Abstract

本发明涉及一种液晶拼接屏用支架。采用的技术方案是:包括左侧竖直固定柱、右侧竖直固定柱、固定圆环、横轴固定环、液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁、万向轮、定位螺母,所述左侧竖直固定柱和所述右侧竖直固定柱上下分别套装固定圆环,其中间从上到下等间距分别套装所述横轴固定环,所述左侧竖直固定柱左右侧壁从上到下等距离开设圆环定位螺孔,所述横轴固定环侧壁固定焊接凸台,所述凸台与所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁左右两端间隙配合,所述左侧竖直固定柱和右侧竖直固定柱底端中心分别与所述万向轮螺纹连接。本发明的有益效果:结构简单、稳定可靠,拆装便捷,可实现对整个液晶拼接屏的角度调整和后期维护。

一种液晶拼接屏用支架
技术领域
本发明属于一种液晶拼接屏支架设备领域,涉及一种液晶拼接屏用支架。
背景技术
随着液晶屏技术的发展,液晶显示屏具有可拼接、高分辨率的特点,有利于大型会议场合的信息展示和传播,将小块的液晶屏拼接在一起,需要使用专用支架,然而传统的液晶拼接屏用支架大多采用单个孤立的液压前后伸缩折叠机构,在进行液晶屏巨幕拼接时,需要根据单个液晶屏的尺寸,在安装墙壁上开设较高精度的支架安装孔,然后将每个液压前后伸缩折叠机构安装在墙壁上,以此拼接出巨幕,但是这种安装方式需要对墙壁开凿大量的定位孔,施工效率低下,一旦拼接屏使用完毕拆除后,墙壁遗留大量安装孔,极不美观,同时如果需要调整整个拼接屏的左右观看角度,该传统的拼接屏用支架不能满足使用需求,因此,本发明提供一种液晶拼接屏用支架,将单独的液晶屏前维护支架集中安装在所述液晶拼接屏用支架横梁上,同时采用转动机构,实现整个液晶拼接屏绕一根固定轴旋转,从而有效调整整个液晶拼接屏左右的观看角度,并且便于维护人员对液晶拼接屏后期的整体维护。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明公开了一种液晶拼接屏用支架,采用的技术方案是,包括左侧竖直固定柱、右侧竖直固定柱、固定圆环、横轴固定环、液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁、万向轮、定位螺母;所述左侧竖直固定柱和所述右侧竖直固定柱上下分别套装固定圆环,并与所述固定圆环螺纹连接,所述固定圆环与墙壁螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱和所述右侧竖直固定柱中间从上到下等间距分别套装所述横轴固定环,所述左侧竖直固定柱左右侧壁从上到下等距离开设圆环定位螺孔,所述定位螺母与所述左侧竖直固定柱通过所述圆环定位螺孔螺纹连接,所述横轴固定环侧壁固定焊接凸台,所述凸台与所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁左右两端间隙配合,并通过螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱和右侧竖直固定柱底端中心分别与所述万向轮螺纹连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述左侧竖直固定柱上下前侧壁分别对称开设上圆环固定螺孔和下圆环固定螺孔,所述左侧竖直固定柱底部开设万向轮安装螺孔。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述左侧竖直固定柱与所述右侧竖直固定柱结构相同。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述固定圆环包括底座,所述底座左右两侧分别对称开设固定孔,所述底座上表面中间焊接第一圆环,所述圆环侧壁中间开设圆环安装孔。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述凸台左侧壁焊接第二圆环,所述凸台上表面中间对称开设横梁固定孔。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁为方通,其左右两端上壁对称开设横梁安装孔,其上壁从左到右均匀开设液晶屏前维护支架安装螺孔。
本发明的有益效果:液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁与所述左右竖直固定柱转动连接,同时所述左右竖直固定柱底部固定连接万向轮,实现对整个液晶拼接屏的整体调整,同时,各部件之间相互独立,通过螺纹可实现快速拼接安装的,便于安装施工。

如图1至图5所示,示意图中所标注的上、下、左、右字样,均为便于指明方位,本发明所述的一种液晶拼接屏用支架,采用的技术方案是,包括左侧竖直固定柱1、右侧竖直固定柱2、固定圆环3、横轴固定环4、液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁5、万向轮6、定位螺母7;所述左侧竖直固定柱1和所述右侧竖直固定柱2上下分别套装固定圆环3,并与所述固定圆环3螺纹连接,所述固定圆环3与墙壁螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱1和所述右侧竖直固定柱2中间从上到下等间距分别套装所述横轴固定环4,所述左侧竖直固定柱1左右侧壁从上到下等距离开设圆环定位螺孔103,所述定位螺母7与所述左侧竖直固定柱1通过所述圆环定位螺孔103螺纹连接,所述横轴固定环4侧壁固定焊接凸台402,所述凸台402与所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁5左右两端间隙配合,并通过螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱1和右侧竖直固定柱2底端中心分别与所述万向轮6螺纹连接。
所述左侧竖直固定柱1上下前侧壁分别对称开设上圆环固定螺孔101和下圆环固定螺孔102,所述左侧竖直固定柱1底部开设万向轮安装螺孔104。
所述左侧竖直固定柱1与所述右侧竖直固定柱2结构相同。
所述固定圆环3包括底座303,所述底座303左右两侧分别对称开设固定孔304,所述底座303上表面中间焊接第一圆环301,所述圆环301侧壁中间开设圆环安装孔302。
所述凸台402左侧壁焊接第二圆环401,所述凸台402上表面中间对称开设横梁固定孔403。
所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁5为方通,其左右两端上壁对称开设横梁安装孔501,其上壁从左到右均匀开设液晶屏前维护支架安装螺孔502。
本发明的工作原理:进行液晶拼接屏安装时,首先将所述横轴固定环4按照所述圆环定位螺孔103的位置套装在所述左侧竖直固定柱1和所述右侧竖直固定柱2上,并将所述定位螺母7锁入所述圆环定位螺孔103中,起到定位的效果,然后将液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁5左右两端分别套装在左右所述横轴固定环4的凸台402上,并通过所述横梁安装孔501与所述横梁固定孔403螺纹连接,之后可将所述左侧竖直固定柱1通过所述固定圆环3与墙壁螺纹连接,所述所述左侧竖直固定柱1和右侧竖直固定柱2底部分别与所述万向轮7螺纹连接,所述万向轮7通过与地面接触起到支撑滑动的作用,然后将液晶拼接屏前维护支架和液晶屏一同安装通过所述液晶屏前维护支架安装螺孔502安装在所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁5上,待调整好相应的位置以及液晶屏后端电气走线后,可将推动所述右侧竖直固定柱2,直至其与墙壁接触,然后用所述固定圆环3将所述右侧竖直固定柱2上下通过螺母固定在墙壁上,从而起到整个液晶拼接屏的固定;如果需要调整真个液晶拼接屏的左右观看角度,可松开左侧或者右侧所述固定圆环3的螺母,推动所述左侧竖直固定柱1或者所述右侧竖直固定柱2即可实现真个对整个拼接屏幕的角度调整。

1.一种液晶拼接屏用支架,其特征在于:包括左侧竖直固定柱(1)、右侧竖直固定柱(2)、固定圆环(3)、横轴固定环(4)、液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁(5)、万向轮(6)、定位螺母(7);所述左侧竖直固定柱(1)和所述右侧竖直固定柱(2)上下分别套装固定圆环(3),并与所述固定圆环(3)螺纹连接,所述固定圆环(3)与墙壁螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱(1)和所述右侧竖直固定柱(2)中间从上到下等间距分别套装所述横轴固定环(4),所述左侧竖直固定柱(1)左右侧壁从上到下等距离开设圆环定位螺孔(103),所述定位螺母(7)与所述左侧竖直固定柱(1)通过所述圆环定位螺孔(103)螺纹连接,所述横轴固定环(4)侧壁固定焊接凸台(402),所述凸台(402)与所述液晶屏前维护支架固定横梁(5)左右两端间隙配合,并通过螺纹连接,所述左侧竖直固定柱(1)和右侧竖直固定柱(2)底端中心分别与所述万向轮(6)螺纹连接。
