Example 6
In the embodiment, a proteolysis test is also carried out when fresh chicken manure and soybean meal are uniformly mixed and crushed according to a weight ratio of 96:4, and are respectively mixed with sulfuric acid with the concentration of 50%, 60% and 70% and hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 24%, 30% and 36%, and then the mixture is heated to 115-125 ℃ for 6 hours. Research shows that after the protein is mixed with sulfuric acid with the concentration of 50%, 60% and 70%, the protein hydrolysis rate is 45.7%, 73.5% and 57.4% respectively; after mixing with 24%, 30%, 36% and 42% hydrochloric acid, the protein hydrolysis rates were 42.5%, 48.9%, 68.7% and 52.1%, respectively, thus showing that the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid concentrations suitable for the protein hydrolysis of the fresh chicken manure and soybean meal mixture were 60% and 36%, respectively.
According to the acidification degradation way provided by the invention, after 6 hours of acidification degradation, antibiotic substances such as tetracyclines, quinolones, sulfonamides and the like are not detected in the product (the detection result is shown in table 1).

The organic liquid fertilizer produced by using the chicken manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of chicken manure source amino acid liquid, 15 parts of Chinese herbal medicine enzyme stock solution, 2 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2 parts of sorbitol, 5 parts of zinc sulfate, 7 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 1 part of boric acid, 1 part of ferrous sulfate, 1 part of copper sulfate and 1 part of manganese sulfate.

The organic liquid fertilizer produced by using the chicken manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of chicken manure source amino acid liquid, 10 parts of Chinese herbal medicine enzyme stock solution, 1 part of chitosan oligosaccharide, 1 part of sorbitol, 5 parts of zinc sulfate, 7 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 2 parts of boric acid, 2 parts of ferrous sulfate, 1 part of copper sulfate and 1 part of manganese sulfate.

The organic liquid fertilizer produced by using the chicken manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 68 parts of chicken manure source amino acid liquid, 13 parts of Chinese herbal medicine enzyme stock solution, 0.5 part of chitosan oligosaccharide, 1 part of sorbitol, 5 parts of zinc sulfate, 6 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 2 parts of boric acid, 2 parts of ferrous sulfate, 2 parts of copper sulfate and 0.5 part of manganese sulfate.

The organic liquid fertilizer produced by using the chicken manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 69 parts of chicken manure source amino acid liquid, 15 parts of Chinese herbal medicine enzyme stock solution, 1.5 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2 parts of sorbitol, 3 parts of zinc sulfate, 5 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 1 part of boric acid, 1 part of ferrous sulfate, 2 parts of copper sulfate and 0.5 part of manganese sulfate.
