Background
At present, garbage classification is gradually popularized in China, the number of types of garbage in rural areas is small, the garbage is scattered and difficult to collect, and the problem of sewage peculiar smell generated by temporary stacking is increasingly serious. In order to further refine the treatment of rural domestic garbage, the most feasible technology is to adopt the treatment of firstly crushing the garbage, adding the microorganism decomposition agent and returning the garbage to the field in a centralized manner. In the waste crushing link, the technology needs to treat mixed wastes of kitchens with different hardness, such as pericarp, vegetable stalks, vegetable leaves, crushed bones and the like. There are many publications on kitchen waste crushing apparatuses, and for example, a kitchen waste crusher is disclosed in patent document CN 212641638U. The existing kitchen garbage crusher generally has the problems of complex structure, higher manufacturing and using cost, being not beneficial to wide popularization and application and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electric kitchen waste crusher which is simple in structure and low in manufacturing and using cost.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

The driving shaft of the invention is provided with a crank mounting hole. When the crushed objects are few, the hand crank is inserted into the hand crank mounting hole, the driving shaft is driven to rotate by shaking the hand crank, the garbage is crushed manually, electric energy is not consumed during use, and the noise is low; the driving shaft is provided with the belt wheel or the chain wheel, the belt wheel or the chain wheel is connected with the motor through the belt or the chain, the driving shaft can be driven to rotate through the motor, the garbage can be crushed through the motor, and the requirements for crushing garbage with high hardness and large quantity can be met.
According to the invention, the feeding hopper is arranged above the crushing main machine and is provided with the transparent inserting plate, so that the outward splashing is prevented during crushing, and the crushing state can be observed.
The crushing main machine and the motor are integrally embedded in the main machine framework with the balance weight, the material receiving drawer groove is arranged below the main machine framework, the material receiving drawer is provided with the folding handle, the occupied space of the whole machine is saved, and the appearance is integrally consistent.
The invention can conveniently realize the conversion between electric operation and manual operation through the clutch mechanism.
The invention has simple structure, low manufacturing cost, less electric energy consumption, low noise and long service life, and is beneficial to popularization and application.
When the kitchen waste is treated, all the waste is crushed once, so that waste liquid generated after the waste with large water content such as vegetable leaves is cut and extruded for multiple times is avoided.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the present invention includes a crushing main machine, a feeding port is provided at the upper part of the crushing main machine, a discharging port is provided at the lower part of the crushing main machine, a pair of rotating shafts are installed in a casing 1 of the crushing main machine, each rotating shaft is provided with a cutting blade 8 engaged with each other, one rotating shaft is a driving shaft 5, one end of the driving shaft is provided with a driving gear 3, the other end is provided with a crank mounting hole 9, the other rotating shaft is a driven shaft 4, one end of the driven shaft is provided with a driven gear 2, the driving gear is engaged with the driven gear, one end of the driving shaft is provided with a belt.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention is the first embodiment, in which the crushing main body and the motor are integrally mounted on a main body frame 10 having a weight, and the handle mounting hole is exposed from the main body frame. A clutch mechanism is arranged between the belt wheel or the chain wheel and the driving shaft.
With reference to fig. 4 and 5, a third embodiment of the present invention is based on the second embodiment, and further includes a feeding hopper 12, the feeding hopper is located at the upper portion of the crushing main machine and corresponds to the feeding port, and a transparent insertion plate 13 is disposed at the upper port of the feeding hopper.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is based on the third embodiment, and the lower portion of the main frame has a receiving drawer installation groove 11, and further includes a receiving drawer 14, and the receiving drawer is provided with a folding handle 15.
