poultry gizzards and esophagus to be processed enter the conveying screw group 21 from the conveying belt and fall down step by step until the poultry gizzards and esophagus fall into the placing assembly 223 of the automatic material distributing group 22, the rodless cylinder 222 drives the placing assembly 223 to approach the chain conveying unit 1 on one side, and meanwhile, the other placing assembly 223 moves to the conveying screw group 21 and is connected with the next poultry gizzard and esophagus; the poultry gizzards and the esophagus are driven by the placing assembly 223 to move to a position between two placing rods 13 of a cutting working section below the chain conveying unit 1, at the moment, the packing plate 33 and the push plate 322 of the cutting unit 3 are in an opening and closing state, the to-be-placed assembly 223 is unfolded towards two sides under the action of the clamping assembly, the poultry gizzards fall into the position between the two placing rods 13 below, the esophagus falls into a position between the packing plate 33 and the push plate 322 along the position between the two placing rods 13, then the packing plate 33 and the push plate 322 are folded, the protective plate 341 of the protective assembly advances to the front part of the circular cutter 321, at the moment, the two placing rods 13 drive the poultry gizzards to move towards the oil scraping unit 4, the circular cutter 321 cuts the esophagus, and the opened esophagus is attached to the outer edge of the protective plate 341 and leaves the cutting unit; then, the poultry gizzards rise to the upper end of the oil scraping unit 4, the two oil scraping plates 42 clamp the esophagus part, the two placing rods 13 carry the poultry gizzards to move upwards, and the closed oil scraping plates 42 scrape object residues in the food tubes; then, the two placing rods 13 with the poultry gizzards are turned to enter the cutting working section again, when the esophagus part passes through the cutting unit 5, the esophagus part is cut by the cutting unit 5, the esophagus falls into the esophagus collecting box below, and only the remaining poultry gizzards are clamped by the two placing rods 13 to move forwards continuously; treat that the poultry gizzard removes to fixed subassembly 11 of short chain and the fixed 12 isolated position of subassembly of long chain, be located on the fixed subassembly 12 of long chain place pole 13 and the fixed subassembly 11 of short chain place pole 13 along different route return, both separately, the poultry gizzard that falls into the below forward in the poultry gizzard collection box. The placing rod 13 on the short chain fixing component 11 passes through the return section and then continues to participate in the next cutting action, and the placing rod 13 on the long chain fixing component 12 passes through the return section with a longer path and then is close to the placing rod 13 behind the short chain fixing component 11 to form a group to move together above the cutting unit 3, so that the new round of conveying action is started.

the chain transmission unit (1) comprises a short chain fixing component (11) and a long chain fixing component (12) which are parallel to each other, the short chain fixing component (11) and the long chain fixing component (12) comprise chains, chain wheels and fixing plates, the fixing plate is arranged on the frame (6), the chain length of the short chain fixing component (11) is shorter than that of the long chain fixing component (12), at least four chain wheels are arranged in the two chains to divide the chains into at least four working sections, the short chain fixing component (11) and the long chain fixing component (12) are partially overlapped in track, a plurality of placing rods (13) are vertically arranged on the chain and rotate along with the chain, when the placing rods (13) on the long chain fixing component (12) pass through a chain overlapping section of the short chain fixing component (11), the short chain fixing component (11) is adjacent to the placing rod (13) without interference and rotates at the same speed;
the feeding unit (2) is fixed on the frame (6), the tail end of the feeding unit is positioned above a chain below the short chain fixing assembly (11), the cutting unit (3) is fixed below the short chain fixing assembly (11) through a support, an esophagus transmitted by the feeding unit (2) can fall between the short chain fixing assembly (11) above the cutting unit (3) and two placing rods (13) of the long chain fixing assembly (12), and the cutting unit (3) can cut off the esophagus part hung between the two placing rods (13);
the oil scraping unit (4) is located at a working section behind the cutting unit (3) and at least separated from the cutting unit (3) by one chain wheel, and the oil scraping unit (4) can scrape residue in food tubes cut by the cutting unit (3).

The automatic poultry esophagus processing equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a cutting unit (5), wherein the cutting unit (5) is positioned at a working section behind the oil scraping unit (4) and is separated from the oil scraping unit (4) by at least one chain wheel, and the cutting unit (5) can cut off the esophagus.
3. An automatic poultry oesophagus processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said short chain fixing assembly (11) and long chain fixing assembly (12) are used vertically.
4. An automatic poultry oesophagus processing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the chains of said short chain fixing assembly (11) enclose a right trapezoid shape, the hypotenuse being located below and inclined upwards.

An automatic poultry oesophagus processing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the shape of the chain of said long chain fixing assembly (12) extends beyond the shape of the right trapezoid chain covering the short chain fixing assembly (11) by a return section along one of its cathetus and hypotenuse.

An automatic poultry oesophagus processing apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein said short chain fixing assembly (11) and long chain fixing assembly (12) comprise at least a lower cutting working section, a lateral oil scraping working section, an upper cutting working section and a lateral return working section in the direction of chain rotation, with at least one sprocket between adjacent working sections.

The poultry esophagus automatic processing equipment according to claim 6, wherein the oil scraping unit (4) is positioned below the lateral oil scraping working section and comprises two oppositely-arranged oil scraping plates (42), the opening and closing of the oil scraping plates (42) are controlled by a power unit, and the contact center of the oil scraping plates (42) is positioned in a vertical plane passing through the centers of two adjacent placing rods (13) of the oil scraping unit (4).

An automatic poultry oesophagus processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein said severing unit (5) is located above the upper severing work section and comprises a cutting knife controlled by a power unit, the height of said cutting knife being lower than the height of two adjacent resting bars (13) passing through the severing unit (5).
9. The automatic poultry esophagus processing device according to claim 1, wherein the chain conveying units (1) comprise two groups, which are respectively positioned at two sides of the feeding unit (2).

The poultry esophagus automatic processing equipment according to claim 9, wherein the feeding unit (2) comprises a conveying group and an automatic material distributing group (22), the automatic material distributing group (22) is positioned at the tail end of the conveying group, the automatic material distributing group (22) comprises a translation part and a placing part, the translation part drives the placing part to move along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the chain fixing components, the placing part comprises two placing components (223), and the two placing components (223) can respectively move above the cutting units at the lower parts of the two groups of chain conveying units (1) and below the conveying group under the driving of the translation part.
