Abstract
本发明公开了一种除甲醛一体机,包括壳体、热风机、空气净化器、加湿除醛喷雾一体机、无线传感器和显示屏,热风机设置在壳体内,空气净化器设置在壳体内热风机的上端,加湿除醛喷雾一体机设置在壳体内热风机的一侧,空气净化器通过管道和加湿除醛喷雾一体机连接,无线传感器设置在壳体上,显示屏设置在壳体上端;热风机的一端设有排风管,排风管的一端延伸至壳体,热风机的另一端设有进风管,进风管的一端延伸至壳体;空气净化器的一端设有抽风管,抽风管的一端延伸至壳体;加湿除醛喷雾一体机上设有排气管,排气管的一端延伸至壳体。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备领域,具体是指一种除甲醛一体机。
背景技术
在新车内或者刚装修的房子中大多会有甲醛,这些甲醛散发到空气中被人吸入身体后会对人的身体健康产生一定的影响,现在大多的除甲醛都是通过通风散气,但是这样除甲醛会比较慢,而且有的甲醛在家具中或者车饰品种挥发不出来,残留的甲醛就会慢慢的被人吸入影响身体健康,因此针对这种情况设计一种除甲醛一体机。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种除甲醛一体机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种除甲醛一体机:包括壳体、热风机、空气净化器、加湿除醛喷雾一体机、无线传感器和显示屏,所述热风机设置在壳体内,所述空气净化器设置在壳体内热风机的上端,所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机设置在壳体内热风机的一侧,所述空气净化器通过管道和加湿除醛喷雾一体机连接,所述无线传感器设置在壳体上,所述壳体上设有支架,所述显示屏设置在支架上;
所述热风机的一端设有排风管,所述排风管的一端延伸至壳体,所述热风机的另一端设有进风管,所述进风管的一端延伸至壳体;
所述空气净化器的一端设有抽风管,所述抽风管的一端延伸至壳体,所述空气净化器的一端设有出气管,所述出气管的一端延伸至壳体;
所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机上设有排气管,所述排气管的一端延伸至壳体。
作为改进,所述壳体上端设有功能键。
作为改进,所述壳体两侧对称设有凹槽,所述凹槽内转动设有把手。
作为改进,所述壳体下端四个角的位置均设有万向轮。
作为改进,所述进风管延伸至壳体的一端设有第一过滤网。
作为改进,所述抽风管延伸至壳体的一端设有第二过滤网。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:设有热风机和加湿除醛喷雾一体机,可以对空气进行加热到一定的温度和加湿一定的湿度,这样可以使甲醛充分的挥发,然后就可以通过空气净化器和加湿除醛喷雾一体机吸取空气,把空气中的甲醛除去后排出,这样就可以除去空气中的甲醛,也可以把残留的甲醛除去,除甲醛比较彻底,设有无线传感器和显示屏可以实时的监测和显示空气温度、湿度和甲醛的数值,也可以通过空气净化器单独对空气进行净化,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明一种除甲醛一体机做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1-5,一种除甲醛一体机,包括壳体1、热风机2、空气净化器3、加湿除醛喷雾一体机4、无线传感器5和显示屏6,所述热风机2设置在壳体1内,所述空气净化器3设置在壳体1内热风机2的上端,所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机4设置在壳体1内热风机2的一侧,所述空气净化器3通过管道和加湿除醛喷雾一体机4连接,所述无线传感器5设置在壳体1上,所述壳体1上设有支架17,所述显示屏6设置在支架17上;
所述热风机2的一端设有排风管16,所述排风管16的一端延伸至壳体1,所述热风机2的另一端设有进风管7,所述进风管7的一端延伸至壳体1;
所述空气净化器3的一端设有抽风管8,所述抽风管8的一端延伸至壳体1,所述空气净化器3的一端设有出气管18,所述出气管18的一端延伸至壳体1;
所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机4上设有排气管9,所述排气管9的一端延伸至壳体1。
所述壳体1上端设有功能键10。
所述壳体1两侧对称设有凹槽11,所述凹槽11内转动设有把手12。
所述壳体1下端四个角的位置均设有万向轮13。
所述进风管7延伸至壳体1的一端设有第一过滤网14。
所述抽风管8延伸至壳体1的一端设有第二过滤网15。
本发明在具体实施时,首先通过热风机2和加湿除醛喷雾一体机4对空气进行加热到一定的温度和加湿一定的湿度,这样可以使甲醛充分的挥发,然后就可以通过空气净化器3和加湿除醛喷雾一体机4吸取空气,把空气中的甲醛除去后排出,这样就可以除去空气中的甲醛,也可以把残留的甲醛除去,除甲醛比较彻底,设有无线传感器5和显示屏6可以实时的监测和显示空气温度、湿度和甲醛的数值,设有空气净化器3,可以通过功能键10控制空气净化器3单独的净化空气,从出气管18排出净化的空气,结构简单,使用方便。

1.一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)、热风机(2)、空气净化器(3)、加湿除醛喷雾一体机(4)、无线传感器(5)和显示屏(6),所述热风机(2)设置在壳体(1)内,所述空气净化器(3)设置在壳体(1)内热风机(2)的上端,所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机(4)设置在壳体(1)内热风机(2)的一侧,所述空气净化器(3)通过管道和加湿除醛喷雾一体机(4)连接,所述无线传感器(5)设置在壳体(1)上,所述壳体(1)上设有支架(17),所述显示屏(6)设置在支架(17)上;
所述热风机(2)的一端设有排风管(16),所述排风管(16)的一端延伸至壳体(1),所述热风机(2)的另一端设有进风管(7),所述进风管(7)的一端延伸至壳体(1);
所述空气净化器(3)的一端设有抽风管(8),所述抽风管(8)的一端延伸至壳体(1),所述空气净化器(3)的一端设有出气管(18),所述出气管(18)的一端延伸至壳体(1);
所述加湿除醛喷雾一体机(4)上设有排气管(9),所述排气管(9)的一端延伸至壳体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上端设有功能键(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)两侧对称设有凹槽(11),所述凹槽(11)内转动设有把手(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)下端四个角的位置均设有万向轮(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:所述进风管(7)延伸至壳体(1)的一端设有第一过滤网(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛一体机,其特征在于:所述抽风管(8)延伸至壳体(1)的一端设有第二过滤网(15)。
