In the daily work of an enterprise, enterprise staff can make a decision to ensure the normal operation and the continuous development of the enterprise or organizations at all levels by participating in a conference, so that the conference is an essential part. Under the existing situation, a conference initiator is usually required to ask opinions of each participant to confirm the conference time, but when the number of the participants is large, the situation that the conference time conflicts with the existing schedule time of the participants easily occurs, if part of the participants cannot participate in the conference, the effectiveness of conference holding is reduced, and other personnel are also required to rephrase the conference content, so that the operation efficiency of an enterprise is reduced. At this time, the conference initiator and the participants need to confirm the scheduled time one by one to determine the appropriate optimal conference time, and the mode of manually determining the conference time wastes a large amount of manual resources of enterprises and takes a large amount of time and energy of the personnel.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a method for determining meeting time, so as to solve the problems that in the prior art, the method for manually determining meeting time wastes manual resources and the operation efficiency of an enterprise is low.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a meeting time according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a method for determining a meeting time provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
and S101, identifying the conference notification message, and respectively determining the initial conference time of the conference to be held and the participants needing to participate in the conference to be held according to the identification result.
The meeting notification message refers to a communication message related to a meeting, and for example, the meeting notification message may be a message sent by an enterprise employee in an enterprise communication tool group, or may be a message sent by the enterprise employee to an employee person through the enterprise communication tool. The enterprise communication tools can be enterprise WeChat, QQ, MSN, nailing and other communication tools. The conference to be held refers to a conference which is wanted to be held by a person sending the conference notification message, and the initial conference time refers to the conference time of the conference to be held, which is carried in the conference notification message and is preset by a conference initiator.
In step S101, in a specific implementation, a conference notification message sent by an enterprise person to an enterprise group or to other enterprise persons through an enterprise communication tool is identified, and an initial meeting time of a meeting to be held and a participant who needs to participate in the meeting to be held are determined according to an identification result of the conference notification message.
As an alternative, the meeting notification message may be sent in the form of text message or voice message. When the conference notification message is character information, extracting keywords in the character information according to a preset keyword database, matching the keywords with the preset keyword database, and determining the initial conference time of the conference to be held and the participants needing to participate in the conference to be held based on the matching result; and when the conference notification message is voice information, performing voice recognition on the acquired conference notification message, and determining the initial conference time of the conference to be held and the participants who need to participate in the conference to be held according to the voice recognition result.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a step of determining an initial meeting time of a to-be-held meeting according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, in step S101, the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting may be determined through the following steps:
s1011, performing keyword recognition on the conference notification message, and recognizing time information related to the conference.
S1012, if the time information related to the conference is identified, determining an initial conference time of the conference to be held based on the time information.
And S1013, if the time information related to the conference is not identified, the pre-stored optional time information is used as the initial conference time of the conference to be held.
In steps S1011 to S1013, the keyword of the time information refers to descriptive information capable of expressing the meeting time, and for example, the keyword with time information such as "afternoon", "five o' clock", "17: 00" and the like. And carrying out keyword identification on the meeting time according to the keywords in the meeting notification message, and identifying time information related to the meeting.
Specifically, when the time information related to the conference is identified, there are two cases, in which there is accurate time information related to the conference in the conference notification message, and then the initial conference time of the conference to be held may be determined based on the identified time information. The accurate time information associated with the conference may be time information with both the start time and the deadline for the conference, or may be time information with only the start time and no deadline for the conference. And secondly, when inaccurate time information related to the conference exists in the conference notification message, the pre-stored selectable time is used as the initial conference time of the conference to be held. Inaccurate meeting-related time information may be time information carrying only the meeting date or words "morning", "afternoon", etc. As an example, the following describes these two cases separately:
the first condition is as follows: for example, the conference notification message is "today 15:00 in a meeting, to a 17:00 in a meeting ", time information" 15:00 'and 17: 00', trigger action information "conference" and "party" related to the conference, then the start time of the conference is determined to be 15:00, the end time of the conference is 17:00, with both the start time and the end time of the conference, then the initial conference time of the conference to be held is determined to be 15: 00-17:00. If the conference notification message is "in a 15:00 conference today", the time information associated with the conference can be identified by keyword recognition on the conference notification message "15: 00 ' and triggering action information ' meeting ' related to the meeting, determining that the starting time of the meeting is 15:00, only carrying the starting time of the meeting and not carrying the ending time of the meeting, and determining the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held according to preset default meeting time, for example, the preset default meeting time is 1 hour, and the initial meeting time is 15:00-16: 00. In specific implementation, the default conference duration may be set by the conference initiator, and the present application is not limited specifically.
Case two: for example, if the conference notification message is "today afternoon meeting", the time information related to the conference is identified as "afternoon" by the keyword recognition of the conference notification message, and the trigger action information related to the conference is "on", then the approximate time of the conference is determined as today afternoon. When the meeting time is afternoon, determining the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held according to the pre-stored optional time, and taking the earliest time period in the pre-stored optional time as the initial meeting time by default, for example, when the meeting time is in afternoon, the pre-stored optional time is 12: 00-19:00, then 12:00-13:00 are used as the initial meeting time. In specific implementation, the pre-stored rule for determining the selectable time and the initial meeting time may be set by the meeting initiator, which is not specifically limited in this application.
In specific implementation, in step S101, the participant at the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held may be determined through the following steps:
and 1014, carrying out keyword identification on the meeting notification message, and identifying the related personnel participating in the meeting.
If the personnel related to the conference is identified, the identified personnel is determined as the participant who needs to participate in the conference to be held 1015.
In step 1016, if the person related to the conference is not identified, the person who receives the conference notification message is determined as the participant who needs to participate in the conference to be held.
In the above-mentioned step 1014-. And carrying out keyword identification on related personnel of the conference according to the keywords in the conference notification message, and identifying the participant who needs to participate in the conference to be held.
Specifically, when identifying the participants who need to participate in the conference to be held, there are two cases, where the conference notification message refers to the participants related to the conference, and as for the participants related to the conference, there are two cases, which may be to designate the individual participants related to the conference or designate all the participants related to the conference, so that the two cases need to be determined. The second case is that the conference notification message does not refer to the persons related to the conference, because the conference notification message is initiated in a group or is sent to some persons related to the conference independently, all the persons in the group or some persons related to the conference that are sent independently can receive the conference notification message, and all the persons in the group or all the persons that can receive the conference notification message are acquiescent to the persons who need to participate in the conference to be held. As an example, the following explains the above two cases:
in case one, for example, the conference notification message is: ' Wangwu: we 15:00 Kelvin will discuss the problem, @ Zhang three @ Li four. "regarding the meeting notification message, it may be determined that the meeting notification message refers to the people related to the meeting, the manner of referring to the people related to the meeting is the use of the character @, the people related to the meeting are zhang and lie four, the people related to the meeting may be determined to be the participants who participate in the meeting, and wang, zhang and lie four may be determined as the participants who need to participate in the meeting. Or the conference notification message is: ' Wangwu: our 15:00 Kelvin discusses this problem @ owner. In view of the above-mentioned conference notification message, it may be determined that the conference notification message refers to a person related to a conference, where the manner of referring to the related person is using a character @, and the person related to the conference is all persons, and then identify a group where the conference notification message is located, or identify the person related to the conference receiving the conference notification message, and determine all members in the group or all members receiving the message as the persons who need to participate in the conference to be held.
Case two: for example, the conference notification message is: ' Wangwu: we 15:00 start a meeting to discuss the problem "if the above-mentioned conversation information does not refer to the persons related to the meeting, identify the group where the meeting notification message is located, or the persons related to the meeting who received the meeting notification message, and determine all members in the group or all members who received the message as the persons who need to participate in the meeting to be held.
And S102, acquiring schedule information of the participants in the initial meeting time.
It should be noted that the schedule information refers to schedule information corresponding to a personal schedule of a business person, where the schedule information needs to include a start time, an end time, and a date corresponding to the personal schedule. The enterprise staff can establish the schedule of the backlog such as the conference to be participated, the event to be participated and the like by the enterprise communication tool.
In step S102, in a specific implementation, the existing schedule information of all the participants who need to participate in the conference to be held is first obtained, and then the schedule information in the initial conference time among the existing schedule information of all the participants is screened out.
And S103, determining the number of the participants with the schedules conflicting with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held based on the schedule information.
In step S103, in a specific implementation, a meeting time conflict is detected according to schedule information of all participants who need to participate in the meeting to be held and an initial meeting time of the meeting to be held. The case where the schedule conflicts with the to-be-held conference is that the schedule start time and/or the schedule end time are within the initial conference time, or the schedule start time is before the start time of the initial conference time and the schedule end time is after the end time of the initial conference time.
For example, the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held is from 15:00 to 16:00 of today, and the schedule information of employee a in the initial meeting time obtained according to step S102 is 15: 30-16:30, if the schedule starting time 15:30 of the employee A is within the initial meeting time 15:00-16:00, the employee A is considered as a participant with a schedule conflicting with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held; according to step S102, the schedule information of employee B in the initial meeting time is acquired as today 14: other schedules from 00-15:20, schedule end time for employee B15: 20 within 15:00-16:00 of the initial meeting time, the employee B is considered as a participant with the schedule conflicting with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held; according to step S102, the schedule information of employee C obtained in the initial meeting time is today 14: 30-16:30, employee C is considered a participant whose schedule conflicts with the initial meeting time to be held, with the schedule start time 14:30 of employee C being before the start time 15:00 of the initial meeting time and the schedule end time 16:30 being after the end time 16:00 of the initial meeting time. And detecting the meeting time conflict between the schedule information of all the participants needing to participate in the meeting to be held and the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held, and determining the number of the participants with the schedules conflicting with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held.
As an alternative implementation manner, after the participant whose schedule conflicts with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting is determined, a notification message for indicating the conflicting participant may be sent to the group in which the meeting notification message is sent through the enterprise communication tool, or a notification message for indicating the conflicting participant may be sent to each conflicting participant separately through the enterprise communication tool.
And S104, determining the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held according to the number of the participants of which the schedule conflicts with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held.
It should be noted that the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held refers to the final meeting time determined by the method for determining meeting time provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Here, the actual meeting time of the conference to be held is determined according to the number of the participants who conflict with the initial meeting time of the conference to be held determined in step S103.
In a specific implementation, in step S104, the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held may be determined through the following steps:
step 1041, when the number of the participants whose schedule conflicts with the conference time of the to-be-held conference meets the predetermined condition, determining the initial conference time of the to-be-held conference as the actual conference time of the to-be-held conference.
Step 1042, when the number of the participants whose schedule conflicts with the meeting time of the meeting to be held does not meet the predetermined condition, obtaining the target candidate meeting time from at least one candidate meeting time, determining the target candidate meeting time as the initial meeting time, and returning to execute step 103.
It should be noted that, in step 1041 and step 1042, the candidate meeting time refers to a meeting time to be held for a meeting to be selected in a specific time period range.
The predetermined condition means that the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the conference to be held is less than a predetermined threshold value, or the ratio of the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the conference to be held to the number of the participants who need to participate in the conference to be held is less than a predetermined ratio value. The predetermined threshold refers to the number of participants whose preset schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held, for example, 3 people, and the predetermined threshold may be set by the meeting initiator in the specific implementation, which is not limited in this application. The preset ratio refers to a ratio of the number of the participants who conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting with the preset schedule and the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting, for example, the number of the participants who conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting is 3, and the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is 15, then the ratio of the number of the participants who conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting with the preset schedule and the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is considered to be one fifth, and the preset ratio can be set by a meeting initiator during specific implementation, and the application is not limited specifically.
When the number of the participants of which the schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held is smaller than a preset threshold value, for example, the preset threshold value is 5 individuals, and the number of the determined participants of which the schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held is 3 individuals; or the ratio of the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting to the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is less than or equal to a predetermined ratio, for example, the predetermined ratio is one fifth, and when the ratio of the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting to the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is one tenth, the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the meeting conducting time of the to-be-held meeting meets a predetermined condition, and the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting is determined as the actual meeting time of the to-be-held meeting.
Conversely, when the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, for example, the predetermined threshold is 5 persons, and the determined number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held is greater than 5 persons or is also 5 persons; or the ratio of the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting to the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is greater than or equal to a predetermined ratio, for example, the predetermined ratio is one fifth, and when the ratio of the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the initial meeting time of the to-be-held meeting to the number of the participants who need to participate in the to-be-held meeting is one fourth or also equal to one fifth, if the number of the participants whose schedules conflict with the meeting conducting time of the to-be-held meeting does not meet the predetermined condition, obtaining the target candidate meeting time from at least one candidate meeting time, determining the target candidate meeting time as the initial meeting time, and returning to execute step S103.
The determination of the candidate meeting time includes the following cases:
the first condition is as follows: when the conference notification message includes accurate time information related to a conference, for example, "present 15:00 conference", "five afternoon conference", and the like, the time range from the conference notification message initiation time to the work deadline of the current day is used as a time period of the candidate conference time, the time at which the conference notification message initiation time is closest to the whole point is used as a start time of the time period of the candidate conference time, and the work deadline of the current day is used as a deadline of the time period of the candidate conference time (for example, the work deadline of the current day is 19:00, in a specific implementation, the work deadline of the current day may be set by a conference initiator by itself, and is not limited specifically here). For example, if the meeting notification message is sent today 13:15, the time period range of the candidate meeting time is 13:00-19:00, and then dividing the time period range into a plurality of candidate meeting times according to the default meeting time length, for example, the default meeting time length is one hour, then the candidate meeting time can be divided into 13:00-14:00, 14: 00-15:00 … … 18: 00-19:00 for a total of six candidate meeting times. In a specific implementation, the default conference duration may be set by the conference initiator, and is not limited herein.
And when the meeting notification message contains the deadline of the meeting, determining the meeting duration according to the starting time and the deadline in the message. Specifically, for example, when a conference notification message sent by today 13:15 is "15: 00 conference in today, about two hours", the time period range of the candidate conference time is determined to be 13:00-19:00, and the time period range is divided into a plurality of candidate conference times according to the conference time in the conference notification message, so that the candidate conference time can be divided into three candidate conference times in total, namely 13:00-15:00, 15:00-17:00, 17:00-19:00, according to the time period range of the candidate conference time. And if the meeting date is not specified in the meeting notification message, the date of the day sent by the meeting notification message is used as the meeting date of the meeting to be held.
Case two: when the meeting notification message only carries date information related to the meeting, such as "tomorrow afternoon meeting", "next Monday meeting", etc., the time period range of the candidate meeting time is determined according to the date in the meeting notification message and the customized work time period. By default, the working period of the morning is defined as 9:00-12:00, the afternoon operating time period is defined as 12: 00-19:00, the working time period may be defined by the conference initiator, and the application is not limited in this respect.
Specifically, as an example, for example, today is 4 month and 8 days, thursday, the conference notification message is "next monday and morning conference", the conference date of the conference to be held is determined to be 4 month and 12 days, the working time period corresponding to the morning is 9:00 to 12:00, the time period range of the candidate conference time is determined to be 9:00 to 12:00 of 4 month and 12 days, and then the time period range is divided into a plurality of candidate conference times according to the default conference time length, for example, the default conference time length is one hour, and then the candidate conference time may be divided into three candidate conference times of 9:00 to 10:00, 10:00 to 11:00, and 11:00 to 12:00 according to the time period range of the candidate conference time.
Case three: when the conference notification message does not contain any time information related to the conference, for example, "find time to get a conference and chat about the problem", the time range from the conference notification message initiation time to the work deadline of the current day is used as the time period of the candidate conference time, the time at which the conference notification message initiation time is closest to the whole point is used as the start time of the time period of the candidate conference time, and the work deadline of the current day is used as the deadline of the time period of the candidate conference time. The method for determining the candidate meeting time in this case is the same as the method for determining the candidate meeting time in the first case, and is not described herein again.
And after at least one candidate meeting time is determined, acquiring a target candidate meeting time from the at least one candidate meeting time, determining the target candidate meeting time as an initial meeting time, returning to the step S103, comparing the determined initial meeting time with schedule information of the participants, determining the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held according to whether the number of the participants with the schedule conflicting with the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held meets a preset condition, and ending the step of the method for determining the meeting time until all the candidate meeting times are determined as the initial meeting time or until the determined actual meeting time of the meeting to be held reaches 3.
As an optional implementation manner, the method for determining a meeting time provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and sending a notification message for indicating the actual meeting time of the conference to be held to the participants in response to the actual meeting time of the conference to be held being determined.
In specific implementation, after the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held is determined, a notification message for indicating the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held can be sent to a group where the meeting notification message is sent through an enterprise communication tool, or a notification message for indicating the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held can be sent to each participant through the enterprise communication tool separately, so that each participant can receive the meeting notification message in time, and the operation efficiency of an enterprise is improved.
The method for determining the meeting time provided by the embodiment of the application can acquire the sent meeting notification message in real time, identify the initial meeting time of the meeting to be held and the meeting participants needing to participate in the meeting, determine the number of the meeting participants with time conflicts according to the schedule information of the meeting participants in the initial meeting time and the initial meeting time, and then determine the actual meeting time of the meeting to be held according to the number of the conflicted meeting participants. Compared with the mode of manually determining the meeting time in the prior art, the meeting time scheduling method and the meeting scheduling device can reasonably arrange the most appropriate meeting time according to the schedule information of the staff, send the relevant information of the meeting to the participants, reduce the consumption of artificial resources and improve the operation efficiency of enterprises.
