本发明公开了一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料及其制造方法,依照重量百分比计,该自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料主要原料分别为:热塑性丙烯酸树脂、水解性丙烯酸树脂、自抛光树脂、颜料钛白粉、净化水、环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,本发明采用合理的原料配比,使得产品质量稳定,具有较好粘结性,能够轻松滩涂在船体表面,并且能够有效的阻止藤壶等贝类生物依附寄生在船体上,而且通过添加单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚能够有效防止油漆涂料受到海水腐蚀的同时能够中和油漆的毒性防止油漆对海洋生态的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料及其制造方法。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
一般来说航船在海水中长期行驶时,由于其船体坚硬的外板以及其外部鲜明的油漆涂料对海洋的贝类生物具有较大的吸引力,其中较为常见的当属藤壶,藤壶的吸附力极强能够轻易的附着在航船外板,而且藤壶的寄生繁殖能力极强,能够长期附着并且繁殖,藤壶也会侵蚀航船表面的油漆,容易导致海水直接接触航船外板造成腐蚀。
另一方面,海水中的氯化钠和氯化镁具有较强的腐蚀性,而航船外板的油漆涂料长期浸泡在海中,容易受到腐蚀溶于海水中,众所周知的是油漆中大多数成分均具有毒性,一旦溶于海水中会对海洋的生物造成毁灭性的伤害,并且使得海洋生态环境遭受的污染。
所以需要针对上述问题设计一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料及其制造方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料,依照重量百分比计,该自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料主要原料分别为:热塑性丙烯酸树脂、水解性丙烯酸树脂、自抛光树脂、颜料钛白粉、净化水、环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚。
所需添加剂有:硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂。
优选的,所述环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇的质量比为3~10:2~4:5~8:2~4:1~2。
优选的,所述异氰半萜醇能够有效地杀死藤壶幼虫,且次氯酸钠能够降低海洋贝壳类生物的附着力。
优选的,所述单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚是一种防污染剂,主要分散于有机溶剂中以油乳的形式添加在隔层中,用于防止涂料溶于水造成污染,并且能够有效地中和涂料中的毒性。
优选的,所述自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料的生产步骤为:
步骤1:
取质量比为3~10:2~4:5~8:2~4:1~2的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入15%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入25%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、34%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和20%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入20%的净化水,保持30°恒温下持续搅拌20~30min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5~2:1~2:1.4~5:1~2.2的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入15%的净化水进行搅拌,保持30°恒温下持续10~15min;
步骤3:
取50%步骤2所得二次涂料原材料,加入新的搅拌机,并且加入7%的单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,保持40°恒温下持续搅拌30~40min,方可进行滩涂,在进行滩涂的同时该涂料需要进行匀速的搅拌,防止硬化剂快速发挥作用导致涂料凝固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用合理的原料配比,使得产品质量稳定,具有较好粘结性,能够轻松滩涂在船体表面,并且能够有效的阻止藤壶等贝类生物依附寄生在船体上,而且通过添加单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚能够有效防止油漆涂料受到海水腐蚀的同时能够中和油漆的毒性防止油漆对海洋生态的污染。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:
实施例1:
步骤1:
取质量比为3:2:5:2:1的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入10%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入22%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、30%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和25%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入25%的净化水,保持20°恒温下持续搅拌20min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5:1.2:1.5:1.8的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入10%的净化水进行搅拌,保持35°恒温下持续10min;
步骤3:
取40%步骤2所得二次涂料原材料,加入新的搅拌机,并且加入8%的单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,保持35°恒温下持续搅拌30min,方可进行滩涂,在进行滩涂的同时该涂料需要进行匀速的搅拌,防止硬化剂快速发挥作用导致涂料凝固。
实施例2:
步骤1:
取质量比为3:2:5:2:1的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入12%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入22%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、31%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和25%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入15%的净化水,保持40°恒温下持续搅拌25min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5:1.2:1.5:1.8的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入16%的净化水进行搅拌,保持40°恒温下持续12min;
步骤3:
取60%步骤2所得二次涂料原材料,加入新的搅拌机,并且加入11%的单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,保持45°恒温下持续搅拌36min,方可进行滩涂,在进行滩涂的同时该涂料需要进行匀速的搅拌,防止硬化剂快速发挥作用导致涂料凝固。
实施例3:
步骤1:
取质量比为3:2:5:2:1的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入13%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入28%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、34%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和35%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入30%的净化水,保持25°恒温下持续搅拌27min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5:1.2:1.5:1.8的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入15%的净化水进行搅拌,保持45°恒温下持续13min;
步骤3:
取70%步骤2所得二次涂料原材料,加入新的搅拌机,并且加入9%的单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,保持20°恒温下持续搅拌37min,方可进行滩涂,在进行滩涂的同时该涂料需要进行匀速的搅拌,防止硬化剂快速发挥作用导致涂料凝固。
实施例4:
步骤1:
取质量比为3:2:5:2:1的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入14%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入25%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、34%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和19%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入35%的净化水,保持55°恒温下持续搅拌30min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5:1.2:1.5:1.8的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入15%的净化水进行搅拌,保持60°恒温下持续15min;
步骤3:
取30%步骤2所得二次涂料原材料,加入新的搅拌机,并且加入8%的单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚,保持65°恒温下持续搅拌40min,方可进行滩涂,在进行滩涂的同时该涂料需要进行匀速的搅拌,防止硬化剂快速发挥作用导致涂料凝固。

1.一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料,其特征在于:依照重量百分比计,该自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料主要原料分别为:热塑性丙烯酸树脂20%~30%、水解性丙烯酸树脂30%~40%、自抛光树脂15%~50%、颜料钛白粉10%~15%、净化水20%~40%、环氧改性有机硅树脂液3%~10%、氧化亚铜2%~4%、呋喃酮化合物5%~8%、次氯酸钠2%~4%、异氰半萜醇5%~10%和单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚5%~8%。
所需添加剂有:硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇的质量比为3~10:2~4:5~8:2~4:1~2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料,其特征在于:所述异氰半萜醇能够有效地杀死藤壶幼虫,且次氯酸钠能够降低海洋贝壳类生物的附着力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自抛光防污染防滕壶涂料,其特征在于:所述单取代或双取代长碳链的对苯二酚是一种防污染剂,主要分散于有机溶剂中以油乳的形式添加在隔层中,用于防止涂料溶于水造成污染,并且能够有效地中和涂料中的毒性。

步骤1:
取质量比为3~10:2~4:5~8:2~4:1~2的环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠和异氰半萜醇,用搅拌机均匀混合,同时加入15%颜料钛白粉,然后将环氧改性有机硅树脂液、氧化亚铜、呋喃酮化合物、次氯酸钠、异氰半萜醇和颜料钛白粉混合溶液倒入25%热塑性丙烯酸树脂、34%水解性丙烯酸树脂、和20%自抛光树脂的混合溶液中,搅拌的同时加入20%的净化水,保持30°恒温下持续搅拌20~30min,得到涂料原材料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得涂料原材料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,加入质量比为;1.5~2:1~2:1.4~5:1~2.2的硬化剂、阻滞剂、消光剂和柔软剂,然后再次加入15%的净化水进行搅拌,保持30°恒温下持续10~15min;
