Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary ware, in particular to a spray washing device, a method for realizing swing spray washing and an intelligent closestool.
Background
Currently, intelligent toilets (also referred to as intelligent toilets) in the market are generally classified into three types, namely, an intelligent toilet with cleaning, heating, sterilizing and the like, an intelligent toilet with automatic sleeve changing and cleaning functions. The intelligent closestool is characterized in that the cleaning function of the intelligent closestool is namely a buttock cleaning/gynecological cleaning function, and particularly a spray cleaning device is arranged on an intelligent closestool cover of the intelligent closestool, and the buttock cleaning/gynecological cleaning function is realized by the spray cleaning device. The spray device in the prior art generally comprises a spray body, a spray rod, a telescopic motor, a switching motor, a waterway switching piece and other components, wherein the spray rod can be arranged on the spray body in a telescopic manner along a preset direction and driven by the telescopic motor, and the waterway switching piece and the switching motor are matched to realize switching of a waterway of the spray rod. When the telescopic motor is not used for spraying water, the spray rod is driven by the telescopic motor to retract. In order to improve the spray comfort of the spray device, some spray bars are arranged in a state of being capable of reciprocating back and forth, so that the spray bars can reach massage water spray moving back and forth through back and forth movement after extending. The vibration motor is arranged in the nozzle assembly of the spray boom, the nozzle assembly of the spray boom is driven to vibrate by utilizing the vibration motor to work, so that cleaning water sprayed out of the nozzle swings at least in the transverse direction to form pulsating water in the transverse direction, and the flushing experience is improved. However, the mode of generating transverse pulse water by vibration of the vibration motor has the defects that the vibration motor vibrates for a long time, so that the nozzle assembly of the spray rod is easily loosened, misplaced and the like due to the influence of vibration, the water tightness, the connection firmness and the like of the nozzle assembly are influenced, and the service life of the spray rod is further reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a spray washing device, a method for realizing swing spray washing and an intelligent closestool, which output a specific spray pattern through rotation and swing, and improve washing experience.
The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the technical scheme that the spray washing device is used for hip washing and/or gynecological washing and comprises a spray washing mechanism, a positioning seat and a swinging driving mechanism, wherein the spray washing mechanism comprises a spray washing body and a spray rod which can be arranged on the spray washing body in a telescopic manner along a preset direction, and the spray washing body can be rotatably arranged on the positioning seat around the axis of the spray rod and is connected with the swinging driving mechanism so as to drive the spray washing mechanism to rotate and swing around the axis of the spray rod by the swinging driving mechanism.
Further, the swing driving mechanism comprises a swing motor, a fixing seat, a swing arm and a swing transmission structure, wherein the fixing seat is arranged on the positioning seat, the swing arm is arranged on the fixing seat in a swinging manner along the swinging direction of the spray washing mechanism and is connected with the spray washing body, and an output shaft of the swing motor is in transmission connection with the swing arm through the swing transmission structure so as to drive the swing arm to swing.
Further, the swing transmission structure comprises a driving wheel and a long hole arranged in the swing arm, the long hole is located in the radial direction of the swing track of the swing arm, the driving wheel and/or the swing motor is arranged in the fixing seat, the driving wheel is driven by the swing motor, a driving shaft is arranged at the eccentric position of the driving wheel, the driving shaft is parallel to the output shaft of the swing motor, and the driving shaft is inserted into the long hole.
Furthermore, an angle limiting structure is arranged on the fixing seat so as to limit the angle of unidirectional or bidirectional rotation of the driving wheel.
Further, the fixing seat is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft, the axis of the rotating shaft is parallel to the axis of the output shaft of the swing motor, the upper end of the swing arm is connected with the rotating shaft, and the upper end of the swing arm is inserted with the rotating shaft through a pin shaft.
Further, the swing arm is provided with a hanging part, and the rear end of the spray washing body is hung on the hanging part.
Further, the spray washing body is provided with a shaft sleeve coaxial with the spray rod, the positioning seat is provided with a shaft hole coaxial with the spray rod, and the shaft sleeve can be sleeved in the shaft hole in a rotating way around the axis of the shaft sleeve.
Furthermore, the spray washing body is also provided with a telescopic motor, the spray rod is driven by the telescopic motor to extend or retract, the spray rod is provided with a waterway switching assembly, the waterway switching assembly comprises a waterway switching piece movably arranged on the spray rod and a switching motor arranged on the spray rod, and the waterway switching piece is driven by the switching motor to enable a water inlet channel arranged on the waterway switching piece to be communicated with a plurality of waterways arranged on the spray rod.
The invention also provides a method for realizing swing spray washing, wherein a spray washing mechanism for hip washing and/or gynecological washing is arranged in a state of being rotatable around the axis of a spray rod of the spray washing mechanism, and the spray washing mechanism is driven to rotate and swing around the axis of the spray rod by adopting a swing driving mechanism.
Further, the swing driving mechanism comprises a swing motor, a fixed seat, a swing arm and a swing transmission structure, wherein the swing arm is arranged on the fixed seat in a swinging manner along the swinging direction of the spray washing mechanism and is connected with the spray washing body, and an output shaft of the swing motor is in transmission connection with the swing arm through the swing transmission structure so as to drive the swing arm to swing.
The invention further provides an intelligent closestool, which comprises the spray washing device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The invention sets the spray washing mechanism to a state capable of rotating around the axis of the spray boom of the spray washing mechanism, and drives the spray washing mechanism to rotate and swing around the axis of the spray boom by adopting the swing driving mechanism, so that the invention can output a specific spray pattern through rotation and swing, and the flushing experience is improved.
2. The swing driving mechanism comprises a swing motor, a fixed seat, a swing arm and a swing transmission structure, and is novel in design, simple in structure and convenient to assemble. Particularly, the swing transmission structure comprises the driving wheel and a long hole arranged in the swing arm, and is ingenious in design and simple in structure.
3. The spray washing body and the positioning seat are in running fit through the shaft sleeve and the shaft hole, and the spray washing device is simple in structure and convenient to assemble.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-10, a spray device of the present invention is used for hip washing and/or gynecological washing, and comprises a spray mechanism 1, wherein the spray mechanism 1 comprises a spray body 1 and a spray rod 12 telescopically arranged on the spray body 1 along a preset direction, a positioning seat 2 and a swing driving mechanism 3, and the spray body 1 is rotatably arranged on the positioning seat 2 around an axis 121 of the spray rod and is connected with the swing driving mechanism 3 so as to drive the spray mechanism 1 to rotationally swing around the axis 121 of the spray rod by the swing driving mechanism 3. The preset direction is specifically a front-back direction, the rotation and swing direction of the spray body 1 is in a left-right direction, and the rotation and swing angle of one side of the spray body 1 is approximately 0-5 degrees, as shown in fig. 7.
In this embodiment, the swing driving mechanism 3 is disposed on the positioning seat 2, specifically, the swing driving mechanism 3 includes a swing motor 31, a fixing seat 32, a swing arm 33 and a swing transmission structure, the fixing seat 32 is disposed on the positioning seat 2, the swing arm 33 is disposed on the fixing seat 32 in a swinging manner along the swinging direction of the spraying mechanism 1 and is connected with the spraying body 1, and an output shaft of the swing motor 31 is in transmission connection with the swing arm 33 through the swing transmission structure so as to drive the swing arm 33 to swing. The fixing base 32 is vertical and is fixedly connected to the rear end of the positioning seat 2 by means of a screw locking or inserting (the fixing position of the fixing base 32 is not limited to the rear end of the positioning seat 2), but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the fixing base and the positioning seat are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the swing transmission structure includes a driving wheel 34 and a long hole 331 disposed in the swing arm 33, the long hole 331 is located in a radial direction of a swing track of the swing arm 33, the driving wheel 34 and/or the swing motor 31 is disposed in the fixed seat 32, the driving wheel 34 is driven by the swing motor 31, an eccentric portion of the driving wheel 34 is provided with a driving shaft 341 (i.e. an axis of the driving shaft 341 is parallel to, but not coincident with, an axis of the driving wheel 34), the driving shaft 341 is parallel to an output shaft of the swing motor 31, and the driving shaft 341 is inserted into the long hole 331, and a diameter of the driving shaft 341 is slightly smaller than a width of the long hole 331. The swing motor 31 is specifically mounted on the rear side of the fixed seat 32, and the output shaft thereof passes through the fixed seat 32, and the driving wheel 34 is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft of the swing motor 31. The drive wheel 34 is specifically, but not limited to, a cam configuration, and in other embodiments, the drive wheel is an eccentric or circular wheel configuration.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 32 is provided with an angle limiting structure 322 to limit the angle of unidirectional or bidirectional rotation of the driving wheel 34. The angle limiting structure 322 is specifically configured to limit the unidirectional rotation angle of the driving wheel 34, that is, the rotation angle of the driving wheel 34 in the counterclockwise direction in the view of fig. 3, and the rotation angle of the driving wheel 34 in the clockwise direction is set by the swing motor 31 through the rotation angle and self-reset. The angle limiting structure 322 can ensure that the maximum angle of each rotation of the driving wheel 34 in the anticlockwise direction and the clockwise direction is always unchanged, and the whole work is stable and reliable. In other embodiments, the present invention is not provided with the angle limiting structure, and is implemented only by setting the rotation angle of the swing motor.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the fixing base 32 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 35, the rotating shaft 35 can rotate around its axis, the axis of the rotating shaft 35 is parallel to the axis of the output shaft of the swing motor 31, and the upper end of the swing arm 33 is connected with the rotating shaft 35. Specifically, the upper end of the swing arm 33 is inserted into the rotating shaft 35 through a pin shaft 36, two first connecting holes 333 with axes perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 35 are arranged at the upper end of the swing arm 33, the two first connecting holes 333 are arranged in parallel left and right, the rear end of the rotating shaft 35 is inserted into and fixed to an insertion hole 321 arranged at the upper end of the fixed seat 32, a second connecting hole 351 is arranged at the rear end of the rotating shaft 35, the axis of the second connecting hole 351 is perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 35, the pin shaft 36 is connected to the two first connecting holes 333 and the second connecting hole 351 in a penetrating manner, and the second connecting hole 351 is positioned between the two first connecting holes 333. The swing motor 31 is specifically a stepping motor, and is mounted at the lower end of the fixed seat 32, and the swing angle of the swing arm 33 can be adjusted by changing the position of the swing motor 31. The swing arm 33 is provided with the long hole 331 at the lower end.
In this embodiment, the swing arm 33 is provided with a hanging portion 332, and the rear end of the spray body 1 is hung on the hanging portion 332. The hooking portion 332 is specifically located at a middle lower portion of the front side surface of the swing arm 33 and is higher than the long hole 331.
In this embodiment, the spray body 1 is provided with a shaft sleeve 111 coaxial with the spray rod 12, the positioning seat 2 is provided with a shaft hole 21 coaxial with the spray rod 12, and the shaft sleeve 111 is rotatably sleeved in the shaft hole 21 around the axis thereof. The shaft hole 21 is specifically located at the front end of the positioning seat 2, the shaft sleeve 111 is located at the front end of the spray washing body 1, and when the spray washing body is installed, the shaft sleeve 111 at the front end of the spray washing body 1 is sleeved into the shaft hole 21 of the positioning seat 2 from back to front.
In this embodiment, a telescopic motor 13 is further disposed on the spray body 1, and the spray rod 12 is driven by the telescopic motor 13 to extend or retract. The telescopic motor 13 can be in transmission connection with the spray boom 12 by adopting a gear transmission assembly, the gear transmission assembly comprises a driving gear, a double-tooth transmission wheel and a synchronous belt, the driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the telescopic motor 13, the double-tooth transmission wheel is arranged at the front end of the spray washing body 1, one circle of gear teeth of the double-tooth transmission wheel are meshed with a first rack arranged on the spray boom 12, and the synchronous belt is wound on the driving gear and the other circle of gear teeth of the double-tooth transmission wheel.
In this embodiment, the water channel switching assembly is disposed on the spray boom 12, and the water channel switching assembly includes a water channel switching member 15 movably disposed on the spray boom 12 and a switching motor 14 disposed on the spray boom 12, where the water channel switching member 15 is driven by the switching motor 14, so that a water inlet channel disposed on the water channel switching member 15 is in switching communication with a plurality of water channels disposed on the spray boom 12. Specifically, the waterway switching member 15 is slidably disposed on the spray boom 12, and a switching gear is disposed on an output shaft of the switching motor 14 and is engaged with a second rack disposed on the waterway switching member 15.
The spray washing device is often arranged on an intelligent closestool cover of an intelligent closestool when in use. In the initial state, the swing arm 33 is kept in the vertical direction, and the spray bar 12 is in the retracted state, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. When the water pump works, the telescopic motor 13 is started to drive the spray rod 12 to extend forwards, and when water is introduced, the front end of the spray rod 12 sprays cleaning water columns 4 obliquely upwards, as shown in fig. 8. When the swing motor 31 is started, the swing motor 31 drives the driving wheel 34 to rotate a certain angle in a counterclockwise direction or a clockwise direction at a certain speed, the driving wheel 34 drives the swing arm 33 to swing in one side (i.e. left side or right side) direction through the driving shaft 341 thereon, when the driving wheel 34 rotates to a maximum angle, the motor is reversed, the driving wheel 34 is driven to rotate to the maximum angle in the opposite direction, and the swing arm 33 swings in the other side direction. The swing arm 33 swings left and right by the reciprocating cycle. Along with the swing arm 33 swinging, the swing arm 33 drives the whole spray washing mechanism 1 to swing rotationally around the axis 121 of the spray rod under the guide of the shaft hole 21 of the positioning seat 2, so that the water column 4 sprayed out from the front end of the spray rod 12 swings leftwards (as shown in fig. 9) and/or rightwards (as shown in fig. 10).
When the spray washing mechanism 1 only performs fixed-point left-right rotation swing, transverse linear spray can be obtained. When the rotary swing of the present invention is combined with the forward and backward movement of the boom 12 and the swing angle, the movement displacement, etc. are controlled, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional spray having various specific shapes can be obtained. For example, when the spray mechanism 1 is rotated and swung on one side (left side or right side), the spray bar 12 is reciprocally moved by a small displacement in the front-rear direction, so that an elliptical spray with the long axis in the lateral direction can be obtained, and when the spray mechanism 1 is rotated and swung on the left-right side, the spray bar 12 is reciprocally moved by a small displacement in the front-rear direction, so that a combined spray having an 8-shape can be obtained.
According to the spray washing device, the swing driving mechanism 3 is adopted to drive the whole spray washing mechanism 1 to rotate and swing around the axis 121 of the spray rod, a specific spray pattern can be output, washing experience is improved, and the swing driving mechanism 3 adopted by the spray washing device is in a mechanical transmission mode, not in a vibration driving mode, so that the problems that components are easy to loosen, misplacement and the like in the vibration driving mode can be solved.
The invention relates to a method for realizing swing spray washing, which is characterized in that a spray washing mechanism for hip washing and/or gynecological washing is arranged in a state of being rotatable around the axis of a spray rod of the spray washing mechanism, and the spray washing mechanism is driven to rotate and swing around the axis of the spray rod by adopting a swing driving mechanism.
In this embodiment, the swing driving mechanism includes a swing motor, a fixing base, a swing arm and a swing transmission structure, where the swing arm is arranged on the fixing base in a swinging manner along the swinging direction of the spraying mechanism and is connected with the spraying body, and an output shaft of the swing motor is connected with the swing arm in a transmission manner through the swing transmission structure so as to drive the swing arm to swing. The swing transmission structure comprises a driving wheel and a long hole arranged in the swing arm, the long hole is positioned in the radial direction of the swing track of the swing arm, the driving wheel and/or the swing motor is arranged in the fixed seat, the driving wheel is driven by the swing motor, a driving shaft is arranged at the eccentric position of the driving wheel, the driving shaft is parallel to the output shaft of the swing motor, and the driving shaft is inserted into the long hole.
The method for realizing swing spray washing can be realized by adopting the spray washing device, and the detailed working principle is as described above and is not repeated here.
The invention relates to an intelligent closestool, comprising a spray device according to the invention as described above.
The invention relates to a spray-washing device, a method for realizing swing spray-washing and an intelligent closestool, and the parts not related to the spray-washing device are the same as or can be realized by adopting the prior art.
