Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of eczema patches, in particular to a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application. The selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that tea seeds are mixed with plants with higher selenium content, such as kudzuvine root powder, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, so that the selenium content of the prepared tea oil is greatly increased, the selenium-rich tea oil has the effect of protecting the skin, and the selenium-rich tea oil has the effects of preventing and resisting cancers, the added antibacterial agent is favorable for improving the antibacterial effect of the patch, boric acid added into the wormwood antibacterial agent can play a role in relieving itching and disinfecting, the bactericidal effect of wormwood is increased, the added aloe essence not only has the effect of protecting the skin, but also can diminish inflammation and relieve itching of the eczema skin, the moisture of the skin is increased, and the effect of accelerating the treatment is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eczema patches, in particular to a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application.
Background
Eczema dermatitis is a common and frequently-occurring skin disease, the pathogenesis is very complex, the eczema dermatitis is simply divided into internal cause and external cause, the internal cause and the external cause are difficult to distinguish, and the internal cause and the external cause are usually related and have a synergistic effect; external factors such as chemicals, cosmetics, animal toxins, fish and shrimp, pollen, dust, sun, scratch, etc. Contact dermatitis, for example, is often caused by improper use of ornaments, cosmetics, contact with pets, paints, building materials, etc.; the internal factors comprise genetic factors, mental factors, immune factors of organisms, metabolic factors and the like; such as atopic dermatitis patients, have a family history of allergies; eczema can be caused or aggravated by chronic infectious focus of the body, diabetes and the like; the influence of psychological factors on eczematous dermatitis type skin diseases is increasingly emphasized. The occurrence of eczema and dermatitis may also have certain relationship with diet, life rule, environment and the like.
In the existing traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating eczema, the traditional Chinese medicine has large medicinal flavor and is easy to influence daily life, and the ointment cannot be stable after being smeared, so that the medicine is easy to scratch and erase, so that a patch structure is needed for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, which comprises an ointment and a patch, wherein the ointment comprises the following raw materials: 2-6% of selenium-rich tea oil, 1-5% of an antibacterial agent, 1-5% of aloe essence, 15-25% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5% of glycerol, 2-6% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1-3% of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-5% of rhizoma atractylodis, 1-3% of felwort, 1-3% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and the balance of deionized water.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the preparation process of the selenium-rich tea oil comprises the following steps:
s1.1, selecting high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, weighing, and drying for later use;
s1.2, adding high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, and heating to 110 ℃ for 1-2 hours at 100 ℃;
s1.3, filtering the mixed raw materials, and reserving material residues for later use;
s1.4, drying the material residues, squeezing the material residues into oil, and finally filtering the oil.
According to the invention, the tea seeds are mixed with the plants with higher selenium content, such as the arrowroot, the codonopsis pilosula and the garlic, so that the selenium content of the prepared tea oil is greatly increased, and the selenium-rich tea oil has the effect of protecting the skin and can prevent and resist cancers.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the antibacterial agent is selected from a wormwood antibacterial agent, and the preparation process of the wormwood antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
s2.1, cleaning the folium artemisiae argyi, drying at normal temperature, and then crushing for later use;
s2.2, adding the crushed folium artemisiae argyi into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, and distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours to obtain folium artemisiae argyi essential oil;
s2.3, adding the wormwood essential oil into boric acid, stirring and mixing, adjusting the pH value to 5.5-7, and filtering to obtain the wormwood antibacterial agent.
The antibacterial agent added in the invention is beneficial to improving the antibacterial effect of the patch, and the boric acid added in the wormwood antibacterial agent can play a role in relieving itching and disinfecting, thereby increasing the antibacterial effect of the wormwood.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the extraction process of the aloe essence comprises the following steps:
s3.1, cleaning the aloe, drying at normal temperature, peeling off leaves, and crushing for later use;
s3.2, putting the crushed leaf skins into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain aloe essence.
The aloe essence added in the invention has the skin care effect, and can be used for diminishing inflammation and relieving itching of the eczema skin, increasing the moisture of the skin and playing a role in accelerating the treatment.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the application at least comprises a bottom layer, a stripping layer and a breathable layer, and the paste is smeared on the surface of the bottom layer.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, comprising the steps of:
s4.1, adding the selenium-enriched tea oil, the antibacterial agent, the aloe essence, the radix sophorae flavescentis, the scutellaria baicalensis, the rhizoma atractylodis, the gentian and the bighead atractylodes rhizome into a mixer A in proportion, and heating and mixing to obtain a mixed material;
s4.2, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose and glycerol into the mixer B, and heating and mixing to obtain an emulsion material;
s4.3, adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed materials, stirring and mixing to prepare tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
and S4.4, uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then, jointing the bottom layer with the breathable layer, and finally, jointing the stripping layer with the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.
Preferably, in S4.1, the heating temperature of the mixer A is 80-100 ℃, the stirring speed is 30-40r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.
Preferably, in S4.2, the heating temperature of the mixer B is 100-120 ℃, the stirring speed is 50-70r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.
Preferably, in S4.3, the temperature of the emulsifying pot is 60-70 ℃, the stirring speed is 40-60r/min, after 0.5-1h, the emulsifying pot is vacuumized to-0.01-0.05 MPa, and then the stirring speed is 1500r/min for 15-30 min.
The oleic acid, stearic acid and glyceride substances contained in the selenium-enriched tea oil are combined with the protein and polysaccharide substances contained in the aloe essence to generate a thickening effect, and the selenium-enriched tea oil can be used as a thickener of the cream generated between the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the glycerol, is favorable for improving the viscosity of the cream and greatly increases the attaching force.
According to the invention, the selenium-enriched tea oil contains the triacontene and the eupatorium heterophyllum yellow in the wormwood essence has an antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant is used for the antioxidant of the paste, so that the quality guarantee period of the product is prolonged.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Example 1 a selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, comprising:
firstly, preparing selenium-rich tea oil:
1. selecting high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, weighing and drying for later use;
2. adding high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, and heating to 110 ℃ at 100 ℃ for 1-2 hours;
3. filtering the mixed raw materials, and reserving material residues for later use;
4. and drying the material residues, squeezing the material residues into oil, and finally filtering the oil.
Secondly, preparing the wormwood antibacterial agent:
1. cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, drying at room temperature, and pulverizing;
2. adding pulverized folium Artemisiae Argyi into leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 deg.C for 1-2 hr, and distilling to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil;
3. adding folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil into boric acid, stirring, adjusting pH to 5.5-7, and filtering to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi antibacterial agent.
Thirdly, extracting aloe essence:
1. cleaning Aloe, drying at room temperature, peeling off leaves, and pulverizing;
2. placing pulverized leaf skin into leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 deg.C for 1-2 hr, distilling, and filtering to obtain aloe essence.
Fourthly, preparing the eczema patch:
1. adding 2% of selenium-enriched tea oil, 1% of an antibacterial agent, 1% of aloe essence, 2% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1% of scutellaria baicalensis, 1% of rhizoma atractylodis, 1% of gentian and 1% of bighead atractylodes rhizome into a mixer A according to a proportion, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 80-100 ℃ and the stirring speed is 30-40r/min to obtain a mixed material;
2. adding 20 percent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3 percent of glycerol into a mixer B, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 100-120 ℃ and the stirring speed is 50-70r/min to prepare an emulsion material;
3. adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed material, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to-0.01-0.05 MPa after 0.5-1h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed of 40-60r/min, and stirring for 15-30min at the speed of 1000-1500r/min to obtain the tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
4. uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then jointing the bottom layer and the breathable layer, and finally jointing the stripping layer and the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.
Example 2 a selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, comprising:

1. adding 3% of selenium-enriched tea oil, 2% of an antibacterial agent, 2% of aloe essence, 3% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1.5% of scutellaria baicalensis, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis, 1.5% of gentian and 1.5% of bighead atractylodes rhizome into a mixer A according to a proportion, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 80-100 ℃ and the stirring speed is 30-40r/min to obtain a mixed material;
2. adding 20 percent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3 percent of glycerol into a mixer B, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 100-120 ℃ and the stirring speed is 50-70r/min to prepare an emulsion material;
3. adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed material, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to-0.01-0.05 MPa after 0.5-1h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed of 40-60r/min, and stirring for 15-30min at the speed of 1000-1500r/min to obtain the tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
4. uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then jointing the bottom layer and the breathable layer, and finally jointing the stripping layer and the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.

2. adding 20 percent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3 percent of glycerol into a mixer B, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 100-120 ℃ and the stirring speed is 50-70r/min to prepare an emulsion material;
3. adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed material, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to-0.01-0.05 MPa after 0.5-1h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed of 40-60r/min, and stirring for 15-30min at the speed of 1000-1500r/min to obtain the tea oil emulsion eczema cream;

2. adding 20 percent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3 percent of glycerol into a mixer B, stirring for 0.5-1h and mixing under the conditions that the heating temperature is 100-120 ℃ and the stirring speed is 50-70r/min to prepare an emulsion material;
3. adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed material, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to-0.01-0.05 MPa after 0.5-1h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed of 40-60r/min, and stirring for 15-30min at the speed of 1000-1500r/min to obtain the tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
4. uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then jointing the bottom layer and the breathable layer, and finally jointing the stripping layer and the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.
In the above examples 1 to 5, the tea seeds are mixed with the plants having higher selenium content, such as the arrowroot, the codonopsis pilosula and the garlic, so that the selenium content of the prepared tea oil is greatly increased, and the selenium-rich tea oil has the effect of protecting the skin and can prevent and resist cancers;
the added antibacterial agent is beneficial to improving the antibacterial effect of the patch, and the boric acid added into the wormwood antibacterial agent can play a role in relieving itching and disinfecting, so that the antibacterial effect of the wormwood is improved;
the added aloe essence not only has the function of skin care, but also can diminish inflammation, relieve itching, increase moisture of the skin and play a role in accelerating treatment.
The oleic acid, stearic acid and glyceride substances contained in the selenium-enriched tea oil are combined with the protein and polysaccharide substances contained in the aloe essence to generate a thickening effect, and the selenium-enriched tea oil can be used as a thickening agent of the cream generated between the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the glycerol, is favorable for improving the viscosity of the cream and greatly increases the attaching force.
The selenium-enriched tea oil contains the triacontene and the eupatorium heterophyllum yellow in the wormwood essence has an antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant agent used for the paste of the invention can prolong the shelf life of the product.
The selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application prepared by the invention has better antibacterial property, the cure rate of eczema is greatly improved, and the detection indexes of the selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application prepared by the invention are shown in table 1:

According to the table 1, the selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application prepared by the invention has the sterilization rate of over 90% on bacteria in eczema, wherein when the selenium-rich tea oil accounts for 4%, the antibacterial agent accounts for 3%, the aloe essence accounts for 3%, the radix sophorae flavescentis accounts for 4%, the radix scutellariae accounts for 2%, the rhizoma atractylodis accounts for 3%, the radix gentianae accounts for 2%, the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae accounts for 2%, the sodium carboxymethylcellulose accounts for 20%, and the glycerol accounts for 3%, the sterilization rate on the bacteria is the highest, so that the eczema patch prepared by the material has a good antibacterial effect.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 3% of antibacterial agent, 3% of aloe essence, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of felwort, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;

The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 4% of selenium-rich tea oil, 3% of aloe essence, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of gentian, 2% of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;
in contrast to examples 1-5, the antimicrobial agent was absent.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 4% of selenium-rich tea oil, 3% of an antibacterial agent, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of gentian, 2% of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;
compared to examples 1-5, aloe vera concentrate was absent.
Comparative example 4
The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 1% of selenium-rich tea oil, 3% of an antibacterial agent, 3% of aloe essence, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of gentian, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;
the amount ranges were different compared to examples 1-5.
Comparative example 5
The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 1% of selenium-rich tea oil, 0.5% of antibacterial agent, 0.5% of aloe essence, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of felwort, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;
the amount ranges were different compared to examples 1-5.
Comparative example 6
The comparative example provides an eczema patch for external application, which comprises the following components in percentage: 6% of selenium-rich tea oil, 0.5% of an antibacterial agent, 0.5% of aloe essence, 4% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2% of scutellaria baicalensis, 3% of rhizoma atractylodis, 2% of felwort, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3% of glycerol;
the amount ranges were different compared to examples 1-5.
Comparative examples 1 to 6 provide the eczema patch prepared by the same method as in examples 1 to 5, wherein the missing substances are not added directly and other steps are not changed, and thus, detailed description thereof is omitted.
Test example 1
Comparative tests were conducted on the eczema patches for external application provided in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 above, randomly inviting a trial group of 110 people, wherein: 1. selecting the patient to be 15-30 years old; 2. evidence of eczema cases with hospital presentations; 3. the eczema coverage area of the upper limb is 17-23%;
the patients were randomized into 11 groups of 10 individuals each, with the eczema patches provided by the corresponding group administered 2 times a day, morning and evening, for a period of 15 days, during which the scoring criteria are given in table 2:

The scores and the number of cured persons in the groups after the use of the eczema patches in the examples 1 to 5 are counted, and the average score of the eczema patches externally applied to each group is divided into a final score, and the specific results are shown in a table 3:

The number of scores and cures after the comparative examples 1-6 were used in the group was counted, and the average score of the eczema patches for external application in each group was found to be the final score, and the specific results are shown in table 4:

As can be seen from tables 2 to 4, the eczema patches for external application provided in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention have better fragrance, less irritation and itching, and higher cure rate than those of comparative examples 1 to 6, indicating that the eczema patches for external application provided by the present invention have more reasonable components and better effects after use.

Claims (9)
1. The selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application is characterized by comprising an ointment and a patch, wherein the ointment comprises the following raw materials: 2-6% of selenium-rich tea oil, 1-5% of an antibacterial agent, 1-5% of aloe essence, 15-25% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5% of glycerol, 2-6% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1-3% of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-5% of rhizoma atractylodis, 1-3% of felwort, 1-3% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and the balance of deionized water.
2. The topical selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation process of the selenium-rich tea oil comprises the following steps:
s1.1, selecting high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, weighing, and drying for later use;
s1.2, adding high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, and heating to 110 ℃ for 1-2 hours at 100 ℃;
s1.3, filtering the mixed raw materials, and reserving material residues for later use;
s1.4, drying the material residues, squeezing the material residues into oil, and finally filtering the oil.
3. The topical selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch according to claim 1, wherein: the antibacterial agent is selected from a wormwood antibacterial agent, and the preparation process of the wormwood antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
s2.1, cleaning the folium artemisiae argyi, drying at normal temperature, and then crushing for later use;
s2.2, adding the crushed folium artemisiae argyi into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, and distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours to obtain folium artemisiae argyi essential oil;
s2.3, adding the wormwood essential oil into boric acid, stirring and mixing, adjusting the pH value to 5.5-7, and filtering to obtain the wormwood antibacterial agent.
4. The topical selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch according to claim 1, wherein: the extraction process of the aloe essence comprises the following steps:
s3.1, cleaning the aloe, drying at normal temperature, peeling off leaves, and crushing for later use;
s3.2, putting the crushed leaf skins into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain aloe essence.
5. The topical selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch according to claim 1, wherein: the application at least comprises a bottom layer, a stripping layer and a breathable layer, and the paste is smeared on the surface of the bottom layer.
6. A method for preparing a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, which is characterized by comprising the selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application of any one of claims 1 to 5, and the operation steps are as follows:
s4.1, adding the selenium-enriched tea oil, the antibacterial agent, the aloe essence, the radix sophorae flavescentis, the scutellaria baicalensis, the rhizoma atractylodis, the gentian and the bighead atractylodes rhizome into a mixer A in proportion, and heating and mixing to obtain a mixed material;
s4.2, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose and glycerol into the mixer B, and heating and mixing to obtain an emulsion material;
s4.3, adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed materials, stirring and mixing to prepare tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
and S4.4, uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then, jointing the bottom layer with the breathable layer, and finally, jointing the stripping layer with the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.

The method for preparing the selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the S4.1, the heating temperature of the mixer A is 80-100 ℃, the stirring speed is 30-40r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.

The method for preparing the selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the S4.2, the heating temperature of the mixer B is 100-120 ℃, the stirring speed is 50-70r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.

The method for preparing the selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the S4.3, the temperature of the emulsifying pot is 60-70 ℃, the stirring speed is 40-60r/min, after 0.5-1h, the emulsifying pot is vacuumized to-0.01-0.05 MPa, and then stirred for 15-30min at the speed of 1000-1500 r/min.
