectively meshed with the meshing teeth of one flat-layer bolt 35.
The two positioning plates 37 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the base 31 in parallel, and each positioning plate 37 is connected with the rear part of one flat-layer straight-row tooth 36.
The movable joint bolt 34, the flat layer bolt 35, the flat layer straight row teeth 36 and the positioning plate 37 are all provided with two numbers, and the positioning plates 37 on two sides of the base 31 can be adjusted at the same time, so that the adjusting efficiency and accuracy are improved.
Preferably, the base 31 has a long plate shape. The long plate-shaped base 31 is simple in structure, high in practicability and convenient to process and produce.
Further, the flat motor 32 is fixed to the bottom surface of the base 31. The motor is arranged on the bottom surface of the base 31, so that the motor does not occupy the upper space of the base 31, the space is saved, and the whole structure is compact and stable.
Preferably, the flat bed motor 32 is a deceleration flat bed motor. The speed reduction motor can reduce the initial output power, and the output rotating speed is prevented from being too fast, so that the accuracy of adjusting the positioning plate 37 is improved.
Preferably, the walking mechanism 4 comprises a walking roller 41 and a walking motor 42.
The walking roller 41 is pivoted to the bottom of the frame body 1.
The walking motor 42 is fixed at the bottom of the frame body 1. And the power output end of the walking motor 42 is in transmission connection with the walking roller 41.
The walking motor 42 is used for driving the walking roller 41 to rotate, so that the frame body 1 is driven to move, the integral movement of the frame body 1 is realized, and the storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage is convenient to transfer.
The storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage has scientific design and ingenious and reasonable structure, can ensure the stable operation of the whole structure, can well solve the problems of troublesome adjustment, labor and time consumption in the installation process, better solves the problem of accurate left and right positioning, is safe, stable and reliable when vehicles are stored and taken, and has light and handy structure, lower processing cost, long service life and low noise in operation.
Compared with the prior art, the warehouse type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage can drive the lifting car 3 to circularly lift on the frame body 1 by arranging the lifting transmission system 2, the walking mechanism 4 can drive the frame body 1 to integrally move, and the flat layer positioning device 30 arranged on the car can accurately position when the car is stored and taken, so that the installation is convenient and rapid, and the on-site adjustment does not need to spend much time. The storage type mechanical three-dimensional parking garage has the characteristics of light structure, safety, stability, reliability, long service life, low noise and the like.
