Background
The air conditioner is composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. In general, a compressor, a heat exchanger, a fan, and the like are disposed in a casing of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. Wherein the fan is mounted on the fan motor, and the fan motor is mounted on the motor bracket.
The motor support is generally a frame structure with a plurality of through holes, the strength is lower, and in order to ensure the stable operation of the fan motor, the strength of the motor support needs to be enhanced. In addition, the motor support comprises an upper fixing frame, a longitudinal beam and a lower fixing frame, and the upper fixing frame and the lower fixing frame are perpendicular to the longitudinal beam respectively.
When the motor support is integrally formed, the motor support with a vertical structure is difficult to manufacture, a subsequent bending step is needed, and the current bending tool is easy to cause the motor support to be broken and deformed, so that the problem to be solved at present is how to stably and reliably bend the integrally designed motor support.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a die for an air conditioner motor bracket component, which aims to overcome the defects of easy breakage and deformation of a motor bracket in the prior art.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the air conditioner motor support is reliably fixed through the eight workpieces, the air conditioner motor support is protected from being deformed easily in the bending process, the bending of the portion to be bent is realized through the first bending block and the second bending block, and the air conditioner motor support has the advantages of stability, reliability, high efficiency and the like.
(2) The first bending block and the second bending block are respectively provided with the rounding corners, and the air conditioner motor support is guided in the bending process, so that the slow transition of bending is realized, and the bending effect of the air conditioner motor support is improved.
(3) The air conditioner motor bracket fixing device realizes reliable fixing of the air conditioner motor bracket by utilizing the mounting hole of the fan motor mounting seat in the air conditioner motor bracket and the fixing screw, and simultaneously simplifies the die.
(4) The fan motor mounting seat is arranged in the first groove of the upper template, the position and the height of the first fixing block correspond to those of the fan motor mounting seat, and when the air conditioner motor support is bent, the fan motor mounting seat can be supported by the first fixing block from the upper part, so that the middle part of the air conditioner motor support is prevented from being bulged and deformed and broken due to the fact that two ends of the air conditioner motor support are bent, and the rate of finished products is improved.
(5) According to the invention, the height of the lower cushion blocks is smaller than that of the upper cushion blocks, and the number of the lower cushion blocks is larger than that of the upper cushion blocks, so that the stability of the lower workpiece during supporting is improved.

1. Air conditioner motor support 9

2. Lower template 5
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower template 5 is provided with a first bending block 501 and a second bending block 502, the first bending block 501 corresponds to a first portion 902 to be bent of the air conditioner motor bracket 9, the second bending block 502 corresponds to a second portion 903 to be bent of the air conditioner motor bracket 9, and the lower template 5 is used for bending the air conditioner motor bracket 9.
The top of the first bending block 501 and the top of the second bending block 502 are both provided with a rounded corner near the inner side.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the upper end of the lower template is further provided with three support tables: the first support base 503, the second support base 504, and the third support base 505 support the front end, the middle end, and the rear end of the bending air conditioner motor bracket 9, respectively.
3. Upper template 4
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the upper plate 4 is used to fix an air conditioner motor bracket 9. The lower end of the upper mold plate 4 is provided with a first recess for receiving the fan motor mount 901.
Four first fixing blocks 401 are arranged in the first groove of the upper die plate 4, the positions and heights of the first fixing blocks 401 correspond to those of the fan motor mounting seat 901, and the four first fixing blocks 401 respectively surround four side surfaces of the fan motor mounting seat 901.
4. Upper die holder 3
The upper die holder 3 is provided with a second fixing block 301 and four fixing screws 302, the fixing screws 302 penetrate through the upper die holder 3, the fixing screws 302 comprise nut ends and threaded ends, the nut ends are located at the upper end of the upper die holder 3, the threaded ends are connected with a fan motor mounting seat 901 through mounting holes 904 of the fan motor mounting seat 901, and the second fixing block 301 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the upper die holder 3 and is used for being fixedly connected with the fixing screws 302.
5. Other parts
The lower template 5 and the lower die holder 6 are both provided with grooves for bending the air conditioner motor support 9.
The height of the upper cushion block 2 is greater than that of the lower cushion block 7. The thickness of the upper supporting plate 1 is larger than that of the lower supporting plate 8.
In this embodiment, the upper cushion block 2 is provided with four, and the lower cushion block 7 is provided with 6.
6. Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
When the air conditioner motor support is used, the lower die plate 5, the lower die base 6, the lower cushion block 7 and the lower supporting plate 8 which are fixedly connected are installed firstly, then the upper die base 3 and the upper die plate 4 are fixedly connected, the upper die base 3 penetrates through the fixing screw 302, the air conditioner motor support 9 is fixedly connected through the mounting hole of the fan motor mounting base 901, and finally the upper cushion block 2 and the upper supporting plate 1 are sequentially and fixedly installed. When the bending machine is bent, the upper supporting plate 1 is driven to face the lower template 5 and is pushed downwards, and the bending of the air conditioner motor support 9 is achieved.
