The invention incinerates the solid garbage through the incineration box (5), thereby reducing the environmental pollution caused by garbage incineration; a pretreatment tank (1) is arranged before incineration, and a solid garbage pretreatment process is carried out, so that garbage is incinerated more completely; a heat insulation layer (19) is arranged outside the incineration device, so that the influence of high temperature on the outside caused by incineration is avoided; the device still is equipped with exhaust gas filtering mechanism (6), can purify the toxic gas who produces after burning, until reaching emission standard, has avoided the pollution to the air, and device overall structure is simple, and the practicality is strong, can realize the maximize to solid refuse treatment.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a solid waste treatment apparatus and a treatment method thereof, comprising a pretreatment tank, a first conveyor belt, a second conveyor belt, a crusher, an incineration tank, a waste gas filtering mechanism, a dust treatment mechanism and an exhaust pipe; the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt penetrate through the pretreatment box; the first conveyor belt is arranged right above a feed inlet of the crusher; the second conveyor belt is arranged right below the discharge port of the grinding rolls; the tail end of the second conveyor belt is arranged at the feeding end of the incineration box; an exhaust hole connected with an exhaust pipe is formed in the upper end of the side box wall at the feeding end of the incineration box; the exhaust pipe is connected with the waste gas filtering mechanism; the lower end of the side box wall of the feeding end of the incineration box is connected with a dust treatment mechanism.
Preferably, the exhaust gas filtering mechanism comprises a smoke exhaust machine and a filtering box; the smoke extractor is connected with the filter box through a pipeline.
Preferably, the filter box comprises a solid filter device and a liquid filter device.
Preferably, the dust handling mechanism includes a dust blower and a dust collection bin.
Preferably, an automatic iron removing mechanism is arranged on the second conveyor belt; the automatic iron removing mechanism comprises a metal detector, an iron absorbing device and a scrap iron collecting box.
Preferably, an incineration supporting plate is arranged in the incineration box; one end of the incineration supporting plate is fixedly connected, and the other end of the incineration supporting plate is rotatably connected.
Preferably, the incineration supporting plate is provided with a plurality of small air holes.

s6, after the garbage is incinerated, rotating one end of the incineration supporting plate, placing the incinerated dust at the bottom of the incinerator, starting a dust fan, and collecting the dust to a dust collecting box;
s7, the incineration product is completely treated and incinerated.

In the present embodiment, the first conveyor belt 2 and the second conveyor belt 3 are penetratingly disposed inside the pretreatment tank 1; the first conveyor belt 2 is arranged right above a feed inlet of the crusher 4; the second conveyor belt 3 is arranged right below a discharge port of the grinding rolls 4; the tail end of the second conveyor belt 3 is arranged at the feeding end of the incineration box 5; the upper end of the side box wall at the feeding end of the incineration box 5 is provided with an exhaust hole connected with an exhaust pipe 8; the exhaust pipe 8 is connected with the waste gas filtering mechanism 6; the feeding end of the incineration box 5 is connected with the lower end of the side box wall by a dust treatment mechanism 7.
In the embodiment, the exhaust gas filtering mechanism 6 comprises a smoke extractor 9 and a filtering box 10, the smoke extractor 9 is connected with the filtering box 10 through a pipeline, and toxic gas generated in the incineration process can be conveyed to the filtering box 10 through the pipeline for filtering; the filter box 10 contains a solid filter device 11 and a liquid filter device 12, and the toxic gas is filtered for the first time through liquid filtration and then filtered for the second time through solid filtration, so that the toxic gas is fully purified.
In this embodiment, the dust disposal mechanism 7 includes a dust fan 13 and a dust collection box 14, and the incinerated dust is discharged to the bottom of the incineration box 5, and the dust fan 13 is started to collect the dust into the dust collection box 14

Claims (9)
1. The solid waste treatment device is characterized by comprising a pretreatment box (1), a first conveyor belt (2), a second conveyor belt (3), a grinding mill (4), an incineration box (5), a waste gas filtering mechanism (6), a dust treatment mechanism (7) and an exhaust pipe (8); the first conveying belt (2) and the second conveying belt (3) penetrate through the pretreatment box (1); the first conveyor belt (2) is arranged right above a feed inlet of the crusher (4); the second conveyor belt (3) is arranged right below a discharge port of the grinding rolls (4); the tail end of the second conveyor belt (3) is arranged at the feeding end of the incineration box (5); the upper end of the side box wall at the feed end of the incineration box (5) is provided with an exhaust hole connected with an exhaust pipe (8); the exhaust pipe (8) is connected with the waste gas filtering mechanism (6); the feeding end of the incineration box (5) is connected with the lower end of the side box wall by a dust treatment mechanism (7).
2. A solid waste treatment apparatus and method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said exhaust gas filtering means (6) comprises a smoke exhaust machine (9) and a filtering tank (10); the smoke extractor (9) is connected with the filter box (10) through a pipeline.
3. A solid waste treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said filter box (10) contains solid filter means (11) and liquid filter means (12).
4. A solid waste disposal device as claimed in claim 1 wherein said dust disposal means (7) comprises a dust blower (13) and a dust collection bin (14).
5. The solid waste treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second conveyor belt (3) is provided with an automatic iron removing mechanism; the automatic iron removing mechanism comprises a metal detector (15), an iron absorbing device (16) and a scrap iron collecting box (17).
6. The solid waste treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an incineration support plate (18) is provided in the incineration tank (5); one end of the incineration supporting plate (18) is fixedly connected, and the other end of the incineration supporting plate is rotatably connected.
7. A solid waste treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein said incineration support plate (18) is provided with a plurality of small ventilation holes.
8. The solid waste treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an insulating layer (19) is provided outside the incineration tank (5); the heat insulation material of the heat insulation layer (19) is asbestos cloth.
9. A solid waste treatment method using the solid waste treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, placing the solid garbage into a first conveyor belt (2);
s2, conveying the solid garbage to a grinding mill (4), pretreating the solid garbage, and placing the pretreated garbage on a second conveyor belt (3);
s3, transporting the pretreated garbage through a second conveyor belt (3), sorting out metal substances in the garbage through a metal detector (15) and an iron absorption device (16) on the second conveyor belt (3), placing the garbage in a scrap iron collection box (17), and enabling the sorted garbage to enter an incineration box (5);
s4, transporting the garbage to an incineration supporting plate (18) in an incineration box (5) for incineration of the garbage;
s5, starting a smoke extractor (9) in the garbage incineration process, conveying toxic gas generated by incineration to a waste gas filter box (10) through a pipeline, and then discharging the filtered non-toxic gas;
s6, after the garbage is incinerated, one end of an incineration support plate (18) rotates, incinerated dust is placed at the bottom of the incineration box (5), a dust fan (13) is started, and the dust is collected to a dust collection box (14);
s7, the incineration product is completely treated and incinerated.
