Abstract
The invention relates to a steel template device for a pier stud and a construction method thereof, wherein the device comprises: a pair of first formworks which are vertically arranged oppositely; the first template and the second template are connected through an angle template so as to form a pouring space for pouring concrete in a surrounding manner; splicing the fine adjustment template connected between the second template and the corner template in a detachable mode; the first back edge is transversely arranged on the outer side of the first template; the second back edge is transversely arranged on the outer side of the second template; and the end parts of the first back edge and the second back edge are obliquely pulled and connected to realize the fixed connection by the oppositely-pulling structure. According to the invention, the fine adjustment template is spliced at the joint of the first template and the second template to increase the size of the pouring space formed by enclosing, so that the method is suitable for pouring the pier stud with another size, the application range is wide, and the problems that the cost for customizing the steel templates with two sizes is high, and the adjustment cannot be carried out for use in a turnover manner are solved.

Straddle type monorail traffic engineering adopts a simple support variable continuous structure, wherein pier studs generally have two types of sizes of 2000 x 2500mm and 2000 x 2600 mm. In the prior art, the pier columns with two sizes are generally poured by steel templates with two sizes respectively. After the pier stud is cast by using the steel formwork of one size, the steel formwork of another size needs to be customized again. The steel form of two kinds of sizes of customization is with high costs, and the steel form size can't be adjusted, can't have enough to meet the need the use, is not conform to the requirement of the high-efficient economy of construction.

providing a second panel, facing one side of the second panel towards the casting space;
providing a second vertical rib, and vertically sticking the second vertical rib to the other side of the second panel;
and providing a second transverse rib, and transversely attaching the second transverse rib to the other side of the second panel.
The construction method of the steel formwork device for the pier stud of the present invention is further improved in that a counter-pulling structure is provided, which comprises:
providing a first pull rod seat arranged on the first back ridge;
providing a second pull rod seat which is arranged on the second back ridge;
and providing a counter pull rod, obliquely penetrating the counter pull rod through the end part of the first back ridge, the end part of the second back ridge, the first pull rod seat and the second pull rod seat, and fixedly connecting the end parts of the counter pull rod through nuts.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 2, there is shown a schematic view of a steel form assembly for pier stud according to the present invention. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the steel form assembly for pier stud according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the steel form assembly for a pier stud according to the present invention comprises:
a pair of first formworks 10 disposed vertically opposite to each other;
a pair of second formworks 20 which are transversely arranged oppositely, wherein the second formworks 20 are vertical to the first formworks 10, and the first formworks 10 and the second formworks 20 are connected through angle formworks 30 so as to form a pouring space for pouring concrete;
a trimming template 40 detachably connected between the second template 20 and the corner template 30;
a first back ridge 50 transversely arranged on the outer side of the first template 10;
a second back edge 51 transversely arranged on the outer side of the second template 20; and
the opposite-pulling structure 60 obliquely pulls the end parts of the first back edge 50 and the second back edge 51 to realize the fixed connection.
Under the condition that the sizes of the first template 10 and the second template 20 are fixed, the fine adjustment template 40 is spliced at the joint of the first template 10 and the second template 20 to increase the size of a pouring space formed by enclosing, so that the pier stud with the other size can be poured, the application range is wide, and the problems that the cost for customizing the steel templates with the two sizes is high and the adjustment cannot be carried out for use in a turnover mode in the prior art can be solved. When the pier columns with different sizes are cast and constructed, the template is prevented from being reconfigured, the purchase cost for customizing the steel template again due to the difference of the sizes by 100mm is saved, the cost is low, and the efficiency is high.

Fig. 5 is a front view of a fine-tuning template of the steel template device for pier stud according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the trimming template 40 includes: a fine adjustment panel 41 with one side facing the casting space; and the first connecting plate 42 and the second connecting plate 43 are vertically fixed on the fine adjustment panel 41, the first connecting plate 42 is attached to the end part of the second template 20, the second connecting plate 43 is attached to the end part of the angle template 30, and the end parts of the second template 20, the first connecting plate 42, the second connecting plate 43 and the angle template 30 are penetrated through by bolts 44 to realize the fixed connection.
In the present embodiment, trim panel 41, first tab 42 and second tab 43 are adapted in length to one another. The width of the trimming panel 41 of the trimming template 40 is determined according to actual needs.
The first connecting plate 42 and the second connecting plate 43 are provided with through holes, and the through holes are penetrated through by bolts 44 to be fixedly connected with the end parts of the end part angle templates 30 of the second templates 20, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and the turnover use can be realized.
