Description

Selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eczema patches, in particular to a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application.
Background
Eczema dermatitis is a common and frequently-occurring skin disease, the pathogenesis is very complex, the eczema dermatitis is simply divided into internal cause and external cause, the internal cause and the external cause are difficult to distinguish, and the internal cause and the external cause are usually related and have a synergistic effect; external factors such as chemicals, cosmetics, animal toxins, fish and shrimp, pollen, dust, sun, scratch, etc. Contact dermatitis, for example, is often caused by improper use of ornaments, cosmetics, contact with pets, paints, building materials, etc.; the internal factors comprise genetic factors, mental factors, immune factors of organisms, metabolic factors and the like; such as atopic dermatitis patients, have a family history of allergies; eczema can be caused or aggravated by chronic infectious focus of the body, diabetes and the like; the influence of psychological factors on eczematous dermatitis type skin diseases is increasingly emphasized. The occurrence of eczema and dermatitis may also have certain relationship with diet, life rule, environment and the like.
In the existing traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating eczema, the traditional Chinese medicine has large medicinal flavor and is easy to influence daily life, and the ointment cannot be stable after being smeared, so that the medicine is easy to scratch and erase, so that a patch structure is needed for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a selenium-enriched tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, which comprises an ointment and a patch, wherein the ointment comprises the following raw materials: 2-6% of selenium-rich tea oil, 1-5% of an antibacterial agent, 1-5% of aloe essence, 15-25% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5% of glycerol, 2-6% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1-3% of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-5% of rhizoma atractylodis, 1-3% of felwort, 1-3% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and the balance of deionized water.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the preparation process of the selenium-rich tea oil comprises the following steps:
s1.1, selecting high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, weighing, and drying for later use;
s1.2, adding high-quality tea seeds, arrowroot, codonopsis pilosula and garlic into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, and heating to 110 ℃ for 1-2 hours at 100 ℃;
s1.3, filtering the mixed raw materials, and reserving material residues for later use;
s1.4, drying the material residues, squeezing the material residues into oil, and finally filtering the oil.
According to the invention, the tea seeds are mixed with the plants with higher selenium content, such as the arrowroot, the codonopsis pilosula and the garlic, so that the selenium content of the prepared tea oil is greatly increased, and the selenium-rich tea oil has the effect of protecting the skin and can prevent and resist cancers.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the antibacterial agent is selected from a wormwood antibacterial agent, and the preparation process of the wormwood antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
s2.1, cleaning the folium artemisiae argyi, drying at normal temperature, and then crushing for later use;
s2.2, adding the crushed folium artemisiae argyi into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, and distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours to obtain folium artemisiae argyi essential oil;
s2.3, adding the wormwood essential oil into boric acid, stirring and mixing, adjusting the pH value to 5.5-7, and filtering to obtain the wormwood antibacterial agent.
The antibacterial agent added in the invention is beneficial to improving the antibacterial effect of the patch, and the boric acid added in the wormwood antibacterial agent can play a role in relieving itching and disinfecting, thereby increasing the antibacterial effect of the wormwood.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the extraction process of the aloe essence comprises the following steps:
s3.1, cleaning the aloe, drying at normal temperature, peeling off leaves, and crushing for later use;
s3.2, putting the crushed leaf skins into a leaching tank, adding deionized water, heating to 90-120 ℃, distilling and extracting for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain aloe essence.
The aloe essence added in the invention has the skin care effect, and can be used for diminishing inflammation and relieving itching of the eczema skin, increasing the moisture of the skin and playing a role in accelerating the treatment.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the application at least comprises a bottom layer, a stripping layer and a breathable layer, and the paste is smeared on the surface of the bottom layer.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, comprising the steps of:

s4.2, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose and glycerol into the mixer B, and heating and mixing to obtain an emulsion material;
s4.3, adding the emulsion material into an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding the mixed materials, stirring and mixing to prepare tea oil emulsion eczema cream;
and S4.4, uniformly smearing the tea oil emulsion eczema cream on the bottom layer, then, jointing the bottom layer with the breathable layer, and finally, jointing the stripping layer with the breathable layer to prepare the tea oil emulsion eczema patch.
Preferably, in S4.1, the heating temperature of the mixer A is 80-100 ℃, the stirring speed is 30-40r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.
Preferably, in S4.2, the heating temperature of the mixer B is 100-120 ℃, the stirring speed is 50-70r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1 h.
Preferably, in S4.3, the temperature of the emulsifying pot is 60-70 ℃, the stirring speed is 40-60r/min, after 0.5-1h, the emulsifying pot is vacuumized to-0.01-0.05 MPa, and then the stirring speed is 1500r/min for 15-30 min.
The oleic acid, stearic acid and glyceride substances contained in the selenium-enriched tea oil are combined with the protein and polysaccharide substances contained in the aloe essence to generate a thickening effect, and the selenium-enriched tea oil can be used as a thickener of the cream generated between the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the glycerol, is favorable for improving the viscosity of the cream and greatly increases the attaching force.
According to the invention, the selenium-enriched tea oil contains the triacontene and the eupatorium heterophyllum yellow in the wormwood essence has an antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant is used for the antioxidant of the paste, so that the quality guarantee period of the product is prolonged.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the preparation method of the selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application, tea seeds are mixed with plants with higher selenium content, such as kudzuvine root powder, codonopsis pilosula and garlic, so that the selenium content of the prepared tea oil is greatly increased, and the selenium-rich tea oil has the function of protecting the skin and can prevent and resist cancers.
2. In the selenium-rich tea oil emulsion eczema patch for external application and the preparation method thereof, the added antibacterial agent is favorable for improving the antibacterial effect of the patch, the boric acid added into the wormwood antibacterial agent can play a role in relieving itching and disinfecting, the bactericidal effect of the wormwood is increased, the added aloe essence not only has the skin care effect, but also can diminish inflammation and relieve itching of the eczema skin, increase the moisture of the skin, and play a role in accelerating treatment.
