Abstract
The invention provides a linear feeder which comprises a base plate, a voice coil motor, a connecting rod, a vibrating plate, a clamping mechanism, a storage bin, a linear feeder and a material preparation bin, wherein the voice coil motor and the linear feeder are respectively arranged on the base plate, the voice coil motor is connected with the vibrating plate through the connecting rod, the clamping mechanism is arranged on the vibrating plate, the storage bin is arranged on the vibrating plate through the clamping mechanism, the material preparation bin is arranged on the linear feeder, a feeding port is arranged on the material preparation bin, and the feeding port is positioned right above the storage bin. The invention also provides a feeding method of the flexible feeder. The invention has the beneficial effects that: can carry out automatic upset to the material to improve feed efficiency.

As a further improvement of the present invention, a spiral through groove is provided on a side surface of the voice coil motor.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the bottom of the voice coil motor is connected to the substrate through a first block, and the linear feeder is connected to the substrate through a second block.

The side of the voice coil motor 3 is provided with a spiral through groove 31, i.e. a groove penetrating front and back.

Four voice coil motor 3 carry out the reciprocating motion of short stroke, can set up direction of motion, amplitude, and the frequency, through controlling direct current's electric current size in the motor, for example the electric current is sine wave, rectangular wave, triangle-shaped wave, trapezoidal wave, can reach more motion modes through relegating motion direction and amplitude to the switching of wave form and control.
The current waveform of the voice coil motor 3 is sine wave or triangular wave, so that acceleration and deceleration are softer, and the overturning effect is improved.
