A third object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic method: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the facial essence is applied to the face;
(2) and heating, vibrating and massaging the face by using a beauty treatment introducing instrument until the facial essence is completely absorbed.
Preferably, the vibration frequency of the beauty introducing instrument is 1-15kHz, and the hot compress temperature of the beauty introducing instrument is 40-44 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the facial essence contains an anti-aging agent consisting of carnosine, a yeast bifidus fermentation product lysate and vitamin E, and can effectively improve the skin elasticity, relieve wrinkles and delay skin aging after being absorbed by the skin cuticle.
(2) The facial essence contains the penetration enhancer, and can assist the anti-aging agent in the facial essence to penetrate into the skin cuticle.
(3) The facial essence disclosed by the invention is matched with a specific beautifying method and a vibration hot compress mode of a beauty importing instrument, the vibration frequency of the beauty importing instrument is 1-15kHz, the anti-aging agent can be promoted to rapidly penetrate through a horny layer, the opening of facial skin pores is promoted by matching with the accurate temperature control hot compress at 42 +/-2 ℃, so that the anti-aging agent is promoted to be rapidly imported, the beauty importing instrument can be matched with a permeation assistant agent to rapidly import and permeate the anti-aging agent into the horny layer, the dual importing ways are matched to synergize, and the anti-aging agent is promoted to rapidly penetrate through the horny layer to play an anti-aging effect.

Test example:
1. transdermal absorption test
Tape Stripping Technology (TS) is suitable for studying transdermal absorption. After exposing the chemical substance to a specific area of the skin for a certain period of time, the Stratum Corneum (SC) is obtained by taping and the amount of the specific substance in the tape is determined by a suitable analytical technique.
Cleaning the back of the subject, selecting 10 areas of 5cm by 5cm on the back of the subject, wherein the areas are numbered A1, A2 and B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, respectively dripping 2g of essence into the 10 areas, massaging for 1min to promote absorption, standing for 5min, tearing with an adhesive tape, and repeatedly tearing for 10 times. The beauty treatment introducing instrument is shown in figure 1, a massage head 100 is arranged at the end part of the beauty treatment introducing instrument, a hot compress surface 200 is arranged on the massage head 100, wherein the vibration frequency of the massage head 100 is 1-15kHz, the hot compress temperature of the hot compress surface 200 is 40-44 ℃, and the vibration frequency and the hot compress temperature can be controlled and adjusted by a user.
The content of carnosine in the 9 groups of samples was determined by HPLC, wherein the materials and reagents used were: samples A1, A2 and B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, the sample size was 50 μ L, the chromatographic methanol was Shandong Yuwang and New Material Co Ltd, the glacial acetic acid was the product of Daqi chemical reagent factory in Tianjin, the purified water was the product of filtered Huarun Yibao beverage Co Ltd, the ethyl acetate (analytical purity) was the product of Guangdong Guanghua reagent Co Ltd, and the standard product of the carnosine was the product of Beijing Solebao science Co Ltd.
The instrument comprises the following steps: shimadzu LC-2030C 3D high performance liquid chromatography, COSMOSIL 5C 18-MS-II column (4.6X 250mm,5 μm).
The detection results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the comparative samples a1 and a2 show that the facial essence of the present invention can effectively enhance the absorption of carnosine (active substance) by the stratum corneum in combination with the specific cosmetic method of the present invention, and the comparative samples a2 and D, E and F show that, under the condition of no formulation change, when one of dextran, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate is absent in the facial essence, the permeability of carnosine (active substance) in the skin is deteriorated, and the content of carnosine (active substance) entering the stratum corneum is greatly reduced, which indicates that dextran, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate in the facial essence of the present invention play a synergistic role in guiding carnosine (active substance) into the deep layer of the skin.
2. Anti-aging test
Respectively selecting 200 subjects, averagely dividing the subjects into 10 groups, wherein each group comprises 20 subjects, the subjects are Chinese healthy women, the age is 25-55 years old, the facial skin has obvious dry lines and fine lines, the skin obviously lacks elasticity, the skin is dull and lusterless, the skin color is uneven, and a dermatologist judges that the face has moderate to severe color spots; the grades of crow's feet and wrinkles under eyes and skin pores reach grade 2 or above according to the grading standard of SKIN AGING ATLAS VOLUME2-ASIAN TYPE (by R.Bazin & F.flame, ver.2010, MED' COM Press); the subject had no facial skin sensitization and skin disease; the subject has no autoimmune disease and chronic disease; within 3 months before the start of the experimental study, any cosmetics, medicines, health-care products, medical and cosmetic treatments and the like with anti-aging effects are not used.
The facial essence of example 1 was applied to group 1, and after cleansing, an appropriate amount of facial essence was applied evenly to the face and neck, followed by patting and massaging with both hands until the absorption was complete. The application frequency and period are 2 times per day, 1 time each in the morning and evening, and the application time is 56 days.
Wherein the group 2 uses the facial essence of the embodiment 1, the group 3 uses the facial essence of the embodiment 2, the group 4 uses the facial essence of the embodiment 3, the group 5 uses the facial essence of the comparison 1, the group 6 uses the facial essence of the comparison 2, the group 7 uses the facial essence of the comparison 3, the group 8 uses the facial essence of the comparison 4, the group 9 uses the facial essence of the comparison 5, the group 10 uses the facial essence of the comparison 6, the using method is that after face cleaning, a proper amount of facial essence is taken and evenly coated on the face and the neck, and the face and the neck are heated and vibrated and massaged by using a beauty introducer until complete absorption, wherein the vibration frequency of the beauty introducer is 8kHz, and the hot compress temperature of the beauty introducer is 42 ℃. The application frequency and period are 2 times per day, 1 time each in the morning and evening, and the application time is 56 days.
The skin elasticity (including the skin elasticity of the crow's foot and the french-crease) and the thickness of the dermis of each group of subjects were tested before (D0) and on day 56 (D56) respectively using the facial essence of the present invention, wherein the test values are the average values of each group.
The skin elasticity is measured by a Cutomer MPA580, and a parameter R2 (the ratio of the rebound quantity in the absence of negative pressure to the maximum lifting quantity in the presence of negative pressure) is taken as the judgment basis of the skin elasticity. The closer the value is to 1, the better the skin elasticity is.
Thickness of real leather layerThe Combo ultrasonic probe measures, the main component of the dermis is collagen, the thickness of the dermis can reflect the content of the collagen, and the higher the value is, the higher the content of the collagen is, and the firmer the skin is.
The results of the skin elasticity test are shown in Table 2, and the results of the dermal layer thickness test are shown in Table 3.

The data in table 2 show that the elasticity of the skin at the fishtail line of the subject can be improved by more than 10% and up to 14% after the facial essence of the invention is used together with the specific cosmetic method of the invention for 56 days, and the elasticity of the skin at the legal line of the subject can be improved by more than 5% and up to 7%, which shows that the facial essence of the invention can effectively resist skin aging, reduce wrinkles and restore skin elasticity when being used together with the specific cosmetic method of the invention.
Meanwhile, comparing the test data of the group 1 and the test data of the group 2, it can be seen that when the facial essence disclosed by the invention is used in combination with the specific cosmetic method disclosed by the invention, the skin elasticity recovery rate of a subject is higher, which indicates that the specific cosmetic method disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the permeation of the facial essence to the inner layer of the skin.
Comparing the test data of the groups 2 and 5-7, it can be seen that under the condition of unchanged using method and other formula, when one of glucan, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate is absent in the facial essence, the skin elasticity recovery rate of the subject is reduced, and the anti-aging effect of the essence is poor, which indicates that the glucan, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate in the facial essence have synergistic effect on the anti-aging agent introduced into the deep layer of the skin.
Comparing the test data of the groups 2 and 8-10, it can be seen that under the condition of unchanged using method and other formula, when the facial essence lacks one of carnosine, yeast dehiscence lysate and vitamin E, the skin elasticity recovery rate of the subject is reduced, and the anti-aging effect of the essence is deteriorated, which indicates that the carnosine, the yeast dehiscence lysate and the vitamin E in the facial essence have synergistic effect on the anti-aging property of the skin.

The data in table 3 show that the thickness of the dermal layer of the subject can be increased by more than 2.5% and can be increased by 3% at most after the facial essence of the invention is used together with the specific cosmetic method of the invention for 56 days, which indicates that the facial essence of the invention can effectively increase skin collagen and tighten skin together with the specific cosmetic method of the invention.
Meanwhile, comparing the test data of the group 1 and the test data of the group 2, it can be seen that when the facial essence disclosed by the invention is used in combination with the specific cosmetic method disclosed by the invention, the thickness thickening rate of the dermis layer of the subject is larger, which indicates that the specific cosmetic method disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the permeation of the facial essence to the inner layer of the skin.
Comparing the test data of the groups 2 and 5-7, it can be seen that, under the condition of unchanged using method and other formula, when one of dextran, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate is absent in the facial essence, the thickening rate of the dermis layer thickness of the subject is reduced, and the anti-aging effect of the essence is deteriorated, which shows that the dextran, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate in the facial essence have synergistic effect on the anti-aging agent introduced into the deep layer of skin.
Comparing the test data of the groups 2 and 8-10, it can be seen that under the condition of unchanged using method and other formula, when the facial essence lacks one of carnosine, yeast dehiscence lysate and vitamin E, the thickness thickening rate of the dermis layer of the subject is reduced, and the anti-aging effect of the essence is deteriorated, which indicates that the carnosine, the yeast dehiscence lysate and the vitamin E in the facial essence have synergistic effect on the anti-aging property of the skin.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

6. The facial essence according to claim 1, wherein: the penetration enhancer is prepared from glucan, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate according to the mass ratio of (0.1-0.5): (3-12): (0.02-0.08).
7. The facial essence according to claim 1, wherein: the preservative is at least one of phenoxyethanol and hexanediol.
8. A method for preparing the facial essence according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) putting water, a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a part of humectant into an emulsifying pot, and heating, dissolving and dispersing;
(2) mixing emulsifier, the rest of humectant and part of anti-aging agent, heating to dissolve to 75-85 deg.C, adding into the mixture obtained in step (1), and homogenizing;
(3) cooling to 40-50 deg.C under stirring, adding penetration enhancer, antiseptic, essence and the rest of antiaging agent, and stirring.
9. A cosmetic method characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) applying the facial essence of any one of claims 1 to 7 to the face;
(2) and heating, vibrating and massaging the face by using a beauty treatment introducing instrument until the facial essence is completely absorbed.
10. A cosmetic method according to claim 9, wherein: the vibration frequency of the beauty importing instrument is 1-15kHz, and the hot compress temperature of the beauty importing instrument is 40-44 ℃.
