Background
The experiment table is used for performing experiment detection and storing instruments in enterprise and public institutions such as enterprise laboratories, hospitals, schools, chemical plants, scientific research institutions and the like. The purpose of acid removal is to reduce the acidity of the sample solution and protect the instrument and equipment. When an experimenter makes a sample to digest and remove acid, added acidic substances such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, perchloric acid and the like volatilize or decompose into corresponding oxides under the heating condition, for example, nitric acid is extremely unstable volatile acid and is easy to decompose to form nitrogen dioxide molecules, and the concentration of nitrogen dioxide increases along with the increase of decomposition, so that the color of acid mist is darkened to be tan. In the experiment, the acid gas can diffuse to the whole laboratory after being heated and volatilized. After the acid gas is liquefied, the acid gas can be attached to the experiment table and the ventilation pipeline, so that the experiment table and the ventilation pipeline can be corroded, and the service life of the experiment table and the ventilation pipeline is seriously influenced.
