In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems in the prior art are not solved:
(1) the utility model is inconvenient to adjust and fix according to the body type of the patient, the comfort level of the patient is low, the safety is not enough, and the hemostatic effect is not good;
(2) when the traditional radial artery hemostasis compression band assembly is used, the medical personnel is inconvenient to operate, and the hemostasis operation consumes time;
(3) the traditional radial artery hemostasis compression band subassembly can't directly perceivedly grasp puncture point pressure, easily causes the puncture point to bleed, and the operation failure rate is higher.

The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, firstly, after an interventional therapy operation, the arterial sheath is withdrawn by 2-3 cm, the central point of the elastic body 6 is aligned with the puncture point, the fixing band 8 passes through the hanging buckle 10 connected with the fixing plate 1 after bypassing the limb, the fixing band is tightened and buckled, the tightening force of the fixing band 8 is adjusted according to the body type of a patient, the magic tape 7 is utilized for sticking and fixing, then, the rotating cap 2 is twisted clockwise, the spiral rod 9 drives the elastic body 6 to continuously press down to the puncture point of the patient along with the rotation of the rotating cap 2, the elastic body 6 compresses the puncture point of the radial artery, the indicating ring 402 moves the indicating pressure scale 3 in the rotating cap 2 to display the pressure value, medical personnel rotate the rotating cap 2 clockwise or anticlockwise according to the indication of the pressure scale 3 to adjust the pressure force, the bleeding of the puncture point caused by the pressure of the hemostasis compression band is avoided, the discomfort of the patient caused by overlarge pressure is also avoided, the purpose of rapid and efficient compression hemostasis is achieved, and after the medical waste hemostatic clamp is used, the fixing band 8, the hanging buckle 10 and the fixing plate 1 can be detached, so that medical waste can be conveniently classified and treated.
