Disclosure of Invention
Based on the background problem, the invention aims to provide a PET ball star card which comprises a PET card body, has high hardness and is not easy to break, and a protective film is coated on the surface of the PET card body, so that scratching can be prevented; the invention also aims to provide a manufacturing process of the PET planet card.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects:

It should be noted that the refraction layer 3 is not limited to the laser paper of the present embodiment, and in other embodiments, the refraction layer 3 may also be aluminum foil paper.
The card paper layer 4 is bonded on the refraction layer 3 through glue to form back protection, and the card paper layer 4 is further provided with a fluorescent anti-counterfeiting mark and an alumite gold stamping anti-counterfeiting mark.
The PET ball star card of this embodiment hardness is high, and difficult breakage can prevent that the surface from scraping the flower, compares in the paper card, can preserve for a long time.

(4) And after hot pressing is finished, covering paperboard on the refraction layer, and cutting according to the product size to obtain the PET ball star card.
Example 4
The manufacturing process of the PET planet card comprises the following steps:
(1) coating a protective film on the surface of the PET plate, and printing a pattern on the back surface of the PET plate;
(2) covering a refraction layer on the back surface of the PET plate, specifically bonding laser paper on the back surface of the PET plate through glue;
(3) and (3) placing the PET plate coated with the refraction layer on a relief board of a hydraulic press for hot pressing, controlling the hot pressing temperature to be 89 ℃, the hot pressing pressure to be 200t, the hot pressing time to be 2s, and keeping for 1s after pressure relief, thereby pressing out relief embossing on the refraction layer.
(4) After the hot pressing is finished, the refraction layer is covered with the card paper, and the PET ball star card can be manufactured by cutting according to the product size, and the manufactured PET ball star card is shown in figure 3.
Example 5
The manufacturing process of the PET planet card comprises the following steps:
(1) coating a protective film on the surface of the PET plate, and printing a pattern on the back surface of the PET plate;
(2) covering a refraction layer on the back surface of the PET plate, specifically bonding laser paper on the back surface of the PET plate through glue;
(3) and (3) placing the PET plate coated with the refraction layer on a relief board of a hydraulic press for hot pressing, controlling the hot pressing temperature to be 95 ℃, the hot pressing pressure to be 180t, the hot pressing time to be 1s, and keeping the pressure for 1s after pressure relief, thereby pressing out relief embossing on the refraction layer.
(4) And after hot pressing is finished, covering paperboard on the refraction layer, and cutting according to the product size to obtain the PET ball star card.
The protective film in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically an OPP protective film, but is not limited thereto.
