Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of knitting, and provides a weaving process of an environment-friendly breathable jacquard fabric, aiming at the problem that the comfort level and the air permeability of the existing fabric taking regenerated terylene and regenerated cotton as main components are difficult to meet the requirements. Knitting on a single-side weft knitting circular knitting machine, knitting a stitch row in each two paths of a knitting path and a jacquard path to form a basic unit, and outputting according to the pattern of a needle of the jacquard path, so that the fabric presents the jacquard effect. The breathable jacquard fabric woven by the process is effectively combined with the green and environment-friendly regenerated terylene and regenerated cotton, so that the fabric is more comfortable and breathable to wear and has better sweat-absorbing and quick-drying effects.

Technical Field

The existing fabric taking the regenerated terylene and the regenerated cotton as main components can not meet the requirements of people in the wearing comfort and air permeability.

Aiming at the problems that the comfort level and the air permeability of the existing fabric taking the regenerated terylene and the regenerated cotton as main components are difficult to meet the requirements, the invention provides a weaving process of an environment-friendly breathable jacquard fabric.
The environment-friendly type breathable jacquard fabric is knitted on a single-side weft knitting circular knitting machine, a knitting course and a jacquard course are knitted into a stitch row in each two paths to form a basic unit, and needles are drawn out according to patterns according to the needles of the jacquard course to enable the fabric to present a jacquard effect, wherein the knitting steps are as follows:
the first path is a knitting path, all machine needles are knitted in a loop mode, and 56dtex to 111dtex regenerated polyester filament yarns with good water absorption and quick drying performance are used;
the second path is a jacquard path, jacquard needle-out is designed according to the pattern, the needle corresponding to the jacquard position is set as a floating line, 14.6 tex-29.2 tex blended yarns containing regenerated cotton components are used, the proportion of the regenerated cotton components is 10% -30%, wherein the jacquard position can display the polyester yarn coil of the first path on the surface of the fabric, so that the fabric presents a jacquard effect.
Furthermore, a raw material knitting path for knitting the fabric is 84dtex/36F regenerated polyester filament, and the length of the filament is 310mm/100 needles; the jacquard road is a yarn of 14.6tex tencel 50/regenerated cotton 30/C20 yarn of green environment-friendly regenerated cotton, and the yarn length is 230-300 mm/100 needles.
Furthermore, the weight of each square meter of the environment-friendly breathable jacquard smooth blank fabric is 115 g-200 g.
According to the jacquard fabric woven by the scheme, the lining yarn loops are knitting loop looping loops, so that the back side gray fabric structure of the fabric is the same as the weft plain stitch, the fabric surface can be kept flat, and the fabric is more comfortable when being worn next to the skin; according to the jacquard fabric woven by the scheme, tucking or floating loops do not appear on the surface of the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric can be kept smooth, and the condition that threads are hooked when a garment is worn is avoided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the breathable jacquard fabric woven by the process selects single-sided jacquard gray fabric, and is more comfortable and breathable to wear and has better sweat absorption and quick drying effects by effectively combining with green and environment-friendly regenerated terylene and regenerated cotton.

the second path is a jacquard path, jacquard needle outlet is designed according to the pattern, the needle corresponding to the jacquard position is set as a floating line, 14.6tex tencel 50/regenerated cotton 30/C20 yarn which is spun in a Wenzhou natural fabric and has controllable quality, safety and sanitation is used, the length of the line is 230-300 mm/100 needles, and the jacquard position can display the polyester yarn coil of the first path on the surface of the fabric, so that the fabric presents a jacquard effect.
The partial coil diagram of the fabric is shown in fig. 2, the gray coils represent knitting coils of the fabric, the white coils represent jacquard coils of the fabric, when the fabric is jacquard, the jacquard coils are floating needles which do not participate in knitting, and the knitting needles participate in knitting, so that the fabric has a jacquard effect different from the jacquard coils.
Compared with similar products in the market, the breathable jacquard fabric developed by the invention is more comfortable and breathable to wear, has better sweat-absorbing and quick-drying effects, and is very suitable for close-fitting wearing.
