The software working procedure of the intelligent blood activating instrument is as follows: the operation is started, a normal saline container or an infusion bag (20) is manually placed on a hook of a liquid suspension arm (19-1), an infusion catheter (21) is placed in an infusion regulating valve (19-2), a blood container (3) is placed in a movable blood activation chamber (15), the normal saline is opened, the infusion catheter (21) and a blood transfusion catheter (2) are washed, air in the catheters is exhausted, a puncture needle (1) is pre-filled, and a blood sampling, infusion and transfusion passage is established for puncture of a therapist;
