Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a connecting tube 100 includes: a tube body 110 and at least two protrusions 120. At least two protrusions 120 are arranged in parallel on the outer wall surface of the pipe body 110 along the longitudinal direction of the pipe body 110, and two adjacent protrusions 120 are in contact with each other, and the protrusions 120 extend along the circumferential direction of the pipe body 110. The convex portion 120 closest to the orifice of the tube body 110 is adapted to interfere with the mounting surface 211 of the mounting groove 210. The projection 120 furthest from the mouth of the tube body 110 is adapted to interfere with the circlip 220.
In the above-mentioned connection pipe 100, when the pipe is connected, the pipe body 110 is inserted into the mounting groove 210 of the member 200, so that the convex portion 120 closest to the pipe orifice is abutted against the mounting surface 211 in the mounting groove 210; then, the clamp spring 220 is connected to the wall of the mounting groove 210, and the clamp spring 220 is in interference fit with the protrusion 120 farthest from the nozzle, so that the pipe body 110 and the member 200 are stably combined. The connecting pipe 100 is provided with at least two convex parts 120 on the outer wall surface, so that a metal joint does not need to be additionally arranged in the connecting process, and complex operations such as welding and the like do not need to be carried out, so that the pipe connection is convenient, the operation is simple, and the connecting cost is low. Because two adjacent convex parts 120 are arranged in a mutual contact manner, the convex parts 120 and the convex parts 120 support and lean against each other, so that the stress transmission is shared, the structural strength of the connecting pipe 100 is improved, and the safety and reliability of the connecting performance are effectively ensured. In addition, the convex part 120 of the present embodiment is disposed along the circumferential direction of the pipe body 110, i.e. has a ring structure, so that when the connecting pipe 100 and the component 200 are installed, the eccentric problem can be effectively prevented, and the connecting structure is more stable.
It should be noted that, the two adjacent convex portions 120 contacting each other should be understood as: when at least two projections 120 are juxtaposed on the pipe body 110, the adjacent two projections 120 are arranged close to each other, and a part of the two projections 120 is in a state of mutual contact. In order to facilitate understanding of the longitudinal direction of the tube main body 110 of the present embodiment, taking fig. 1 as an example, the longitudinal direction of the tube main body 110 is a direction indicated by any arrow S in fig. 1.
It should be noted that the size of the pipe body 110 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be determined according to actual pipe fittings. Such as: referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wall thickness h of the tube body 110 may be, but is not limited to, 0.5mm to 1.2 mm; the outer diameter D of the tube wall may be, but is not limited to, 12mm to 20 mm. Meanwhile, the member 200 may be various devices, and only needs to be connected to the connection pipe 100, for example: the component 200 may be, but is not limited to, a water pump or the like.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the at least two protrusions 120 are a first protrusion 121 and a second protrusion 122, respectively. The first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are disposed on the tube body 110 in a contact manner, the first protrusion 121 is configured to abut against the mounting surface 211, and the second protrusion 122 is configured to abut against the snap spring 220. That is, the first protrusion 121 is disposed closer to the orifice of the pipe body 110 than the second protrusion 122. When the pipe body 110 is inserted into the mounting groove 210, the first protrusion 121 abuts against the mounting surface 211, and the second protrusion 122 abuts against the snap spring 220. Therefore, the pipe body 110 is stably combined with the part 200 under the upper and lower limiting effects of the mounting surface 211 and the clamp spring 220, and the connection structure is more stable.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are attached to each other, so that the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are more fully contacted with each other, stable transmission of stress between the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion is ensured, and stability of a connection structure between the connection pipe and the component is further improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a side surface of the first protrusion 121 facing away from the second protrusion 122 is a first abutting surface 1213, and the first abutting surface 1213 is used for abutting against the mounting surface 211. Thus, the first protruding portion 121 abuts against the mounting surface 211 in a fitting manner by using the first abutting surface 1213, so as to ensure that the first protruding portion 121 abuts against the mounting surface 211 stably.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a side surface of the second protrusion 122 facing away from the first protrusion 121 is a second interference surface 1223, and the second interference surface 1223 is used for abutting against the circlip 220. Also, a side surface of the second protrusion 122 is designed as the second interference surface 1223, so that interference between the second protrusion 122 and the clip spring 220 is more stable.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a side surface of the first protrusion 121 facing away from the tube body 110 is a circular arc surface, that is, an outer side surface of the first protrusion 121 is a circular arc. Therefore, during the connection process, the interference between the first protrusion 121 and the inner structure of the mounting groove 210 can be effectively prevented, and the connection pipe 100 can be conveniently assembled and connected. Meanwhile, the outer side surface of the first protrusion 121 is rounded, so that the first protrusion 121 is prevented from being unstable due to stress concentration during integral molding.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a side of the second protrusion 122 facing away from the tube body 110 is a circular arc surface. Therefore, the interference between the second protrusion 122 and the inner structure of the mounting groove 210 can be effectively prevented, and the connection pipe 100 can be assembled and connected conveniently. Meanwhile, the outer side surface of the second protrusion 122 is rounded, so that the second protrusion 122 is prevented from being unstable due to stress concentration during integral molding.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are both formed by protruding the tube wall of the tube body 110 outward along the radial direction of the tube body 110, that is, the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are both integrally formed on the tube body 110. Therefore, the molding difficulty of the first convex part 121 and the second convex part 122 can be reduced, the structural strength of the first convex part 121 and the second convex part 122 can be ensured, and the stability of the whole structure can be improved.
Alternatively, the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 may be integrally formed on the tube body 110 in various manners, such as: the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 may be formed on the tube body 110 by injection molding, die casting, or the like; upsetting, stamping, extruding, etc. may also be used.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are formed on the pipe body 110 by upsetting.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the first protrusion 121 includes a first convex section 1211 and a second convex section 1212 connected to each other. The first protruding section 1211 and the second protruding section 1212 are both formed by protruding the tube wall of the tube body 110 and are attached to each other, that is, the formed first protruding portion 121 is a solid structure, and a corresponding groove structure is not formed on the inner wall of the tube body 110. Therefore, the first protruding section 1211 and the second protruding section 1212 are attached to each other, so that the overall structural strength of the first protruding portion 121 is effectively enhanced, and the first protruding portion 121 is prevented from being easily deformed due to stress, thereby affecting the stability of the connection structure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the second protrusion 122 includes a third protruding section 1221 and a fourth protruding section 1222 connected to each other. The third protruding section 1221 and the fourth protruding section 1222 are both formed by protrusions protruding from the wall of the tube body 110, and are attached to each other. Likewise, the second protrusion 122 is formed as a solid structure without forming a corresponding groove structure on the inner wall of the pipe body 110. Effectively strengthen the overall structure intensity of second convex part 122 like this, avoid leading to second convex part 122 easily to take place deformation because of the atress to influence connection structure's stability.
Specifically, the height formed by overlapping the first protruding section 1211, the second protruding section 1212, the third protruding section 1221 and the fourth protruding section 1222 and the distance from the snap spring 220 to the mounting surface 211 are such that the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are just abutted and limited between the snap spring 220 and the mounting surface 211, thereby ensuring that the connecting pipe 100 and the component 200 are stably combined. In addition, when the protrusions 120 are integrally formed by the upsetting process, the thicknesses of the first protruding section 1211, the second protruding section 1212, the third protruding section 1221 and the fourth protruding section 1222 are all the wall thickness of the pipe body 110, that is, the thickness formed by the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 being attached to each other is equal to the wall thickness of the four-layer pipe body 110.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a connection structure between a connection pipe and a component includes a component 200, a clamp spring 220 and the connection pipe 100 of any one of the above, a mounting groove 210 is formed on the component 200, a mounting surface 211 is formed on a wall of the mounting groove 210, the pipe body 110 is inserted into the mounting groove 210, a convex portion 120 closest to a nozzle of the pipe body 110 abuts against the mounting surface 211 of the mounting groove 210, and the clamp spring 220 is disposed on a wall of the mounting groove 210 and abuts against the convex portion 120 farthest from the nozzle of the pipe body 110.
The connecting structure between the connecting pipe and the component adopts the connecting pipe 100, when the pipeline is connected, the pipe body 110 is inserted into the mounting groove 210 on the component 200, so that the convex part 120 closest to the pipe orifice is abutted against the mounting surface 211 in the mounting groove 210; then, the clamp spring 220 is connected to the wall of the mounting groove 210, and the clamp spring 220 is in interference fit with the protrusion 120 farthest from the nozzle, so that the pipe body 110 and the member 200 are stably combined.
Alternatively, the connection manner of the snap spring 220 on the groove wall of the mounting groove 210 may be snap, bolt, rivet, pin, etc.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the clamp spring 220 is connected to the groove wall of the mounting groove 210 in a snap-fit manner.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the connection structure between the connection pipe and the component further includes a sealing ring 230. The sealing ring 230 is sleeved on the pipe body 110 and is in sealing fit with the groove wall of the mounting groove 210, so as to effectively improve the sealing performance between the connecting pipe 100 and the component 200 and prevent the leakage at the connecting structure.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 10, a process for forming a connecting tube includes the following steps:
s100, placing the pipe body 110 in a groove of the lower die 320, and extending one end of the pipe body 110 out of the lower die 320 by a first preset distance;
s200, driving the upper die 310 to be closed on the lower die 320 to lock the pipe body 110;
s300, driving the upset head 350 to move towards the pipe body 110, inserting the pipe body 110 into a second preset distance between the outer sleeve 352 of the upset head 350 and the inner core 351 of the upset head 350, and enabling the pipe orifice end of the pipe body 110 to abut against the outer sleeve 352 or the inner core 351;
s400, pushing the upset head 350 according to preset operation parameters to enable the outer side wall of the pipe body 110 to be bulged to form at least two convex parts 120 which are in contact with each other;
s500, the back-off punch 350 and the upper die 310, and the pipe body 110 is taken out.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in the forming process, the pipe body 110 is placed in the groove of the lower mold 320 and extends out of the lower mold 320 by a first preset distance; next, the mold is closed so that the pipe body 110 is clamped between the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320; then, the upset 350 is driven, so that the pipe body 110 is inserted between the outer sleeve 352 of the upset 350 and the inner core 351 of the upset 350 to a second preset distance, and the pipe orifice end of the pipe body 110 abuts against the upset 350 (either against the outer sleeve 352 or against the inner core 351); the upset 350 is pushed on to squeeze the pipe body 110 according to the predetermined operating parameters, such that at least two protrusions 120 are protruded from the pipe body 110, which are in contact with each other. Since the connection pipe 100 is formed to have at least two protrusions 120, there is no need to provide a metal joint and to perform a complicated operation such as welding. Therefore, the connecting pipe forming process can effectively change the pipeline connecting mode, so that the connecting pipe forming process is simple and convenient and has low connecting cost.
It should be noted that, in order to lock the pipe body 110, the upper mold 310 and/or the lower mold 320 may be subjected to an anti-slip treatment, such as: the inner surface of the upper die 310 and/or the lower die 320 is processed into anti-skid grains.
It should be further noted that, during the forming process, the apparatus used in this embodiment is an upsetting apparatus 300, and the upsetting apparatus 300 includes an upper die 310, a lower die 320, an upsetting head 350, a first driver 330, and a second driver 340. The upper die 310 is in driving engagement with the first driver 330 and the upset 350 is in driving engagement with the second driver 340. Additionally, the upset 350 includes an inner core 351 and an outer sleeve 352 that fits over the inner core 351. An insertion groove 353 into which the tube body 110 is inserted is formed between the inner core 351 and the outer sheath 352. The depth of the insertion groove 353 may be understood as a second predetermined distance (of course, when the tube body 110 is inserted between the outer sheath 352 and the inner core 351, the overlapped portion between the tube body 110 and the outer sheath 352 may be understood as the second predetermined distance). To facilitate understanding of the first predetermined distance and the second predetermined distance, taking fig. 6 and 9 as an example, the first predetermined distance is L in fig. 61The distance represented; the second predetermined distance is L in FIG. 92The indicated distance. Wherein, in order to insert the tube body 110 between the outer sleeve 352 and the inner core 351, the outer diameter D of the insertion groove 353 can be set2The design is 18.21 mm; inner diameter D of the insertion groove 3531The design is 16.2mm (slot 353 now has a circular ring configuration).
In addition, when the pipe body 110 is inserted between the outer jacket 352 and the inner core 351, the pipe orifice end thereof may interfere with the outer jacket 352, such as: the outer sleeve 352 has a boss structure for the tube body 110 to abut against. Of course, may also interfere with the inner core 351, such as: the outer sleeve 352 has a boss structure for the tube body 110 to abut against.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, an inner side of the outer sleeve 352 facing the inner core 351 is provided with an interference boss 354. When the tube body 110 is inserted between the outer sleeve 352 and the inner core 351 (i.e., into the slot 353), the tube opening end of the tube body 110 abuts againstAgainst the bosses 354. In addition, the inner core 351 extends out of the outer sleeve 352, and the distance L between one end of the inner core 351 and the interference boss 3543Is 17.5 mm. Of course, the overall length L of the inner core 3514Can be designed to be 22.5 mm.
Further, referring to fig. 9, one end of the insertion groove 353 is flared, that is, the diameter of an inner wall of the insertion groove 353 close to the outer casing 352 is gradually reduced from one end of the insertion groove 353 away from the interference boss 354 along a direction approaching to the interference boss 354, so as to form a flared structure at one end of the insertion groove 353.
Alternatively, the first actuator 330 and the second actuator 340 may be a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or the like. Meanwhile, the tube body 110 may be, but not limited to, a brass tube.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first predetermined distance is 24mm to 28mm, which is a parameter for reasonably controlling the extending distance of the pipe body 110, so that the pipe body 110 can be extruded by the upset head 350 to protrude at least two protrusions 120.
Specifically, the first preset distance is 26 mm. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the second predetermined distance is 7mm to 11 mm. In the present embodiment, the second predetermined distance is 9 mm.
In one embodiment, the preset operating parameters include at least: the pressure for pushing the upset head 350 is 60kgf/cm2~80kgf/cm2The running speed of the heading 350 is 50 mm/s-100 mm/s.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, before the step of driving the upset head 350 to move toward the pipe body 110 in S300, the method further includes:
and S310, ensuring that the upset head 350 and the pipe body 110 are in the same horizontal direction, and arranging the upset head 350 and the pipe body 110 concentrically. In this manner, accurate insertion of the inner core 351 of the upset 350 into the pipe body 110 is facilitated.
