a horizontal plate 12 is arranged in the separation area, the horizontal plate 12 is positioned below a water inlet of the oil-water separation tank 9, a second partition plate 13 is arranged on one side of the horizontal plate 12, an inclined plate 14 is arranged below the horizontal plate 12, one side of the inclined plate 14 is connected to one side wall of the second partition plate 13, and under the cooperation of the horizontal plate 12, the inclined plate 14 and the second partition plate 13, a vortex is formed, impurities sink into the lower part, so that the particle size of oil droplets can be increased, the retention time is reduced, and a better separation effect can be achieved; a second opening 15 is formed in the plate body of the second partition plate 13 below the inclined plate 14, a plurality of inverted-L-shaped baffle plates 16 are arranged in the partition area on the other side of the second partition plate 13, and the highest part of the baffle plate 16 on the highest side is higher than the height of the second opening 15.
In this embodiment, the number of the baffle plates 16 is 3, and the heights of the baffle plates 16 are sequentially reduced from left to right, a gap exists between the lower parts of the two baffle plates 16 on the left side and the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 9, the lower part of the third baffle plate 16 is connected with the oil-water separation tank 9, so that a specific gravity type separation structure is formed under the action of the three baffle plates 16, grease is located above the transverse plate of the baffle plate 16, waste water is located below the transverse plate, and the waste water enters the clarification area through the first opening 11.
Further, the oil-water separation tank 9 is provided with an oil suction device 17 for sucking and separating oil and collecting and storing the separated oil, and the oil in the separation area is sucked and collected through the oil suction device 17.
Further, a water outlet 18 communicated with the clarification area is arranged on the oil-water separation tank 9, the water outlet 18 is connected with a wastewater treatment unit through a pipeline, and wastewater is sent into the wastewater treatment unit for purification treatment.
Furthermore, a silt collecting area is arranged below the inclined plate 14, a drain pipe 19 is arranged on the oil-water separation tank 9, and one end of the drain pipe 19 extends into the silt collecting area; the blow-off pipe 19 sucks out impurities accumulated at the bottom of the separation area and discharges the impurities into the wastewater treatment unit for treatment.

the oil-water separation unit: separating the liquid into wastewater and grease, and discharging the separated wastewater into a wastewater treatment unit;
the solid processing unit: the device is used for degrading the solid;
the wastewater treatment unit: the device is used for purifying the wastewater generated by the oil-water separation unit and the solid treatment unit;
the waste gas treatment unit: the device is used for collecting and purifying the wastewater generated by the wastewater treatment unit and the solid treatment unit.

The kitchen waste disposal apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the feeding sorting unit comprises a feeding hopper (2) arranged on the outer wall of the case (1), a feeding pipe (3) is connected below the feeding hopper (2), a pair of packing augers (4) are arranged in the feeding pipe (3), and the feeding pipe (3) is communicated with the crushing unit;
