Since the numbers of teeth of the second transmission gear 22, the first meshing portion 231, the second meshing portion 232, and the third meshing portion 2121 are the same, that is, the ratio of the numbers of teeth of the second meshing portion 232 to the third meshing portion 2121 is the same as the ratio of the numbers of teeth of the second transmission gear 22 to the first meshing portion 231, the angular velocities of the inner ring plate 212, the third transmission gear 23, and the second transmission gear 22 are the same, so that the angular velocities of the first transmission gear 19 and the rolling brush body 11 are the same. And, the angular velocities of the scraper sleeve 13 and the first transmission gear 19 are the same, whereby the angular velocities of the roller brush body 11 and the scraper sleeve 13 can be made the same, i.e., the roller brush body 11 and the scraper sleeve 13 rotate synchronously at the same angular velocity, thereby ensuring the mutual correspondence of the positions of the bristles 12 and the scraper sleeve holes 1311 in the circumferential direction, and further ensuring that the bristles 12 are adapted to extend and retract into the corresponding scraper sleeve holes 1311 in the radial direction of the scraper sleeve 13.
The inventor has found through research that the involute profiles of standard gears allow them to roll over each other without relative slippage, minimizing wear, and increasing efficiency. However, since the present application requires the use of the inner and outer gears having the same number of teeth, if the inner ring plate 212, the third transmission gear 23 and the second transmission gear 22 all use the standard gears, interference may occur at the tips of the teeth of the standard gears, and the normal operation of the gears cannot be ensured. Also, if interference is avoided by modifying the shape of the teeth of the standard gear, a high wear rate and a great noise may be generated.
To this end, in some embodiments of the present invention, non-standard gears are used for the inner ring plate 212, the third transfer gear 23, and the second transfer gear 22. Thus, more gear teeth contact between the second engagement portion 232 and the third engagement portion 2121 and between the second transmission gear 22 and the first engagement portion 231 can be ensured, so that stress at each contact point is reduced, the wear rate of the gear is reduced, the service life of the gear is prolonged, and noise is low.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between the free ends of the brush staples 12 and the first rotation central axis is not less than the maximum distance between the first rotation central axis and the inner circumferential wall of the scraper sleeve 13 in the radial direction of the drum brush body 11, and thus, in the rotating process of the rolling brush body 11 and the scraping sleeve 13, the brush hairs 12 on the rolling brush body 11 in a fully retracted state, the free end of the scraper sleeve can be positioned in the scraper sleeve hole 1311 and between the inner circumferential wall and the outer circumferential wall of the scraper sleeve 13, or can slightly extend out of the scraper sleeve hole 1311 in the radial direction and exceed the outer circumferential wall of the scraper sleeve 13, thus, on one hand, the scraping sleeve 13 is convenient for scraping the hair attached to the brush to the maximum extent, on the other hand, at least one part of the brush hair can be always positioned in the scraping sleeve hole, the free end of the brush hair is prevented from being completely separated from the scraping sleeve hole when retracting, thereby ensuring that the bristles 12 smoothly extend and retract in the direction of the through-holes of the grommet hole 1311.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the brush bristles 12 are included in a plurality spaced apart in both circumferential and axial directions of the roller brush body 11, and the scraping sleeve holes 1311 are included in a plurality, and the plurality of scraping sleeve holes 1311 correspond to the plurality of brush bristles 12 one to one, whereby the cleaning efficiency of the cleaner 100 can be improved. For example, a first bristle group and a second bristle group may be disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rolling brush body 11, each bristle 12 group includes a plurality of bristles 12, and the plurality of bristles 12 may be arranged in a spiral line on the rolling brush body 11 along the direction of the first rotation center line; correspondingly, the circumferential direction of the scraping sleeve 13 can be provided with a first scraping sleeve hole group and a second scraping sleeve hole group at intervals, each scraping sleeve hole 1311 group comprises a plurality of scraping sleeve holes 1311, the scraping sleeve holes 1311 can be arranged on the scraping sleeve 13 along a spiral line along the direction of the second rotation center line, and the scraping sleeve holes 1311 correspond to the bristles 12 one to one.
In some embodiments of the invention, the diameter of the bristles 12 may be less than the minimum width dimension of the scraper sleeve hole 1311. Thus, the bristles 12 are easily extended or retracted from the casing scraping hole 1311, and the bristles 12 are prevented from being caught in the casing scraping hole 1311.
Because the scraping sleeve 13 and the rolling brush body 11 have an eccentric distance between the central rotation axes thereof, when the scraping sleeve 13 and the rolling brush body 11 rotate synchronously, the rolling brush body 11 has a rotation motion relative to the scraping sleeve 13 by taking the eccentric distance between the two central rotation axes as a radius, the bristles 12 arranged on the rolling brush body 11 also follow the rotation motion of the rolling brush body 11 relative to the scraping sleeve 13 by taking the eccentric distance between the two central rotation axes as a radius, and in order to ensure that the bristles 12 have a sufficient movement space in the circumferential direction of the scraping sleeve 13, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the length dimension of the scraping sleeve hole 1311 in the circumferential direction of the scraping sleeve 13 is not less than 2 times of the eccentric distance between the first central rotation axis and the second central rotation axis, so that the bristles 12 can have a sufficient stroke in the scraping sleeve hole 1311, and the scraping sleeve 13 is ensured not to interfere with the relative rotation motion of the rolling brush body 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the wiper hole 1311 is formed as an elongated groove extending in the circumferential direction of the wiper 13. Thus, the bristles 12 can make a telescopic motion relative to the scraper sleeve hole 1311 along the radial direction of the rolling brush body 11 and make a circular motion in the scraper sleeve hole 1311, and the bristles 12 are prevented from interfering with the peripheral wall of the scraper sleeve hole 1311.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the grommet hole 1311 includes a first hole portion 13111 and a second hole portion 13112, the first hole portion 13111 and the second hole portion 13112 are connected in a circumferential direction of the grommet 13, the first hole portion 13111 is formed in a circular shape, and the second hole portion 13112 extends away from the first hole portion 13111 in the circumferential direction of the grommet 13, wherein a width dimension of the second hole portion 13112 in an axial direction of the grommet 13 is smaller than a diameter of the first hole portion 13111, so that the first hole portion 13111 and the second hole portion 13112 can cooperate with each other to define a movement path for the bristles 12, while movement of the bristles 12 is made smoother. In addition, since the width dimension of the second hole 13112 is smaller, it is further advantageous to scrape off the hairs on the bristles by the side walls of the grommet hole 1311.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the peripheral wall of the second hole 13112 at the end far from the first hole 13111 is a circular cylindrical surface, so that the shape of the second hole 13112 can be matched with the shape of the bristles 12, and the bristles 12 can be prevented from being caught.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, a plurality of ribs 1111 (for example, a first rib and a second rib described below) are formed on the outer circumferential wall of the roller brush body 11, the plurality of ribs 1111 spirally extend along the axial direction of the roller brush body 11, a plurality of bristles 12 are provided on the outer end surface of each rib 1111, the plurality of bristles 12 are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the rib 1111, and by providing the ribs 1111 and disposing the bristles 12 on the ribs 1111, the length of the bristles 12 can be reduced, the rigidity of the bristles 12 can be ensured, and the cleaning efficiency can be ensured.
For example, as shown in fig. 15, two ribs 1111 may be formed on the outer circumferential wall of the roller brush body 11, the two ribs 1111 are respectively a first rib and a second rib, the two ribs 1111 all extend spirally along the axial direction of the roller brush body 11, a first bristle group is arranged on the first rib, a second bristle group is arranged on the second rib, a plurality of bristles 12 of the first bristle group are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the first rib, a plurality of bristles 12 of the second bristle group are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the second rib, thereby ensuring that the bristles 12 on the roller brush body 11 can always act on the ground to clean the ground during the operation of the vacuum cleaner 100, and further simplifying the structure of the roller brush body 11.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the roller brush body 11 may be formed with three ribs 1111 and bristle groups corresponding to the three ribs 1111 one by one, and correspondingly, the scraper sleeve 13 may be formed with three scraper sleeve hole groups corresponding to the three bristle groups one by one.
Further, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the roll brush body 11 may include: a first roller body portion 111 and a second roller body portion 112. Specifically, the first roller brush body part 111 and the second roller brush body part 112 are sequentially arranged in the axial direction, the rotation direction of the convex rib 1111 on the first roller brush body part 111 is opposite to that of the convex rib 1111 on the second roller brush body part 112, and the convex rib 1111 on the first roller brush body part 111 is connected with the convex rib 1111 on the second roller brush body part 112, so that two parts of the roller brush body 11 in the axial direction can simultaneously clean the ground in the working process of the dust collector 100, and the part of the ground through which the dust collector 100 passes is prevented from being omitted. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the roll brush body 11 may be formed in one piece.
Further, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the scraping sleeve 13 may include: a first wiper portion 131 and a second wiper portion 132. Specifically, the first sleeve scraping portion 131 is sleeved on the outer side of the first rolling brush body portion 111, the second sleeve scraping portion 132 is sleeved on the outer side of the second rolling brush body portion 112, and the first sleeve scraping portion 131 and the second sleeve scraping portion 132 are detachably connected, so that the first sleeve scraping portion 131 can clean the first rolling brush body portion 111, and the second sleeve scraping portion 132 can clean the second rolling brush body portion 112. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the scraping sleeve 13 may be formed in one piece.
Further, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, first circumferential positioning portion 1312 is formed on first jacket scraper portion 131, second circumferential positioning portion 1321 is formed on second jacket scraper portion 132, and first circumferential positioning portion 1312 and second circumferential positioning portion 1321 are positioned and engaged, so that displacement of first jacket scraper portion 131 and second jacket scraper portion 132 in the circumferential direction is restricted, and first jacket scraper portion 131 and second jacket scraper portion 132 rotate in synchronization.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, first circumferential positioning portion 1312 may be formed as a positioning groove, first circumferential positioning portion 1312 being recessed in the axial direction of first jacket scraper portion 131, second circumferential positioning portion 1321 being formed as a positioning projection projecting in the axial direction of second jacket scraper portion 132, second circumferential positioning portion 1321 being projecting in the axial direction of second jacket scraper portion 132, first circumferential positioning portion 1312 and second circumferential positioning portion 1321 cooperating with each other to restrict relative displacement of first jacket scraper portion 131 and second jacket scraper portion 132 in the circumferential direction.
A vacuum cleaner 100 according to a second aspect of the invention comprises a floor brush assembly 1 according to the first aspect of the invention.
According to the vacuum cleaner 100 of the present invention, by providing the floor brush assembly 1 of the first aspect, hairs attached to the brush bristles 12 can be automatically cleaned, manual cleaning is omitted, the vacuum cleaner is more user-friendly, and the vacuum cleaning efficiency of the vacuum cleaner 100 is further improved.
A vacuum cleaner 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to fig. 1-21.
In the first embodiment, the first step is,
the vacuum cleaner 100 according to the present invention includes: a floor brush assembly 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the floor brush assembly 1 includes a rolling brush body 11, a scraping sleeve 13, a housing 14, a roller 15, a driving device 164, and a dust suction cavity 17, wherein the rolling brush body 11 can rotate around a first rotation center line, a first protruding rib and a second protruding rib can be formed on an outer peripheral wall of the rolling brush body 11, the first protruding rib and the second protruding rib both extend spirally along an axial direction of the rolling brush body 11, a first bristle group and a second bristle group are provided on the rolling brush body 11, the first bristle group and the second bristle group both include a plurality of bristles 12, a first bristle group is disposed on the first protruding rib, a plurality of bristles 12 of the first bristle group are all arranged at intervals in an extending direction of the first protruding rib, a second bristle group is disposed on the second protruding rib, and a plurality of bristles 12 of the second bristle group are all arranged at intervals in an extending direction of the second protruding rib. Further, the roll brush body 11 includes; a first roller body portion 111 and a second roller body portion 112. The first roller brush body portion 111 and the second roller brush body portion 112 are arranged in order in the axial direction, the rotation direction of the convex rib 1111 of the first roller brush body portion 111 is opposite to the rotation direction of the convex rib 1111 of the second roller brush body portion 112, and the convex rib 1111 of the first roller brush body portion 111 is connected with the convex rib 1111 of the second roller brush body portion 112.
The scraping sleeve 13 can rotate around the second rotation center line, the scraping sleeve 13 is sleeved on the outer side of the roller brush body 11, a first scraping sleeve hole group and a second scraping sleeve hole group can be formed on the scraping sleeve 13, each of the first scraping sleeve hole group and the second scraping sleeve hole group comprises a plurality of scraping sleeve holes 1311, the plurality of scraping sleeve holes 1311 of the first scraping sleeve hole group correspond to the plurality of bristles 12 of the first bristle group one by one, the plurality of scraping sleeve holes 1311 of the second scraping sleeve hole group correspond to the plurality of bristles 12 of the second bristle group one by one, the scraping sleeve holes 1311 are formed into elongated grooves extending in the circumferential direction of the scraping sleeve 13, each of the scraping sleeve holes 1311 comprises a first hole portion 13111 and a second hole portion 13112, the first hole portion 13111 is a circular hole, the second hole portion 13112 is connected with the first hole portion 13111 and extends away from the first hole portion 13111, and the width dimension of the second hole portion 13112 in the axial direction of the scraping sleeve 13 is smaller than the diameter of the first hole portion 13111. Accordingly, the scraping sleeve 13 may include: the first sleeve portion 131 and the second sleeve portion 132 are scraped, the first sleeve portion 131 is sleeved on the outer side of the first roller brush body portion 111, the second sleeve portion 132 is sleeved on the outer side of the second roller brush body portion 112, and the first sleeve portion 131 and the second sleeve portion 132 are detachably connected.
The driving device 16 may be in transmission connection with the roller brush body 11 and the scraping sleeve 13, respectively, and is used for driving the roller brush body 11 to rotate around the first rotation center line and the scraping sleeve 13 to rotate around the second rotation center line.
The shell 14 covers the outside of the floor brush assembly 1 and the driving device 16, a dust suction inlet 141 is formed at the bottom of the shell 14, the bristles 12 on the rolling brush body 11 are suitable for extending out of the dust suction inlet 141 to clean the floor, and a dust suction outlet 142 is formed at the rear side of the shell 14; the dust suction cavity 17 is arranged at the rear side of the shell 14, the front end of the dust suction cavity 17 is formed into a connecting port 171, the connecting port 171 can be connected with the dust suction outlet 142, the dust suction outlet 142 can be opposite to the floor brush assembly 1, and when the dust collector 100 works, dust and hair attached to the floor brush assembly 1 can be sucked into the dust suction cavity 17 through the dust suction outlet 142.
The rollers 15 may be provided in two, and the two rollers 15 may be arranged side by side at the bottom of the cleaner 100, thereby facilitating movement of the cleaner 100.
When the vacuum cleaner 100 is in operation, when the bristles 12 on the rolling brush body 11 and the sleeve scraping holes 1311 corresponding to the bristles 12 rotate to be right opposite to the dust suction inlet 141, the bristles 12 are suitable for completing the extending process, and the length of the bristles 12 extending out of the sleeve scraping holes 1311 is the largest, so that the bristles 12 can clean the ground conveniently; in the process that the rolling brush body 11 and the roller sleeve continue to rotate, the bristles 12 begin to retract into the sleeve scraping holes 1311, when the bristles 12 and the sleeve scraping holes 1311 corresponding to the bristles 12 rotate to be just opposite to the dust suction outlet 142, the bristles 12 are suitable for completing the retraction process, and at this time, the free ends of the bristles 12 can be positioned in the sleeve scraping holes 1311 and are flush with the outer wall of the sleeve scraping 13 or slightly extend out of the sleeve scraping holes 1311, so that the dust suction cavity 17 can conveniently suck sundries or hairs scraped from the bristles 12 by the sleeve scraping 13. Therefore, the rolling brush body 11 and the scraping sleeve 13 repeatedly complete the processes, so that the efficiency of cleaning the ground by the dust collector 100 and the cleaning effect are improved, and the hair attached to the rolling brush body 11 can be automatically cleaned to prevent blockage.
Example two
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, wherein the same reference numerals are used for the same components, and the difference is only that: in the first embodiment, the rolling brush body 11 includes a first rolling brush body 111 and a second rolling brush body 112, and two ribs 1111 and two bristle groups corresponding to the ribs 1111 in a one-to-one manner are formed on the rolling brush body 11, the scraping sleeve 13 may include a first scraping sleeve portion 131 and a second scraping sleeve portion 132, and two scraping sleeve hole groups are formed on the scraping sleeve 13; and in the second embodiment, the rolling brush body 11 is formed into an integral type, three ribs 1111 and three bristle groups corresponding to the ribs 1111 one to one are formed on the rolling brush body 11, correspondingly, the scraping sleeve 13 is formed into an integral type, and three scraping sleeve hole groups corresponding to the three bristle groups one to one are formed on the scraping sleeve 13.
Other constructions and operations of the cleaner 100 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (17)

1. A floor brush assembly, comprising:
the rolling brush body can rotate around a first rotating center line extending along the horizontal direction, and bristles extending along the radial direction of the rolling brush body are arranged on the rolling brush body;
the scraping sleeve is rotatable around a second rotating center line extending along the horizontal direction, the first rotating center line is not overlapped with the second rotating center line, the scraping sleeve is sleeved outside the roller brush body, a scraping sleeve hole penetrating through the scraping sleeve along the wall thickness direction of the scraping sleeve is formed in the scraping sleeve, the scraping sleeve hole is opposite to the inside and the outside of the brush hair, and the brush hair is suitable for extending out and retracting into the scraping sleeve hole along the radial direction of the scraping sleeve when the roller brush body and the scraping sleeve rotate;
and the driving device is connected with one of the rolling brush body and the scraping sleeve, and the one of the rolling brush body and the scraping sleeve is in transmission connection with the other one of the rolling brush body and the scraping sleeve.
2. A floor brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein the drive means comprises: the scraper comprises a driving motor and a transmission assembly, wherein the driving motor is provided with a driving shaft, and the transmission assembly is connected between the driving shaft and the scraper sleeve.
3. A floor brush assembly according to claim 2, wherein said drive means further comprises: a drive gear coaxially fixed with the drive shaft, the transmission assembly comprising:
the first transmission gear is connected with the scraping sleeve;
a drive belt tensioned between the drive gear and the first drive gear.
4. A floor brush assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the drive assembly further comprises: the driving medium, the driving medium is followed the hollow ring shape of scraping the axial extension of cover, the one end of driving medium with first drive gear links to each other, the other end of driving medium with scrape the cover relatively fixed.
5. A floor brush assembly according to claim 4, wherein the transmission comprises:
the outer ring plate is in a cylindrical shape extending along the axial direction of the scraping sleeve, one axial end of the outer ring plate is fixed with the first transmission gear, and the other axial end of the outer ring plate is fixed with the scraping sleeve;
the inner ring plate is in a cylindrical shape extending along the axial direction of the scraping sleeve, and is positioned on the radial inner side of the outer ring plate;
and the connecting plate is connected between the inner wall surface of the outer ring plate and the outer wall surface of the inner ring plate.
6. The floor brush assembly of claim 5, wherein the drive assembly further comprises:
the second transmission gear is fixedly connected with the rolling brush body;
and the third transmission gear is meshed with the second transmission gear and is relatively fixed with the inner ring plate.
7. The floor brush assembly of claim 6, wherein the third drive gear has a first meshing portion formed thereon, the first meshing portion being formed as internal teeth, and the first meshing portion meshing with the second drive gear both internally and externally.
8. The floor brush assembly according to claim 7, wherein the third transmission gear further has a second meshing portion formed thereon, the second meshing portion being spaced apart from the first meshing portion in the axial direction, the second meshing portion being formed as internal teeth, and an outer wall surface of the inner ring plate is provided with a third meshing portion, the second meshing portion being meshed with the third meshing portion inside and outside.
9. The floor brush assembly of claim 8, wherein the first drive gear, the second drive gear, the first mesh portion, the second mesh portion, and the third mesh portion have the same number of teeth.
10. A floor brush assembly according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that in the radial direction of the roller brush body the distance between the free ends of the bristles to the first centre axis of rotation is not less than the maximum distance between the first centre axis of rotation and the inner circumferential wall of the scraper sleeve.
11. The floor brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bristles are arranged in a plurality at intervals in both circumferential and axial directions of the roller brush body, the scraping sleeve hole is arranged in a plurality, and the scraping sleeve holes correspond to the bristles in a one-to-one manner.
12. The floor brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the bristles is less than the smallest width dimension of the wiper aperture.
13. The floor brush assembly of claim 1, wherein a length dimension of the scraper sleeve hole in a circumferential direction of the scraper sleeve is not less than 2 times an eccentric distance between the first central axis of rotation and the second central axis of rotation.
14. A floor brush assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the scraper sleeve hole is formed as an elongated groove extending in the circumferential direction of the scraper sleeve.
15. The floor brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the wiper sleeve bore includes a first bore portion and a second bore portion connected in a circumferential direction of the wiper sleeve, the first bore portion being formed in a circular shape, the second bore portion being connected to the first bore portion and extending away from the first bore portion in the circumferential direction of the wiper sleeve, wherein a width dimension of the second bore portion in an axial direction of the wiper sleeve is smaller than a diameter of the first bore portion.
16. A floor brush assembly according to claim 15, wherein the peripheral wall of the second bore section at an end remote from the first bore section is a circular cylindrical surface.
17. A vacuum cleaner comprising a floor brush assembly according to any one of claims 1-16.
