Claims (10)
1. A chemical filter testing device, characterized by: including closely cup jointing in chemical filter and offering side frame (1) that admits air of air inlet one side, closely cup jointing in chemical filter offers side frame (2) of giving vent to anger of gas outlet one side, fixed connection deviates from pipeline (3) of giving vent to anger of side frame (1) one side in the side frame (2) of giving vent to anger, fixed connection deviates from pipeline (4) of giving vent to anger of side frame (1) one side in the side frame (2) of giving vent to anger, locate pipeline (4) and deviate from air inlet plate (5) that side frame (1) one end just supplied the air of mixing with the gaseous pollutant to pass through, locate pipeline (3) of giving vent to anger and deviate from side frame (2) one end and to the sampling mechanism of the filterable air through chemical filter.

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 1, wherein: intake duct (4) and outlet duct (3) all are equipped with support frame (52), and support frame (52) below is equipped with wheel rail (54), and support frame (52) rotate and are connected with several gyro wheel (53), and gyro wheel (53) are along intake duct (4) length direction sliding connection in wheel rail (54), and intake duct (4) length direction is on a parallel with the length direction of outlet duct (3), is equipped with the supporting mechanism who is located the chemical filter below and supports chemical filter between intake duct (4) and outlet duct (3).

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 2, wherein: the supporting mechanism comprises a base (55) arranged on the ground, a height oil cylinder (56) arranged on the base (55), a height plate (57) arranged at the end part of a power rod of the height oil cylinder (56) and abutted to the chemical filter, a guide sleeve (58) arranged on the side surface, facing the base (55), of the height plate (57), and a guide rod (59) arranged on the side surface, facing the height plate (57), of the base (55), wherein the guide rod (59) is connected to the guide sleeve (58) in a sliding mode along the moving direction of the power rod of the height oil cylinder (56).

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 3, wherein: the side surface of the height plate (57) departing from the base (55) is provided with an accommodating groove (41), and the inner wall of the accommodating groove (41) is fixedly connected with a plurality of positioning bodies (42) inserted in the chemical filter.

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 1, wherein: the side face, deviating from the air inlet pipeline (4), of the air inlet plate (5) is fixedly connected with a plurality of air pipes (43) communicated with the interior of the air inlet pipeline (4), and each air pipe (43) is provided with an air inlet valve (44).

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 1, wherein: the sampling mechanism comprises an air outlet plate (45) fixedly connected to the end part of the air outlet pipeline (3) deviating from the air outlet side frame (2), an air outlet three-way pipe (46) fixedly connected to the air outlet plate (45) and communicated with the inside of the air outlet pipeline (3), a treatment discharge pipe (47) communicated with one end of the air outlet three-way pipe (46) far away from the air outlet plate (45), a discharge valve (49) arranged on the treatment discharge pipe (47), a collecting pipe (48) detachably connected to the air outlet three-way pipe (46) far away from the air outlet plate (45) and treating one end of the discharge pipe (47), and two collecting valves (31) which are arranged at two ends of the collecting pipe (48) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 6, wherein: one end of the collecting pipe (48) far away from the three-way outlet pipe (46) is provided with a collecting pipe one-way valve (32) which enables external gas to be difficult to enter from one end of the collecting pipe (48) far away from the three-way outlet pipe (46), and the two collecting valves (31) are located between the collecting pipe one-way valve (32) and the three-way outlet pipe (46).
8. A chemical filter testing device according to claim 6, wherein: and one end of the air outlet three-way pipe (46) communicated with the collecting pipe (48) is provided with a three-way pipe sealing valve (33).
9. A chemical filter testing device according to claim 1, wherein: air outlet pipe (3) and air inlet pipe (4) inside all are equipped with fan frame (34), and two fan frames (34) all are equipped with air exhauster (35).

A chemical filter testing device according to claim 9, wherein: fan frame (34) outer wall runs through and sets up dress quick-witted groove (36) that supplies air exhauster (35) to peg graft and get into, dress quick-witted groove (36) opening inner wall closely pegs graft and has fixed block (37), fixed block (37) butt in air exhauster (35), pipeline groove (38) have all been seted up in all running through to air outlet pipe way (3) and inlet duct (4) outer wall, two pipeline grooves (38) align in two dress quick-witted grooves (36) respectively, two fixed blocks (37) are arranged in pipeline groove (38) the equal fixedly connected with screw board of one end (39), two screw board (39) butt respectively and can dismantle the outer wall of connecting in inlet duct (4) and air outlet pipe way (3).
