the five-layer membrane electrode assembly device comprises an assembly process of manually placing a whole roll of frame membrane coil stock on the frame unreeling mechanism, wherein the frame traction mechanism automatically pulls the frame membrane to the frame cutting platform, the frame cutting platform has a vacuum adsorption function, after the frame is adsorbed and fixed, the frame traction mechanism retreats, the frame cutting mechanism cuts the frame membrane into sheets, and the frame sheet transfer mechanism carries the cut frame sheets to the frame feeding carrier;
The cathode frame and the CCM transfer mechanism and the anode frame and the laminating semi-finished product transfer mechanism respectively transfer the cathode frame and the anode frame to the laminating mechanism; before the method, CCM needs to be tiled on the CCM feeding carrier manually, the CCM visual positioning system detects the actual position of the CCM and feeds back the position deviation to the cathode frame and the CCM transferring mechanism, the cathode frame and the CCM transferring mechanism automatically compensate the position deviation and then absorb the CCM, the CCM is conveyed to the laminating mechanism, and the laminating mechanism laminates the cathode frame, the CCM and the anode frame together to obtain five-layer membrane electrode semi-finished products; the anode frame and the attached semi-finished product transferring mechanism are used for transferring the attached semi-finished product to the semi-finished product carrier; it should be noted that, the operator only needs to feed the frame membrane coiled material and feed the CCM; the 400 MEA can be continuously produced by primary frame film coiled material feeding, CCM feeding only needs to be paved, accurate alignment is not needed, and the problems of long time consumption and poor alignment precision of CCM manual alignment are solved, so that the equipment has high production efficiency, less labor consumption and small occupied area;
The semi-finished product carrier moves to the lower part of the marking mechanism, the marking mechanism marks a two-dimensional code mark and a serial number on the attached semi-finished product, the semi-finished product carrier moves to the lower part of the semi-finished product transferring mechanism, the semi-finished product transferring mechanism transfers the attached semi-finished product into the hot pressing mechanism for hot pressing, then the hot pressed semi-finished product is transferred to the water vapor hole cutting mechanism, and the water vapor hole cutting mechanism cuts water vapor holes on the five-layer membrane electrode semi-finished product to obtain a five-layer membrane electrode finished product;
And the finished product blanking mechanism simultaneously removes the five-layer membrane electrode finished product and the water vapor hole waste after cutting, places the water vapor hole waste into the waste collection box, and stacks the five-layer membrane electrode finished product into the finished product box.
The finished material box in the assembly process of the five-layer membrane electrode assembly device is transported to the assembly process of the seven-layer membrane electrode assembly device and is used as the material box for placing the five-layer membrane electrode in the seven-layer membrane electrode assembly device.
The assembling flow of the seven-layer membrane electrode assembling device is as follows: manually placing a whole stack of cathode GDL (about 300 sheets) into a cathode GDL material box, placing a whole stack of anode GDL (about 300 sheets) into an anode GDL material box, transferring five layers of membrane electrodes placed in the material box from a finished material box completed by a last five-layer membrane electrode assembly device, starting a seven-layer membrane electrode assembly device, automatically completing cathode GDL dispensing, anode GDL dispensing, laminating cathode/anode GDL with five layers of membrane electrodes, detecting laminating size, and carrying out finished product quality sorting and discharging;
The cathode GDL transferring manipulator absorbs cathode GDL from the cathode GDL material box piece by piece, then the cathode GDL is placed on the cathode GDL dispensing platform, the cathode GDL dispensing mechanism dispenses the cathode GDL, and after dispensing is completed, the cathode GDL transferring manipulator conveys the cathode GDL after dispensing into a circulation jig on the first circulation jig platform;
The circulation jig advances one station, and advances from the cathode GDL feeding station to the five-layer membrane electrode feeding station. Five-layer membrane electrode transferring mechanical arm sucks five-layer membrane electrodes from five-layer membrane electrode material boxes piece by piece, and conveys and stacks the five-layer membrane electrodes into a circulation jig of a five-layer membrane electrode material loading station and stacks the five-layer membrane electrodes above a cathode GDL.
The circulation jig advances one station again, and advances from the five-layer membrane electrode feeding station to the anode GDL feeding and attaching station. The anode GDL transferring manipulator absorbs anode GDL from the anode GDL material box piece by piece, then places the anode GDL on the anode GDL dispensing platform, and the anode GDL dispensing mechanism dispenses the anode GDL; after dispensing is completed, the anode GDL transferring manipulator conveys and places the dispensed anode GDL on the pressing mechanism, and at the moment, the dispensing surface of the anode GDL faces upwards; the lamination mechanism enables the anode GDL to turn over 180 degrees, then the dispensing face of the anode GDL faces downwards and presses the circulation jig, at the moment, the lamination mechanism is closed and pressure-maintaining, and the cathode GDL, five-layer membrane electrodes and the anode GDL in the circulation jig are bonded.
After the lamination is finished, the transfer jig advances one station again, and advances to a lamination blanking station from the anode GDL feeding station and the lamination station, and the finished product transfer manipulator carries the seven layers of laminated membrane electrodes onto the finished product detection carrier; the visual measurement system detects the bonding size of the seven-layer membrane electrode, and after detection is completed; and the finished product blanking manipulator stacks unqualified products into the unqualified product material boxes according to the detection result, and stacks qualified products into the qualified product material boxes.
Each station and the lower layer circulation mechanism are respectively provided with a circulation jig, so that continuous production without stopping can be realized.
It should be noted that, the qualified finished product magazine in the process is used as the feeding magazine of the finished product detection equipment in the next step.
The working flow of the finished product detection equipment is as follows: the control host controls the transfer manipulator to move to the upper part of the feeding box, the code reader on the transfer manipulator firstly reads and records the two-dimensional code of the uppermost membrane electrode, the two-dimensional code information is transmitted to the control host, the control host records the information of the membrane electrode, then the transfer manipulator sucks the uppermost membrane electrode and moves the uppermost membrane electrode to the detection lower cavity assembly of the first detection station, the detection lower cavity assembly moves to the lower part of the detection upper cavity assembly under the drive of the lower cavity transfer mechanism, the detection upper cavity assembly is closed through the cavity opening and closing cylinder, the closed state is fed back to the control host, the equipment detects according to a set procedure, and the airtight detection and the impedance detection are carried out simultaneously. Because the detection process needs to last for a certain time, the transfer manipulator returns to the upper part of the feeding box, the next membrane electrode is fetched again, one membrane electrode is fetched and placed into the second detection station, and the detection process of the second detection station is the same as that of the first detection station. At the moment, the transfer manipulator returns to the upper part of the feeding box again, reads the code again to take the material, takes a piece of membrane electrode and places the membrane electrode on a third detection station, and the detection process of the third detection station is the same as that of the first detection station.
After the first detection station finishes detection, the detection lower cavity assembly is driven by the lower cavity transfer mechanism to move to a position where the transfer manipulator takes out and places the detection station, the transfer manipulator takes out the detected membrane electrode, sorting is performed according to a detection result, unqualified products are stacked in a finished NG product box, and qualified products are stacked in a finished OK product box. And similarly, the transfer manipulator stacks the products detected by the second detection station and the third detection station into the finished NG product box and the finished OK product box respectively according to the sorting result.
Various modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing teachings and are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
