一种羊胎素冻干粉制备方法，包括以下的步骤：(1)准备新鲜羊胎盘进行初步处理，用纯净水浸泡2小时后换水清洗，将其表面杂质血渍清洗干净；(2)将清洗后的新鲜羊胎盘放入低温环境冷藏1～2小时，环境温度控制在0～7℃；(3)冷藏后的羊胎盘维持低温环境下进行粉碎，粉碎后获得粗粉，然后将粉碎后的粗粉放置在‑15～‑5℃环境中冷冻2小时；(4)将冷冻后的羊胎盘粗粉取出进行超微粉碎，将其与蒸馏水混合搅匀后过滤取得滤液；(5)用超滤机对滤液进行超滤；收集分子量1500以下超滤液；(6)将最终取得的滤液灌装后进行冻干，最终得到羊胎素动干粉。

背景技术
冻干粉是在真空条件下经超低温冷冻工艺将药液冷冻成固态的无菌粉，具有美容修复作用，是近年来逐渐发展的护肤产品。冻干粉的制备是将被干燥的物质在低温下快速冻结，然后在适当的真空环境，使冻结的水分子直接升华成为水蒸气逸出的过程。冷冻干燥得到的产物称作冻干物，该过程称作冻干。物质在干燥前始终处于低温冻结状态，同时冰晶均匀分布于物质中，升华过程不会因脱水而发生浓缩现象，避免了由水蒸气产生泡沫、氧化等副作用。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种羊胎素冻干粉制备方法，以克服现有技术中的不足；
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提出以下技术方案：
一种羊胎素冻干粉制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下的步骤：
(7)准备新鲜羊胎盘进行初步处理，用纯净水浸泡2小时后换水清洗，将其表面杂质血渍清洗干净；
(8)将清洗后的新鲜羊胎盘放入低温环境冷藏1～2小时，环境温度控制在0～7℃；
(9)冷藏后的羊胎盘维持低温环境下进行粉碎，粉碎后获得粗粉，然后将粉碎后的粗粉放置在-15～-5℃环境中冷冻2小时；
(10)将冷冻后的羊胎盘粗粉取出进行超微粉碎，将其与蒸馏水混合搅匀后过滤取得滤液；
(11)用超滤机对滤液进行超滤；收集分子量1500以下超滤液；
(12)将最终取得的滤液灌装后进行冻干，最终得到羊胎素动干粉；

(18)将最终取得的滤液灌装后进行冻干，最终得到羊胎素动干粉。
