Working principle: when the skin flap is required to be pulled, the clamping plate 212 is firstly contacted with the bed plate, the sliding block 207 is used for sliding in the first sliding groove 206 to adjust the skin flap to a proper position, then the adjusting plate 208 is contacted with the other end of the bed plate through the rotation of the adjusting bolt 209 to fix the whole device, meanwhile, the shock absorption plate 211 can reduce the shock brought by the bed plate, the rubber pad 210 can firmly fix the device on the bed plate and simultaneously play a role of reducing the shock, when the skin flap is pulled, the first sliding block 106 is displaced through the rotation of the first lead screw 105, the bottom of the fixing plate 107 is separated from the pulling plate 104, the skin flap is clamped, then the first lead screw 105 is reversely rotated, the first sliding block 106 returns to the original displacement, the bottom of the fixing plate 107 is contacted with the pulling plate 104, the skin flap is clamped, meanwhile, in order to prevent the clamping loosening, the anti-slip pad 109 is arranged to prevent the first sliding block 106 from falling off, meanwhile, the compression spring 110 can play a further fixing role on the first sliding block 106, after the skin flap is pulled, in order to prevent the wound from expanding, the skin flap is fixed through the fastening bolt 112 after being adjusted to a proper position, then the rotating rod 115 on the sliding plate 114 is rotated, the rotating rod 115 drives the gear rod 116 to rotate, the toothed plate 118 is meshed with the gear rod 116, when the gear rod 116 rotates, the first pressing plate 119 is driven to move downwards, the second pressing plate 121 contacts with the rear end of the pulling skin flap and plays a fixing role on the skin at the position, so as to prevent the wound from expanding, the decompression spring 120 can enable the second pressing plate 121 to be suitable for fixing at different positions, in order to facilitate illumination of the device, can directly extract light 301 by the inside of solid fixed ring 101, the effect at stereoplasm hose 303 can be fixed light 301 in a certain position, and miniature fan 305 can prevent that the heat of light 301 from causing the injury to the patient, in order to be convenient for medical personnel from sewing up to the wound, adjust the position through sliding second slider 403, then through rotating second lead screw 406, make connecting block 407 shift downwards, make splint 408 and push pedal 410 contact, at this moment will enter into splint 408 and the inside skin of push pedal 410 through rotating fixing bolt 409 and carry out the centre gripping, then adjust the position of connecting plate 405, make skin flap direct contact, the medical personnel of being convenient for sew up.
