本发明是一种高流量饱和吸氧阀箱,由主壳体、壳盖、过滤棉、吸湿纸组成,主壳体设置有进气道、进气口,进气口内设有进气阀门,进气道上端设置前端盖,前端盖中部设置出气口,出气口底部设有出气孔、出气阀门,前端盖内部设有径向的支撑筋A,前端盖的前部设有壳盖,两者通过螺纹连接,壳盖内部设置有径向的支撑筋B,前端盖与壳盖内部设置有过滤棉和吸湿纸,壳盖中部设置吸气口。本发明高流量饱和吸氧阀箱,由于设置了进气阀门和出气阀门,减少了氧气排放,节省氧气;吸湿纸在呼吸过程中可交换湿气,增加氧气的湿度,使呼吸更舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体说是一种高流量饱和吸氧阀箱。
背景技术
在医院,治疗缺氧性疾病最有效方法就是吸氧,吸氧方式有鼻氧管吸氧、面罩(口鼻)吸氧、头罩吸氧。目前临床多采用鼻氧管吸氧,优点简单方便,缺点由于鼻孔与外界相通,氧气利用率低,进肺氧浓度40%左右,呼气时氧气白白跑掉,氧气还刺激鼻粘膜;普通面罩,分为有单向阀面罩也叫文丘里面罩和无单向阀面罩,吸氧优点是,密封、吸氧浓度度高。缺点是,流量计开到900L/H才能达到肺活量需求否则吸氧时就会产生窒息感特别是吸氧后半程,实际应用中如果流量计开到900L/H不仅浪费氧气还会造成大流量冲击感,呼出的气体也不容易呼出,呼气时氧气白白跑掉一部分,浪费氧气;头罩吸氧就是将整个头扣在密闭有机玻璃制造的容器里,优点,进肺氧浓度大,约82%,缺点是,憋闷不舒服、呼气时氧气白白跑掉,浪费氧气。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸氧舒适、节省氧气、结构紧凑的高流量饱和吸氧阀箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下方案:
高流量饱和吸氧阀箱,由主壳体、壳盖、过滤棉、吸湿纸组成,主壳体设置有进气道,进气道下端设置有进气口,进气口内设有进气阀门,进气道上端设置前端盖, 前端盖中部设置出气口,出气口底部设有出气孔,并安装有出气阀,前端盖内部设有径向的支撑筋A,前端盖的前部设有壳盖,两者通过螺纹连接,壳盖内部设置有径向的支撑筋B,前端盖与壳盖内部设置有过滤棉和吸湿纸,壳盖中部设置吸气口。
使用时,进气口接输氧管,吸气口接呼吸面罩。吸气时,氧气进入进气口,进气阀门打开,氧气沿着进气道流动,通过过滤棉和吸湿纸,由吸气口进入呼吸面罩,吸气时出气阀门关闭;呼气时,出气阀门打开,进气阀门关闭,呼出的废气通过吸湿纸和过滤棉后,由出气孔排出;吸氧过程中,吸湿纸可增加氧气的湿度。
本发明高流量饱和吸氧阀箱,由于设置了进气阀门和出气阀门,减少了氧气排放,节省氧气;吸湿纸在呼吸过程中可交换湿气,增加氧气的湿度,使呼吸更舒适。

具体实施方式
下面以实施例结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例,主壳体11、壳盖5都使用医用PP塑料一次注塑成型,进气阀8使用Φ20进气阀,出气阀门13使用医用硅胶注射成型,过滤棉2使用Φ45×3过滤棉,吸湿纸3使用Φ45×15棉质纸卷。
组装时,将进气阀8推入进气口9内,将出气阀门13插入出气口14底部,将过滤棉2置入前端盖15内,再将吸湿纸3置入前端盖15内,最后将壳盖5与前端盖15对接旋紧。

1.高流量饱和吸氧阀箱,由主壳体(11)、壳盖(5)、过滤棉(2)、吸湿纸(3)组成,其特征在于:主壳体(11)设置有进气道(10),进气道(10)下端设置有进气口(9),进气口(9)内设有进气阀(8),进气道(10)上端设置前端盖(15), 前端盖(15)中部设置出气口(14),出气口(14)底部设有出气孔(12),并安装有出气阀门(13),前端盖(15)内部设有径向的支撑筋A(1), 前端盖(15)的前部设有壳盖(5),两者通过螺纹(7)连接,壳盖(5)内部设置有径向的支撑筋B(4),前端盖(15)与壳盖(5)内部设置有过滤棉(2)和吸湿纸(3),壳盖(5)中部设置吸气口(6)。
