Abstract
The invention discloses an insulating packaging structure and an insulating packaging method of a heating sheet pole piece, wherein the insulating structure comprises the heating sheet pole piece, two wires, two current-carrying sheets and a low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet, wherein the ends of the wires are welded and fixed with the upper end faces of the corresponding current-carrying sheets through welding points, the current-carrying sheets are closely arranged on the upper surface of the heating sheet pole piece, a plurality of heating sheet through holes are distributed on the heating sheet pole piece around the current-carrying sheets, and the low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet is coated on the upper surface of the current-carrying sheets, the upper surface of the heating sheet pole piece and the lower surface of the heating sheet pole piece. The insulating structure has excellent insulating sealing performance, high waterproof and dustproof grade and good flame retardant effect; the drawing force between the lead and the heating plate pole piece is improved; the product performance under the process of the method is far better than that of the product insulated by using a dispensing or encapsulating process; the method can obviously improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric heating, in particular to an insulation structure and an insulation method for a connection point of a heating sheet pole piece and a wire.
Background
The heating plate is a two-dimensional planar heating material and is widely applied to civil heating, intelligent wearing, lithium battery pack heating, road deicing and other special application fields. The planar heating sheet is classified into a carbon-based heating sheet, a metal oxide-based heating sheet, and a conductive polymer-based heating sheet, depending on the type of heating element.
Typically, the planar heater plate will be connected to a cylindrical or flat wire in practice. The connection mode of the heating plate and the wire is tin soldering, laser soldering, ultrasonic soldering, resistance welding and the like, and the drawing force of the wire and the heating plate after soldering is an important test index, and the index determines the reliability of the product in practical application, such as the risk that electric leakage, ignition or explosion is caused if falling occurs. At present, two solutions are available at the welding point, one is to attach an insulating tape at the welding point, and the method has poor reliability and can fall off after long-time use; the other is to use insulating sealing glue to be dotted at the welding point, the method has low efficiency, the sealing effect is general, the drying time of the sealing glue is long, and the method is not suitable for mass production. And the drawing force of the welding spots is not obviously improved by the two methods.
In view of the drawing force and insulation problem at the connection part of the heating sheet and the wire, development of an insulation structure and an insulation method with reliable insulation seal and high drawing force is needed.

The invention aims to provide an insulation structure and an insulation method for a connection point of a heating sheet pole piece and a wire, so as to solve the problems in the background art.

As a further scheme of the invention, the heating sheet pole piece adopts a carbon-based heating sheet pole piece, a metal oxide-based heating sheet pole piece or a conductive polymer-based heating sheet pole piece.

An insulation method for a connection point of a heating plate pole piece and a wire comprises the following steps:
S1, welding and fixing the end parts of the wires on the upper end surfaces of the corresponding current carrying sheets, and tightly attaching the current carrying sheets to the upper surfaces of the pole pieces of the heating sheets;
s2, a plurality of heating sheet through holes are formed in the heating sheet pole piece around the current carrying sheet in a scattered manner;
S3, placing the perforated heating sheet pole piece in an injection mold, injecting packaging materials into the injection mold by using a low-pressure injection molding machine, and wrapping the packaging materials on the outer surface of the heating sheet pole piece to form a low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet;

As a further scheme of the invention, the injection molding temperature in the step S3 is 110-240 ℃, the viscosity of the packaging material is 1000-10000 mPa.s, and the injection molding pressure is 5-40Kgf/cm 2.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the heating sheet pole piece is provided with a plurality of heating sheet through holes in a scattered manner around the current carrying sheet, and the effect of the heating sheet through holes is to penetrate injection molding materials sealed up and down through the through holes so as to achieve the purpose of connection; a certain distance is kept between the through hole of the heating sheet and the current carrying sheet so as to ensure the insulation and pressure resistance; the low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet is formed by injection molding of polyamide hot melt adhesive, polyolefin hot melt adhesive or polyurethane hot melt adhesive, so that the insulating structure of the connecting points of the heating sheet pole piece, the current carrying sheet and the lead has excellent insulating sealing performance, high waterproof and dustproof grade and good flame retardant effect; the current carrying sheet and the heating sheet pole piece adopt an inserting assembly bonding structure of the protruding part and the limiting groove, so that the current carrying sheet and the heating sheet pole piece can keep good contact, and the drawing force between the lead and the heating sheet pole piece is improved; in the method, the injection molding temperature is 110-240 ℃, the viscosity of the packaging material is 1000-10000 mPa.s, the injection molding pressure is 5-40Kgf/cm 2, and the packaging material and the metal material have good cohesiveness; the product performance under the process is far better than that of the product insulated by using a dispensing or potting process; the method can obviously improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.

s4, after demoulding, carrying out drawing force test on the lead 4 connected to the low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet, and carrying out tightness, insulativity and flame retardance test on the low-pressure injection molding packaging sheet, and after passing, obtaining the heating sheet pole piece insulation packaging product.
Wherein the injection molding temperature in the step S3 is 110-240 ℃, the viscosity of the packaging material is 1000-10000 mPa.s, and the injection molding pressure is 5-40Kgf/cm 2. Under this condition, the packaging material has good adhesion with the metal material.

The low-pressure injection mold can be designed selectively according to parameters such as the size of the heating sheet pole piece, the thickness of the welding spot, the thickness of the heating sheet, the thickness of the lead, the insulation voltage resistance grade and the like.
